Abstract

This research aims to gain an in-depth understanding of the integration of technology in planning learning media at SMK Sandikta Bekasi. Qualitative research methods were used, with in-depth interviews as the main data collection tool. Structured questions are designed to cover key aspects such as views on technology, the role of instructional design, evaluation of effectiveness, responsiveness to change, focus on interactivity, objectives of planning learning media, inclusivity, and steps in planning learning media. The research results show that Sandikta Bekasi Vocational School considers technology as the key to improving the quality of learning. Instructional design becomes the main foundation, while evaluating effectiveness and responsiveness to change becomes an integral part of planning. Focusing on interactivity to increase student interest and inclusivity in the accessibility of learning media are also important points. The steps in planning instructional media involve identifying needs, developing instructional objectives, selecting appropriate media, developing content, testing prototypes, and periodic evaluation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how the implementation of character education can help address juvenile delinquency at MA Al-Ihsan Pondok Gede Jatiwaringin. The increasing phenomenon of juvenile delinquency is the background of this research. This phenomenon can disrupt learning and damage students' character, such as truancy, fighting, violations of school rules, and other deviant behaviors. This research employs a descriptive qualitative study using observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection methods. The results of the study indicate that MA Al-Ihsan has implemented character education through various methods, such as integrating character values into learning activities, religious activities, teacher examples, and school practices and culture. Discipline, responsibility, honesty, and social concern are the values emphasized. However, there are still issues. These include a lack of consistency in implementation among teachers, the influence of external environments, and limitations in evaluating character programs. In general, character education has proven to play an important role in shaping students' morality and reducing deviant behavior. This study also suggests that schools, families, and communities should collaborate more, and character education programs should be evaluated regularly. Abstract

Dalam dunia industri teknologi informasi yang terus berkembang, pengelolaan proyek yang efektif menjadi salah satu kunci keberhasilan perusahaan dalam menyelesaikan proyek tepat waktu dan sesuai kebutuhan klien. PT Global Trunoka Prima, sebagai perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pengembangan solusi IT, menghadapi tantangan dalam manajemen proyek yang meliputi pemantauan progres, alokasi tugas, serta komunikasi antar tim. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun aplikasi manajemen proyek berbasis web dengan menerapkan metode Agile, khususnya pendekatan Scrum, guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan transparansi dalam proses pengelolaan proyek. Metodologi Agile dipilih karena sifatnya yang iteratif dan fleksibel terhadap perubahan kebutuhan. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi manajemen proyek berbasis web yang mendukung fitur seperti pembuatan dan pembagian tugas, dan pelacakan progres proyek. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode Agile dalam pengembangan aplikasi ini mampu meningkatkan kolaborasi tim, mempercepat penyelesaian tugas, dan memberikan visibilitas yang lebih baik terhadap status proyek secara keseluruhan. Dengan demikian, aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi yang efektif bagi PT Global Trunoka Prima dalam mengelola proyek-proyek TI secara lebih terstruktur dan adaptif.

Abstract

This study deals with the analysis of Ambiguity in Rachel Lippincott’s Novel “ Five Feet Apart” The objectives of this research are to find out the lexical and syntactical ambiguities found in Rachel Lippincott’s Novel “Five Feet Apart”, to find out the most dominant causal factors of ambiguities appeared in Rachel Lippincott’s Novel “Five Feet Apart”, and to describe how the lexical and syntactic ambiguities appeared in Rachel Lippincott’s Novel “Five Feet Apart”. Descriptive qualitative method was used in this study. The data of this study were taken from Rachel Lippincott’s Novel “Five Feet Apart”. There are seven types of lexical ambiguity appeared in the novel. They are Polysemy, Homonymy, Synonym, Hyponymy, Antonym, Redundancy, and Part of speech. Meanwhile there are six types of syntactical ambiguity. They are Personal pronoun, Adjective, Noun, Preposition, Verb and Adverb. Redundancy ambiguity is the most dominant lexical ambiguity and personal pronoun is the most dominant syntactical ambiguity used in this novel. There are two ways how the writer used lexical ambiguity in Rachel Lippincott’s Novel “Five Feet Apart”. First, the writer repeated the words to insist the readers that everything is the same. Second, the writer made sure the readers what the writer described. In syntactical ambiguity, the researcher found that in Rachel Lippincott’s Novel “Five Feet Apart”, the writer often missed the subject pronoun in the novel

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Current Ratio, Return On Asset, Firm Size dan Struktur Aktiva Terhadap Struktur Modal. Pada Perusahaan Subsektor Makanan dan Minuman yang Terdapat di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2018-2022. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 25 perusahaan dan sampel digunakan sebanyak 17 perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pengujian hipotesis (Hypothesis Testing). Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan yang lengkap selama periode 2018- 2022. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dan diuji menggunakan program Statistical Package for the social science (SPSS) versi 2022 dan Microsoft Excel 2019. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Current Ratio, Struktur Aktiva berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Struktur Modal sedangkan Return On Asset, Firm Size tidak berpengaruh terhadap Struktur Modal.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the instructional communication strategies that training managers apply to the quality of graduate administrator leadership training at the North Sumatra Provincial Human Resources Development Agency. The qualitative research method was conducted by in-depth interviews with training managers, instructors, and trainees. The study results show that the training manager implements various instructional communication strategies, including using learning methods that are responsive to the participants' learning styles. The application of communication technology is also an integral part of this strategy, providing diversity in learning approaches. It was found that two-way interaction between managers and trainees significantly increased participants' understanding and engagement. This research contributes to a further understanding of the importance of instructional communication strategies in the context of administrator leadership training. It guides the development of training programs in similar institutions.Keywords:Instructional Communication; Quality of Graduates; Administrator Leadership Training

Abstract

This paper analyzes the influence of digital leadership on innovation, highlighting its primary facilitators, obstacles, and upcoming research themes using a thorough literature analysis. Digital leadership promotes innovation through the utilization of technologies, the development of agile cultures, and the improvement of digital literacy. Facilitators encompass knowledge management, communication, and staff motivation, whereas obstacles like technostress, quick adaptability, and insufficient infrastructure impede advancement. Prominent topics emphasize sustainability and sophisticated technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data. The research highlights the necessity for enhanced evaluation criteria and international cooperation, emphasizing the significance of digital leadership in fostering sustainable and meaningful innovation.
