Abstract

This research aims to measure the influence of Content Marketing, Celebrity Endorser and Testimonials on Consumer Brand Awareness at Eighteen Coffee Sukajadi. In general, the influence of content marketing, celebrity endorsements and testimonials on consumer brand awareness can vary depending on various factors, such as consumer tastes and preferences. By using quantitative methods and a survey approach, the results of this research show that the influence of Content Marketing, Celebrity Endorser and Testimonials on Consumer Brand Awareness at Eighteen Coffee Sukajadi is not very significant because only the testimonial variable has a positive value, while Content Marketing and Celebrity Endorser have a negative value. This then emphasizes that the role of Testimonials in the current digital era is still quite influential. Even though the trend in marketing strategies continues to develop towards more advanced ones, such as Content Marketing and Celebrity Endorser, in fact, testimonials that are considered simpler actually have more influence.

Abstract

Bad stock berupa barang rusak dan expired merupakan permasalahan yang sering terjadi di gudang ritel dan berdampak pada kerugian finansial serta gangguan distribusi barang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi penyebab utama terjadinya bad stock di gudang PT. XY Branch Bandung 2 menggunakan metode Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Data diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan diagram fishbone. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa akar permasalahan berasal dari tiga aspek utama, yaitu sumber daya manusia (SDM), metode kerja yang belum terstandarisasi, dan kondisi lingkungan gudang yang kurang memadai. Identifikasi ini diharapkan menjadi dasar evaluasi dalam pengelolaan gudang yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

This research aims to optimize the storage layout in the warehouse of PT X Bekasi Branch through the application of the class-based storage method with ABC analysis. Currently, the placement of stock is still done randomly which causes difficulties in finding goods, as well as long distances and travel times in retrieving goods. This study was conducted for three months from September to November with a qualitative descriptive method. The stages of the class-based storage method are determining the location based on the class where class A (fast moving) must be close to the entrance and exit access, class B (medium moving) does not have to be so close and class C (slow moving) can be very far. The results of this study show a reduction in distance and travel time with a total average distance of 1,361 cm, a percentage of 11.01% and a reduction in time of 20.01%. In addition, it also obtains a class division to determine the distance to the outbound access into 3 categories, namely the fast moving category of 22 items, medium moving of 11 items and slow moving of 11 items

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya hidup dan persepsi harga terhadap keputusan pembelian produk susu cup pasteurisasi di Rest Area KPBS Pangalengan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Data primer didapatkan melalui wawancara dan menyebaran kuesioner. Sedangkan, data sekunder didapatkan melalui studi literatur. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel nonprobability dengan teknik purposive sampling. Populasi dan sampel penelitian adalah konsumen Rest Area KPBS Pangalengan yang pernah melakukan pembelian susu cup pasteurisasi minimal satu kali. Sampel yang diambil berjumlah 96 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa gaya hidup dan persepsi harga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian produk susu cup pasteurisasi di Rest Area KPBS Pangalengan.

Abstract

The Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, especially the ready-to-drink packaged tea beverage industry, has experienced development from year to year. The development of this industry is marked by an increase in consumption volume and also the number of brands competing in this industry. One of the competing brands in this market is Teh Botol Sosro. Teh Botol Sosro, which competes fiercely with other brands, is making various efforts to increase brand awareness amidst this intense competition. The efforts made by Teh Botol Sosro are using influencer marketing by choosing Nex Carlos as its partner, as well as implementing promotions through product placement on Nex Carlos content that was uploaded on various platforms. This research aims to determine the influence of influencer marketing and product placement on brand awareness of Teh Botol Sosro. The object of this research is influencer marketing and product placement as dependent variables. The sampling technique used in this research is non-probability sampling, namely purposive sampling. The sample in this study consisted of 100 respondents with the criteria being that they had watched Nex Carlos content which included the Teh Botol Sosro product on the content. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research reveal that there is an influence between influencer marketing and product placement on brand awareness, both simultaneously and partially.

Abstract

STUDI LITERATUR: IMPLEMENTASI GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE PADA BISNIS KELUARGA. Dunia bisnis dilanda VUCA. Agar perusahaan dapat bertahan dan berkembang dalam lingkungan bisnis yang kompetitif, maka perusahaan perlu melakukan upaya untuk mengamankan dan mengelola perusahaan. Salah satu perusahaan yang sangat memerlukan sistem tata kelola perusahaan adalah perusahaan keluarga. Karena terdapat kepentingan bisnis dan keluarga di sebuah perusahaan, hal tersebut dapat menimbulkan konflik dalam pengambilan keputusan yang akan berdampak pada keberlanjutan perusahaan. Penelitian ini merupakan studi literatur yang bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran implementasi sistem tata kelola perusahaan pada bisnis keluarga. Hasil studi menemukan bahwa bisnis keluarga sangat membutuhkan implementasi sistem tata kelola perusahaan karena terdapat kesulitan dalam mempertahankan bisnis keluarga tersebut sampai generasi ketiga. Implementasi tersebut dapat dimaksimalkan berdasarkan prinsip transparency, accountability, responsibility, independency, fairness yang akan sangat membantu perusahaan dalam suksesi keberlanjutan perkembangan bisnis bagi generasi-generasi selanjutnya.

Abstract

Ethnic Entrepreneurship for college students presents an opportunity to build a business connected to their culture but also faces challenges such as access to capital and stereotypes. The main purpose of this article is to direct researchers in creating a theoretical framework and guide researchers who are new to ethnic entrepreneurship research among university students so that they know which journals and authors to consult when studying this phenomenon. To do so, this study used the Scopus database to determine the research fields with the most research results, the countries that have conducted the most ethnic entrepreneurship research, the journals that published the most research, and the most cited documents.
