Abstract

AbstrakMuseum Pos Indonesia adalah salah satu museum di Kota Bandung dimana di dalamnya tersimpan berbagai macam benda artefak yang berhubungan dengan dunia pos, khususnya perkembangan pos di Indonesia. Pesatnya sistem informasi dan teknologi, serta banyaknya ruang publik yang lebih menarik di Kota Bandung membuat kurangnya antusiasme masyarakat untuk mengunjungi museum pos.Telegraf merupakan salah satu alat komunikasi yang sangat berpengaruh dalam sejarah perkembangan sistem pengiriman pesan. Pada sekitar tahun 1900-an hampir semua perusahaan jasa pengiriman, terutama Pos dan Giro menggunakan telegraf untuk mengirim pesan dan populer pada saat itu.Untuk meningkatkan antusiasme masyarakat mengunjungi museum, diperlukan alat simulasi telegraf, yaitu sarana interaktif yang berbasis simulasi dengan mengadaptasi sistem pada telegraf dan mensinergikannya dengan teknologi yang sedang berkembang pada saat ini, sehingga dapat memberikan pengalaman dan nilai-nilai tersendiri bagi pengunjung.Kata Kunci : interaktif, museum, simulasi, telegraf AbstractMuseum Pos Indonesia (Indonesian Postal Museum) is one of the museums located in Bandung in which there are various artifacts related to the postal service, particularly those related to the development of postal service in Indonesia. The rapid developments of information system and technology, as well as the existence of more interesting public spaces in Bandung have been dampened down the public’s enthusiasm for visiting postal museum.Telegraph is one of the highly influential communication devices in the history of message delivery system development. In 1990’s, almost all of delivery service companies, particularly Postal Service and Money Transfer Service used telegraph to send message and it was a well-known device during that time.In order to generate the public’s enthusiasm for visiting the museum, a telegraph simulation tool is required, a simulation-based interactive facility by adapting the telegraph system and combining it with the currently developing technology, so that it can provide particular experience and values for the visitors.

Abstract

Abstract This research is background by lack of a study of parental involvement in learning at school. So far, there are still  parents who are not very aware that actually, parents have a very important role in the child's learning process. This research was aims to describe the involvement of parents during the process in learning activities at school. There are three main subfocuses studied, (1) identify the diversity of understanding parents in learning process, (2) map the process of parental accompaniment to reflected in parentalod involvement learning activities, (3) see the impact of involvement parents based on evaluation of the process of accompaninment from parent in children learning activities. The research method employed was descriptive qualitative research with analysis with interactive analysis model. The data collection technique is done through observasion, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of the study show that: (1) parental involvement is reflected based on parenting and continuity of parenting generated through knowledge in parenting activities at school, (2) accompaniment parents in the process of learning children starting from beginning, core activities to closing shows the characteristics of parents divided into three, namely knowing through companion, not knowing but wanting to ask and not knowing not asking. (3) from the picture,it is reflected that the process evaluation of parent involvement is in the medium category, so that of periodic involvement of parent, in addition to providing psychological support to children also provides learning the information needed through experience as an accompaniment.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi membawa transformasi dunia bisnis dan kewirausahaan. Menjadikan strategi sebagai elemen krusial untuk meraih profit, pertumbuhan, dan keberlanjutan usaha. Banyak startup baru bermunculan, tetapi tidak sedikit wirausaha baru mengalami kegagalan akibat kurangnya kemampuan membuat perencanaan dan penciptaan nilai produk. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, Business Model Canvas (BMC) muncul sebagai alat bisnis yang efektif. Workshop dan kompetisi BMC dirancang khusus untuk mengajarkan mahasiswa mengenai pentingnya kewirausahaan serta penerapan BMC secara praktis. Dalam workshop ini, mahasiswa diperkenalkan dengan elemen-elemen kunci BMC, baik dari aspek internal maupun eksternal. Melalui metode klasikal dan presentasi yang disampaikan oleh narasumber berpengalaman, peserta kegiatan diberikan berbagai perencanaan pengembangan bisnis berbasis digital, peluang, serta pengembangan dan tantangannya. Abstract

Abstract The development of technology and digitalization has drastically changed the marketing landscape. Customers today are more connected online and spend a lot of time on digital platforms. Digital marketing training provides an understanding of how to use data and analytics to identify and understand consumer behavior, thus enabling companies to send relevant and engaging messages to the right audience. This digital marketing training program is conducted with several approach methods offered to solve the problem of limited knowledge and skills of marketing students of SMKN 3 Jakarta in marketing expertise using digital technology. These methods include lectures and practical demonstrations. The participants of this Community Service were attended by 32 students from the Online Business and Marketing department of SMKN 3 Jakarta. The implementation of the activity went smoothly, this was due to the participation and interrelation of all parties, especially the students, teachers, and the committee team. The results of the community service are expected to help participants to maximize their knowledge and skills in the field of digital marketing. Abstrak Perkembangan teknologi dan digitalisasi telah mengubah lanskap pemasaran secara drastis. Pelanggan saat ini lebih terhubung secara online dan menghabiskan banyak waktu di platform digital. Pelatihan digital marketing memberikan pemahaman tentang cara menggunakan data dan analitik untuk mengidentifikasi dan memahami perilaku konsumen, sehingga memungkinkan perusahaan untuk mengirim pesan yang relevan dan menarik kepada audiens yang tepat. Program pelatihan digital marketing ini dilakukan dengan beberapa metode pendekatan yang ditawarkan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan keterbatasan pengetahuan dan keterampilan siswa jurusan pemasaran SMKN 3 Jakarta dalam keahlian pemasaran menggunakan teknologi digital. Metode tersebut antara lain yaitu metode ceramah dan demonstrasi praktik. Peserta Pengabdian Masyarakat ini seluruhnya dihadiri oleh 32 siswa dari jurusan Bisnis Daring dan Pemasaran SMKN 3 Jakarta. Pelaksanaan kegiatan tersebut berjalan lancar, hal ini dikarenakan partisipasi dan keterkaitan semua pihak terutama para siswa, guru, dan tim panitia. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat tersebut diharapkan dapat membantu para peserta untuk memaksimalkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mereka dalam bidang digital marketing.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship education emphasizes learning through business practices with student competencies capable of innovation. This research aims to develop theoretical modeling of the product innovation process for students in entrepreneurship programs in higher education. The theory used in this research is product innovation in both entrepreneurship development and education. Various factors influence product innovation for students as SMEs, analyzed and identified as the main factors in product innovation for entrepreneurial students, namely entrepreneurship education and creativity. The research method used is qualitative with literature study, theoretically analyzing previous theories and researchers and determining the main factors as predictors of the formation of educational product innovation. Grounded theory, with comparison of various correlation results as the findings of this research. Shows that creativity is a mediator of entrepreneurship education towards product innovation. Recommendations for future researchers to be able to examine the influence of entrepreneurship education on student product innovation with creativity as mediation, whether tested quantitatively, or developed on other broader aspects of variables. Abstract

The development of UMKM in the creative economy sector faces several challenges, especially the low use of digital technology and the creativity of enterprise for UMKM actors which can hinder the development of enterprises. This research aims to study and understand the role of financial technology, digital marketing, and business creativity on the development of MSMEs in the creative economy sector through a theoretical study approach. Various findings from previous research are used as references and theory development in this research. The qualitative approach method with literature studies was used in the research to obtain a more detailed amount of data and information regarding the factors that influence the development of MSMEs. The main subjects of this research are MSME players located in the DKI Jakarta area. The results of this study indicate that financial technology, digital marketing, and business creativity can help MSME players to develop their businesses so that they can survive and compete in the global market. In addition, this research can also be used as an illustration for MSME actors to know the importance of implementing technology and developing creativity before running a business.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on the Corporate Image at BCA KCP in DKI Jakarta, analyze the influence of Service Quality on Corporate Image at BCA KCP in DKI Jakarta, and analyze the simultaneous influence between CSR and Service Quality on Image Company at BCA KCP in DKI Jakarta. The sampling technique in this research used non-probability sampling via purposive sampling. This research uses primary data sources, namely through a questionnaire using a sample of 349 for BCA KCP customers in DKI Jakarta. The data analysis technique used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis which is measured using SPSS on IBM SPSS 25 software. This research obtained the following results: (a) CSR has a positive and significant effect on the company image of BCA KCP in DKI Jakarta; (b) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on the company image of BCA KCP in DKI Jakarta; and (c) CSR and service quality simultaneously influence the company image of BCA KCP in DKI Jakarta. ABSTRAK Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terhadap Citra Perusahaan pada BCA KCP di DKI Jakarta, menganalisis pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Citra Perusahaan pada BCA KCP di DKI Jakarta, dan menganalisis adanya pengaruh secara simultan antara CSR dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Citra Perusahaan pada BCA KCP di DKI Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan nonprobability sampling melalui purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data primer yaitu melalui kuesioner yang menggunakan sampel sebanyak 349 nasabah BCA KCP di DKI Jakarta. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda yang diukur dengan menggunakan SPSS pada perangkat lunak IBM SPSS 25. Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: (a) CSR berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap citra perusahaan pada BCA KCP di DKI Jakarta; (b) Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap citra perusahaan pada BCA KCP di DKI Jakarta; dan (c) CSR dan Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap citra perusahaan pada BCA KCP di DKI Jakarta.

Abstract

This is a quantitative-research aimed to examine the influence of social media usage intensity, learning motivation, and time management on academic procrastination. The study involved a sample of 188 students from X and XI grades at SMKN 25 Jakarta, selected using proportional random sampling based on the Slovin formula. The data were analyzed using the SEM-PLS method with Smart PLS 4.0 software. The main objective of this research is to identify the effects of independent and dependent variables, both individually and collectively. To test these relationships, coefficient of determination, t-test, and F-test methods were used. The results of the hypothesis testing revealed that: (1) Intensity of Social Media Usage has a positive and significant effect on Academic Procrastination, (2) Learning Motivation has a negative and significant effect on Academic Procrastination, (3) Time Management has a negative and significant effect on Academic Procrastination, and (4) Collectively, Intensity of Social Media Usage, Learning Motivation, and Time Management have a significant impact on Academic Procrastination. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran social media marketing activities dalam meningkatkan purchase intention produk True Wireless Stereo (TWS) dari pengguna Instagram. Penelitian ini melibatkan 200 responden yang merupakan pengguna aplikasi Instagram yang berusia minimal 17 tahun dan berdomisili di Daerah Khusus Jakarta. Penelitian ini menguji 6 hipotesis. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SEM dengan bantuan perangkat lunak AMOS versi 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa celebrity endorsement memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada perceived value, tetapi tidak memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada trust. Sementara itu, social media marketing activities memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perceived value dan trust. Selain itu, perceived value dan trust masing-masing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada purchase intention. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan kegiatan celebrity endorsement dan social media marketing activities khususnya terkait produk teknologi audio, merek bisa mendapatkan peningkatan purchase intention jika metode pemasaran yang digunakan tepat.

Abstract

Pendidikan berkualitas menjadi kunci dalam menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang kompetitif. Guru SMK memiliki peran strategis dalam memastikan lulusan memiliki keterampilan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan industri. Namun, masih banyak guru yang menghadapi kendala dalam melakukan penelitian pendidikan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Rendahnya kapasitas penelitian di kalangan guru dapat berdampak pada kurang optimalnya inovasi dalam metode pengajaran dan pengembangan kurikulum berbasis kebutuhan dunia kerja. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru SMK dalam melakukan penelitian pendidikan. Melalui pelatihan ini, guru akan dibekali dengan konsep dasar penelitian, metode penelitian yang relevan, serta teknik analisis data yang dapat diterapkan dalam praktik pengajaran mereka. Selain itu, program ini juga mendorong guru untuk mengembangkan penelitian berbasis tindakan kelas guna meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran. Luaran yang ditargetkan dari program ini meliputi peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun dan melaksanakan penelitian pendidikan, publikasi artikel di jurnal Ber-ISSN, publikasi artikel di media-massa, publikasi video kegiatan di YouTube, bukti Keterlibatan Mahasiswa, Surat Rekognisi dari mitra/Keterangan Mitra tentang adanya peningkatan keberdayaan Mitra, Bukti Kemitraan Kolaborasi Pengabdian, HKI, Poster hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, Profil pengabdian kepada masyarakat, serta penerapan hasil penelitian dalam proses pembelajaran di SMK. Dengan demikian, program ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam mendukung peningkatan kualitas pendidikan vokasi di Indonesia.
