Through the results of observations and in-depth interviews, it is evident that most teachers (85%) who are school cooperative managers have never had the opportunity to attend training/workshops on the management of school cooperatives that are good and right. Most teachers who become school cooperative managers (90%) do not have an economic / accounting education background. Most school cooperatives in public vocational high schools majoring in technology and engineering are not legal entities. The solutions offered are training and mentoring as well as improving the legal status of school cooperatives to become cooperative legal entities. The method or approach offered to solve partner problems is training, mentoring, and supervision. At the time of the training, we provided material regarding Recognize Self Potency and also provided the SIKOP software and the guidebook.

Abstract

Learning is the process of delivering knowledge that can influence and play an important role in determining a person's learning success. In this case, learning has a close relationship with learning methods and strategies. In order for the learning process to run effectively, a learning strategy is needed. So a teacher must plan and design learning strategies by applying learning models with the aim of facilitating students in the learning process. In addition, the confidence of a student is very important to support the learning process. On the one hand, there are still many students who have fewer communication levels, with the use of EYD which is also lacking. Judging from the experience, the application of discovery learning is applied. Discovery learning is one of the learning models that is oriented towards students wherein the learning process the teaching staff is a facilitator who directs students to find a concept or principle regarding the existing problems. Thus, students are encouraged to play an active role in the learning process. Therefore students must be trained to be skilled and independent and think critically about existing problems, this can be obtained through the Student Central Learning learning model. In addition to practicing students must also evaluate themselves on what things should get more attention so they can maximize their potential.

Abstract

This study aims to compare the differences in sound waves produced by simple objects commonly found in the surroundings. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through direct experiments using simple objects such as a tin can telephone, used milk cans, and wine glasses. These objects functioned as tools or visual aids. The results of the experiments were then described in the form of a report, accompanied by supporting literature reviews. The results of the experiments suggest that sound is produced due to the presence of air and vibrations. A tin can telephone with a shorter string produced clearer sound. This is due to the faster wave propagation through the string. Mediums that contain empty space tend to produce louder and sharper sounds, as there are fewer objects to obstruct or absorb the sound. For instance, when one side of an open can is struck with a spoon, it produces a very loud sound. Similarly, experiments using wine glasses filled with varying amounts of water showed that the amount of water affects the sound produced. Variations in string length on the tin can telephone, the way the cans are positioned, and the amount of water in the glasses all influence the type of sound that is generated.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurship education and income expectations on the entrepreneurial interest of students in the Administrative Economics Study Program at Jakarta State University. This study uses a quantitative method with an associative descriptive approach. Data were obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS tool. The results show that partially, entrepreneurship education has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest. Income expectations also show a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest. Both variables are able to explain 51.7% of the variability in entrepreneurial interest (adjusted R-square = 0.517). These findings indicate that entrepreneurship education and income expectations are important factors in shaping students' interest in becoming entrepreneurs. This study contributes to the development of more contextual entrepreneurship education strategies in public universities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how self-confidence and parental support influence students' career decision-making in vocational high schools. Using a quantitative approach and a purposeful random sampling procedure, 118 students were selected as a sample from the 179 students who answered, as indicated by the Isaac and Michael table. Questionnaires were used to gather data, and SPSS version 21 was used for analysis.  The analysis method includes prerequisite tests, conventional assumption tests, and hypothesis testing, including t-tests, f-tests, and the coefficient of determination. The study's findings suggest that students' vocational decision-making is positively and significantly impacted, partially and simultaneously, by both parental support and self-efficacy. These results highlight how crucial student self-belief and parental participation are in fostering their preparedness for the profession.  In practice, the findings of this study can be used as a foundation or point of reference for more research.
