Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kompetensi pedagogik guru melalui penerapan lesson study berbasis komunitas. Kompetensi paedagogik merupakan kemampuan fundamental yang harus dimiliki guru dalam merencanakan, melaksanakan, dan mengevaluasi pembelajaran secara efektif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan pendekatan campuran kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas guru sekolah dasar yang tergabung dalam komunitas belajar, dengan jumlah partisipan sebanyak 20–30 orang. Prosedur penelitian meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan model lesson study, validasi ahli, uji coba terbatas, revisi, uji coba luas, hingga menghasilkan produk akhir berupa model lesson study berbasis komunitas. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, FGD, dokumentasi, serta angket kompetensi paedagogik. Analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan teknik analisis tematik, serta kuantitatif melalui uji pre-test dan post-test menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan uji beda (t-test). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada kompetensi paedagogik guru, khususnya dalam aspek perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan kegiatan belajar, dan evaluasi hasil belajar. Selain itu, keterlibatan guru dalam komunitas lesson study terbukti memperkuat kolaborasi, refleksi, dan inovasi pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, model lesson study berbasis komunitas dapat dijadikan strategi efektif untuk meningkatkan kompetensi paedagogik guru sekolah dasar dan dapat diadopsi oleh komunitas guru di berbagai sekolah

Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of an employee Medical Check-Up (MCU) program as an internal public service in a regional public hospital in South Sumatra, given the rising risk of non-communicable diseases among the working-age population and the limited use of MCU outputs for evidence-based occupational health policy. The study applies a qualitative document analysis approach using official MCU implementation records for the 2025 cycle, including the service flow, the schedule of 664 participants across more than 130 work units, a risk-based examination matrix, an aggregation of 124 health findings, and employee attendance records. Data were analyzed through thematic content analysis based on a policy implementation lens.. The MCU is implemented through standardized procedures, a rotating cross-unit scheduling system, risk-based differentiation of examination packages, and an aggregate reporting mechanism integrated into the hospital’s occupational health and safety database (K3RS). The aggregated findings indicate a predominance of metabolic disorders and cardiovascular risk factors, notably dyslipidemia, hyperuricemia, elevated fasting glucose, and hypertension. The program demonstrates how internal health services can strengthen administrative coordination and support data-informed decision-making for preventive and promotive interventions, thereby sustaining workforce capacity that underpins external public service delivery. This study contributes by explicitly mapping documentary evidence of MCU implementation to Edwards’ dimensions while linking risk-based screening to organizational health data governance, an analytical combination that remains limited in empirical studies of MCU implementation in Indonesian government hospitals.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital menuntut mahasiswa calon guru memiliki literasi digital yang memadai untuk memanfaatkan teknologi secara kritis, etis, dan produktif dalam konteks akademik maupun profesional. Tetapi, tingkat dan karakteristik literasi digital mahasiswa calon guru hingga kini belum banyak teridentifikasi secara empiris, khususnya pada program pendidikan guru sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tingkat dan karakteristik literasi digital mahasiswa calon guru menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Instrumen berupa kuesioner skala Likert yang mengukur lima dimensi literasi digital: intensitas penggunaan internet, kemampuan penelusuran informasi, navigasi hipertekstual, evaluasi konten digital, dan penyusunan informasi. Subjek penelitian yaitu 284 mahasiswa Program Studi PGSD Universitas Lamappapoleonro yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Hasil menunjukkan literasi digital mahasiswa berada pada kategori cukup baik hingga baik, dengan kemampuan teknis yang relatif memadai. Tetapi, evaluasi konten digital dan pendalaman informasi akademik belum berkembang optimal. Penguatan literasi digital calon guru perlu diarahkan pada pengembangan berpikir kritis dan integrasi pengetahuan secara berkelanjutan dalam pendidikan keguruan.

Abstract

21st-century learning requires higher education institutions to integrate technology into the teaching process, one of which is through blended learning based on a Learning Management System (LMS). This study aims to analyse the needs for the implementation of LMS-based blended learning among prospective teacher students in the Primary School Teacher Education Programme (PGSD) at Lamappapoleonro University. The research was conducted in March 2026 using a descriptive quantitative method with purposive sampling of 53 sixth-semester students. The instrument consisted of a closed-ended questionnaire using a Likert scale with 25 items covering seven aspects: technological readiness, digital literacy, LMS experience, LMS feature requirements, learning model preferences, digital learning barriers, and expectations regarding blended learning. The results indicate that technological readiness and digital literacy fall into the good category, whilst LMS usage experience and the ability to overcome digital barriers remain in the fairly good category. LMS feature requirements and blended learning model preferences range from fairly good to good, whereas students expectations regarding blended learning reach the very good category. The gap between device readiness and digital operational competence indicates the need for a structured LMS orientation programme prior to full implementation.
