Abstract

Through the results of observations and in-depth interviews, it is evident that most teachers (85%) who are school cooperative managers have never had the opportunity to attend training/workshops on the management of school cooperatives that are good and right. Most teachers who become school cooperative managers (90%) do not have an economic / accounting education background. Most school cooperatives in public vocational high schools majoring in technology and engineering are not legal entities. The solutions offered are training and mentoring as well as improving the legal status of school cooperatives to become cooperative legal entities. The method or approach offered to solve partner problems is training, mentoring, and supervision. At the time of the training, we provided material regarding Recognize Self Potency and also provided the SIKOP software and the guidebook.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image, product price and halal label on purchasing decisions of Oriflame makeup products. This study uses quantitative research methods. Primary data were collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale that reflects five points from strongly agree to strongly disagree. The sample selection technique used was purposive sampling. The sample criteria in this study were students of the State University of Jakarta who had purchased Oriflame products in the last six months, the sample in this study was 150 respondents and were between 18 and 34 years old. The data analysis technique in this study used SPSS 24 software. The results of this study indicate that brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, product prices have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions and product halal labels have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on the Corporate Image at BCA KCP in DKI Jakarta, analyze the influence of Service Quality on Corporate Image at BCA KCP in DKI Jakarta, and analyze the simultaneous influence between CSR and Service Quality on Image Company at BCA KCP in DKI Jakarta. The sampling technique in this research used non-probability sampling via purposive sampling. This research uses primary data sources, namely through a questionnaire using a sample of 349 for BCA KCP customers in DKI Jakarta. The data analysis technique used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis which is measured using SPSS on IBM SPSS 25 software. This research obtained the following results: (a) CSR has a positive and significant effect on the company image of BCA KCP in DKI Jakarta; (b) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on the company image of BCA KCP in DKI Jakarta; and (c) CSR and service quality simultaneously influence the company image of BCA KCP in DKI Jakarta. ABSTRAK Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terhadap Citra Perusahaan pada BCA KCP di DKI Jakarta, menganalisis pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Citra Perusahaan pada BCA KCP di DKI Jakarta, dan menganalisis adanya pengaruh secara simultan antara CSR dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Citra Perusahaan pada BCA KCP di DKI Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan nonprobability sampling melalui purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data primer yaitu melalui kuesioner yang menggunakan sampel sebanyak 349 nasabah BCA KCP di DKI Jakarta. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda yang diukur dengan menggunakan SPSS pada perangkat lunak IBM SPSS 25. Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: (a) CSR berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap citra perusahaan pada BCA KCP di DKI Jakarta; (b) Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap citra perusahaan pada BCA KCP di DKI Jakarta; dan (c) CSR dan Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap citra perusahaan pada BCA KCP di DKI Jakarta.

Abstract

Higher education institutions are under increasing pressure to produce globally competitive graduates by significantly increasing their research output and scientific publications, thus strengthening and enhancing their academic reputation and social impact. Yet, lecturers and students at the service location must gain skills in research-supporting software, scientific writing, and literature searching. Therefore, the State University of Jakarta and the University Malaysia Sabah jointly organize a research boot camp to address the rising demand for research competence and international publications in higher education by equipping participants with essential research skills. The Research Bootcamp Training aims to enhance research competency among students by providing online training in accessing indexed journals, paraphrasing, grammar checking, and reference management using relevant software. This program seeks to assist students at partner institutions in writing and publishing academic articles. With this activity, more students can publish their scientific work in national and international journals indexed by Scopus and Web of Science, thus improving the quality of research in Indonesia. In addition, this activity is expected to encourage the birth of a generation of young researchers who are productive and able to produce quality scientific works relevant to current problems

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh online customer review terhadap purchase intention melalui trust pada produk skincare di platform TikTok. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Populasi penelitian adalah pengguna skincare berusia 18–24 tahun di wilayah Daerah Khusus Jakarta (DKJ) yang memiliki minat beli terhadap produk skincare di TikTok. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode non-probability purposive sampling dengan total 120 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner tertutup menggunakan skala Likert. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 4, dengan indikator analisis R-Square dan Effect Size (f²). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa online customer review berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention, serta berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap trust. Trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention. Selain itu, trust terbukti memediasi pengaruh online customer review terhadap purchase intention. Dengan demikian, kepercayaan menjadi variabel penting dalam memperkuat pengaruh ulasan pelanggan online terhadap niat beli konsumen di platform TikTok.

Abstract

Komitmen seorang karyawan pada sebuah organisasi tentunya menjadi sebuah kunci keberhasilan suatu organisasi untuk terus mendapatkan suksesnya ketercapaian tujuan yang berkelanjutan. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik analisis data melalui regresi linear berganda. Adapun dalam pengumpulan datanya peneliti menggunakan teknik survei yang berupa kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada sampel penelitian. Melalui penelitian yang dilakukan, ditemukan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Selain itu kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepuasan kerja juga memiliki pengaruh secara parsial yang positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi.
