Abstract

UD.Kalor Makmur merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang begerak dalam bidang pengrajin kayu lapis di wialah Purwokerto yang khusus memproduksi barecore. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengendalian mutu produk yaitu dengan meningkatkan kualitas proses produksi yang harus dijalankan secara terus menerus dan perlu merumuskan penyebab kecacatan produk. Pengendalian kualitas produk menggunakan pendekatan gugus kendali mutu dengan seven tools. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan dengan perumusan masalah bagaimana menentukan tidakan pengendalian kualitas produk cacat menggunakan pendekatan gugus kendali mutu dengan seven tools. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh jumlah cacat paling berpengaruh adalah cacat pecah, sebelum dan sesudah gugus kendali mutu dengan jumlah 97 menjadi 72 unit dengan presentase 42.73% menjadi 49.66%. Cacat yang kedua adalah ngetrap dengan hasil 69 menjadi 39 unit dengan prosentase 30.40% menjadi 26.90%. Cacat yang ketiga adalah kayu lapuk dengan hasil 47 menjadi 29 unit dengan prosentase 20.70% menjadi 20%. Cacat yang keempat adalah mata kayu besar dengan hasil 11 menjadi 5 unit dengan prosentase 4.85% menjadi 3.45%. Cacat yang kelima adalah pelos besar dengan hasil 3 menjadi 0 unit dengan prosentase 1.32% menjadi 0% Total keseluruhan produk cacat sebelum dan sesudah gugus kendali mutu adalah 227 unit menjadi 145 unit, dengan prosentase penurunan produk cacat 14.41%.  Kata kunci: pengendalian kualitas, gugus kendali mutu (gkm), seven tools

Abstract

PT. Mandiri Jogja Internasional adalah perusahaaan yang bergerak di bidang pembuatan tas dan dompet dengan bahan kulit. PT. Mandiri jogja internasional saat ini melakukan pengukuran kerja berdasarkan pada target order masuk yang dapat terpenuhi, sehingga dapat dikatakan perusahaan memiliki kinerja yang baik. Pengukuran kinerja dengan metode tersebut tidak dapat dijadikan tolak ukur dalam kinerja perusahaan. Riset ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kinerja perusahaan berdasarkan 7 kriteria, yaitu produktivitas, efektivitas, efisiensi, kualitas, profitabilitas, kehidupan kerja, dan inovasi dengan metode Sink’s and Tuttle Mode dan berdasarkan kebutuhan-kebutuhan dari beberapa stakeholder perusahaan dengan metode Integrated Performance Measurement Systems (IPMS). Hasil pengukuran kinerja dengan kedua metode tersebut dapat mengidentifikasi 21 Key Performance Indicator (KPI) pada PT. Mandiri Jogja Internasional. Penerapan scoring system dengan menggunakan Objective Matrix (OMAX) dan Traffic Light Systems diketahui pencapaian indeks kinerja PT. Mandiri Jogja Internasional selama 6 bulan dari Januari sampai dengan bulan Juni memiliki nilai sebesar 69,44; 69,04; 69,04; 69,24; 69,44; dan 69,04. Sehingga diperoleh hasil bahwa perusahaan mengalami penurunan kinerja sebesar 0,40. Kata Kunci: Sink’s and Tuttle Mode, IPMS, KPI, OMAX, Traffic Light System.

Abstract

PPK (Entrepreneurship Development Program) is a scheme of Community Service programs from the Ristekdikti managed nationally through DRPM with the aim of fostering entrepreneurship programs among campuses. With this activity, students can hone the entrepreneurial spirit, improve soft skills by being directly involved in the world of work, increasing the courage to start a business and get support in integrated mentoring. The existence of this KDP program is expected to be part of the community that can create jobs, reduce unemployment and become a change agent for community life that is more empowered and useful. The output of this activity is the training that can increase the capacity of tenants (students) in the field of entrepreneurship and the improvement of product quality for tenant businesses. Abstract

Yogyakarta is known as a city of students, many public and private universities. Based on this, students come from several regions to study. The learning process in higher education cannot be separated from facilities that support learning activities such as study tables and laptops. Students use laptops every day for a long time. Most students complain that the study table is not comfortable when used but it also causes students to tire more quickly. Fatigue is felt in the neck, back, legs and hands. Therefore, it is necessary to redesign the student desk to make it more ergonomic. The method used in redesigning student desks is value engineering. Function identification is performed using FAST diagrams. From the results of the identification of needs and functions, it is necessary to repair and redesign student desks. So from this study, the results of the student study table design with the addition of parts to be able to adjust the height and slope of the laptop, a place for glasses and cables, an adjustable study table height and also a footrest. Then the size of each table is adjusted to the dimensions of the Indonesian anthropometric body, the final result of this research is a more ergonomic student desk design.

Abstract

The painting operator activity is done manually. This painting activity is carried out in a specific position and is carried out continuously, causing musculoskeletal disorders. This study aims to determine the working posture of the painting operator using the OWAS, RULA, and REBA methods. Data collection was carried out by distributing Nordic Body Map questionnaires to operators with several complaints. OWAS and RULA methods were used to find and analyze operator behavior that could cause musculoskeletal disorders and injuries. The results of the OWAS calculation show that the risk level score is 2. At the same time, the RULA risk level score is 3. The analysis results show that several operator postures pose a musculoskeletal risk, so improvements must be made. Hopefully, this proposed improvement will help reduce the risk of musculoskeletal injuries

Abstract

PT. Exedy Manufacturing Indonesia is an automotive industry company that produces Clutch Assy Wheel 4 – Wheel 2 Clutch / Clutch, E. Spring, RLS Plate Motorcycle. Their average production capacity is 1,103 units of clutch discs per day. The company has a product defect standard that cannot exceed 3%, but currently, the average rate of product defects reaches 10%. There are three highest numbers of defective products, consisting of 609 units of consumable blades, 533 units of small size, and 571 units of uneven surface. This means that the quality control carried out by the company is still not optimal and needs improvement. This study aims to determine the number and the causes of defects and quality improvement using statistical quality control (SQC) and fault tree analysis (FTA) methods. From the SQC, it shows that 4 data exceed the upper control limit thus improvements need to be made. The results of the FTA method showed there are 10 basic events in determining the cut set, namely poor material quality, lack of experience, poor work procedures, fatigue, lack of skill, haste, air temperature, poor lighting, untidy area, and shrinking machine performance. Then a proposal for improvement is made to improve the factors that influence the cause of the defect

Abstract

The process of taking natural dyes from strobilanthes cusia leaves in a very simple way is carried out at UMK Shiungu Temanggung. The process was carried out by soaking the leaves and twigs of the cusia strobilantes in water, with a time of 3 days, and a solvent-to-material ratio of 6:1. The raw materials in the form of intact leaves and twigs cause the maceration results to be less than optimal and cause waste in the form of leaves and twigs which are increasingly stinking. Starting from this problem, it is necessary to carry out research to be able to determine the best conditions for the dye collection process. The maceration process, which was carried out using intact leaves and twigs of Cusia strobilantes that were not chopped, with a maceration time of three days and a solvent-to-material ratio of 6:1, resulted in a solution with a very small absorbance value. For red color with a wavelength of 678 nm the solution has an absorbance value of 2.375. Whereas for the purple color with a wavelength of 409 nm the solution has an absorbance value of 5.275. In addition, the waste obtained is difficult to process because it is large and interlocking and smells bad so it disturbs the environment. Research on the process of maceration of Cusia strobilantes leaves with variations in leaf size, a ratio of solvent to material, and maceration time, shows that the smaller the size of the material and the greater the time used, the greater the absorbance value of the macerated solution, while the ratio of solvent to material indicates an optimal point. The best conditions chosen are process conditions that produce maximum maceration results and facilitate the waste treatment process

Abstract

Pendapatan masyarakat Desa Pengkok Gunung Kidul pada awalnya relatif rendah karena hanya berasal dari sektor primer pertanian dan peternakan. Masyarakat mencari alternatif pekerjaan lain untuk meningkatkan pendapatannya, dengan mengembangkan Desa Wisata. Gunung Ireng sebagai salah satu gunung api purba memiliki daya tarik tersendiri bagi wisatawan karena selain menawarkan keindahan alamnya, Gunung Ireng juga memiliki potensi sebagai wisata pendidikan, ekowisata, agrowisata, seni, dan budaya. Masyarakat di Desa Wisata Gunung Ireng memiliki keterampilan khusus dalam pembuatan batik sebagai pendukung wisata budaya. Strategi pemasaran batik sangat dibutuhkan untuk memperkenalkan produk tersebut kepada konsumen. Oleh karena itu, tim pengabdian masyarakat mengadakan pelatihan pembuatan batik dan strategi pemasaran batik sebagai pendukung Desa Wisata Gunung Ireng yang nantinya diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat. Pelatihan strategi pemasaran batik ini diberikan kepada seluruh anggota Desa Wisata Gunung Ireng. Strategi pemasaran tidak hanya secara offline saja, namun untuk membantu pelaku usaha batik dapat memasuki marketplace di era digital dan menjaring pangsa pasar yang lebih luas maka dilakukan juga pelatihan strategi pemasaran batik berbasis digital. Manfaat yang diharapkan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatnya keterampilan masyarakat sebagai pelaku usaha batik beserta strategi pemasarannya guna mendukung Desa Wisata Gunung Ireng.

Abstract

88DB Indonesia Yogyakarta branch difficulty to obtain new customers and retain existing customers. New customers as the target PT. 88DB Indonesia Yogyakarta branch refusing offers of services provided and the old customers make complaints and termination of the contract. PT.88DB Indonesia Yogyakarta branch should evaluate the level of customer satisfaction of services provided. This study uses a Customer Satisfaction Index to measure the overall level of customer satisfaction. Then proceed with the measure by using Importance Performance Analysis to determine the attributes that have not been satisfying the customers. To sort the attributes do not satisfy the customer satisfaction levels by measuring the difference in performance levels using Service Quality. Results of this study showed that the majority of customers are satisfied with the services provided but not maximum yet. It can be seen from the results of customer satisfaction level testing using Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) which is equal to 67.93%. On testing using the Importance Performance Analysist (IPA), there are 9 service attributes that go into quadrant I, which means that there are 9 attributes that unsatisfactory customers and the service is not maximum yet. Based on testing using the Service Quality attributes improvements sequence starting from the attribute number 4 (SEO optimazed pages) because it has the greatest negative value.

Abstract

Persoalan mendasar yang terjadi bagi perusahaan WL Aluminium yakni penentuan jumlah produksi yang belum maksimal, bisa dilihat dengan terdapatnya tumpukan pasokan barang disebabkan pembuatan produk yang berlebihan (over production) serta kehabisan bahan baku atau (stock out), perusahaan WL Aluminium menunjukan persentase mengalami kekurangan bahan baku (stock out) sebesar 7,28% rata-rata perbulan. Sehingga tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan jumlah produksi optimal wajan agar tidak terjadi over production maupun stock out. Logika fuzzy dipercaya bisa fleksibel serta mempunyai toleransi atas berbagai data yang tersedia. Dengan bersumberkan pada logika fuzzy, dapat menghasilkan sebuah pola dari sistem yang bisa memperdiksikan kuantitas produksi. Dengan menggunakan Fuzzy Inference System Metode Min-Max dapat diperkirakan jumlah produksi wajan di WL Aluminium, dengan nilai kebenaran sebesar 93,36%. dengan produksi sebenarnya selama Februari 2019 hingga Juni 2020 didapat sebesar 6,64% dan dalam hal ini penentuan jumlah produksi dan peramalan dikatakan sangat baik karena nilai presentase kesalahan rata-rata < 10%.
