Abstract

Komentar pada media sosial dapat digunakan sebagai umpan balik cepat untuk mengevaluasi kualitas layanan suatu institusi. Penelitian ini membandingkan empat pendekatan klasifikasi sentimen pada komentar Facebook dan Instagram institusi pendidikan (studi kasus: akun resmi Universitas Terbuka), yaitu Multinomial Naïve Bayes (TF-IDF), Text Vectorization Embedding (TensorFlow), Bidirectional-LSTM, dan Universal Sentence Encoder (USE)–Transfer Learning. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi model dengan kinerja terbaik untuk klasifikasi sentimen positif dan negatif pada komentar media sosial berbahasa Indonesia. Dataset yang digunakan terdiri dari 333 komentar Facebook dan 663 komentar Instagram, kemudian dilakukan penyeimbangan kelas melalui proses filtering sehingga diperoleh 154 komentar Facebook dan 178 komentar Instagram untuk pemodelan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan Bidirectional-LSTM memberikan performa terbaik, dengan akurasi 0,88 dan F1-score 0,89 pada Facebook, serta akurasi 0,74 dan F1-score 0,84 pada Instagram. Model dengan performa terendah pada kedua platform adalah USE–Transfer Learning. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa Bidirectional-LSTM lebih efektif untuk menangkap konteks sekuensial pada komentar media sosial, sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai dasar pemantauan kualitas layanan secara berkala. Namun, akurasi seluruh model masih berada di bawah 90%, sehingga penelitian lanjutan diperlukan, misalnya melalui perluasan data, penanganan ketidakseimbangan kelas yang lebih robust, dan optimasi arsitektur/model pralatih

Abstract

This study aims to examine in depth the principal’s leadership management strategy in improving the performance quality of educators and educational staff at State Elementary School 09, Bongan District, West Kutai Regency. A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed. The research focuses on the principal’s leadership management functions, including planning, organising, implementing, and supervising, as well as the performance quality of educators and educational staff, viewed from the aspects of work quality, quantity, timeliness, effectiveness, and independence. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation using purposive sampling involving the principal, teachers, and educational staff. Data analysis was conducted using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The findings indicate that the principal’s leadership management strategy has been implemented in a structured manner, although it has not yet been fully optimised. This condition is influenced by less systematic planning, suboptimal task organisation, and limited human resources and facilities. Nevertheless, the performance quality of educators and educational staff shows positive trends, particularly in work quality, effectiveness, and independence. Supporting factors include strengthening the principal’s leadership competence and professional development, while inhibiting factors include limited resources and challenges in communication and coordination.
