Abstract

The Regional Revenue Agency of West Tanjung Jabung Regency in managing local taxes, for now the restaurant taxpayer reporting process is still reporting taxes manually. Where: 1) Taxpayers must go to the office of Bapenda Tanjung Jabung Barat to report their taxes. 2) The length of waiting time for taxpayers at the Tanjung Jabung Barat Bapenda office and the accumulation of taxpayers if the due date is near. 3) The length of the verification, calculation and determination process by officers. 4) Taxpayers must wait for the return to process tax payments at the Bank. To solve this problem, the researcher designed a Taxpayer Self Assessment Service System with the aim of being an alternative problem solving. In the design and analysis, the researcher uses the UML method and the design design uses a prototype. From the results of the analysis and design, it produces features that are useful for taxpayers, such as 1) The system also stores employee/staff data. 2) The system also stores taxpayer data (restaurants and swiftlet nests). 3) Taxpayers can view information on when tax reporting is due. 4) Taxpayers can report from home or place of business without having to come to the Tanjung Jabung Regency Regional Revenue Agency.

Abstract

The BLUD (Badan Layanan Umum Daerah) financial management system at Puskesmas Kuala Tungkal 1 is not optimal. The problem with cash book transactions is a journalizing feature is not working. Penatausaha can't control the realization budget and financial reports. The research objective was to design a BLUD financial management information system in Puskesmas Kuala Tungkal 1, Tanjabbar Regency. System development with prototype modeling and tools using Unified Modeling Language (UML); use case diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams, and flowchart diagrams. As a result, the interface design for budget planning, cash receipts and disbursements transactions, cash journaling, and financial reports. Recommendation; create a journalizing function, you should adjust the government financial accounting standards.

Abstract

The Jambi City Transportation Service is an agency / agency engaged in transportation for the Jambi City Government. The problem that occurs at the Jambi City Transportation Department is that the recording of inventory items such as damaged and repaired goods is still manual so that often errors occur in recording and loss of supervision of these assets. The purpose of this study is to design an inventory information system at the Jambi City Transportation Agency. The method used in system design is the prototyping method. While the system modeling tools used by the author are Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Class Diagrams. This inventory information system prototype is expected to make it easier for the Jambi City Transportation Agency to carry out inventory and control goods as well as facilitate the preparation of reports. So as to be able to produce the information needed quickly, precisely and accurately.

Abstract

PT Terentang Maju Jaya is a company owned by Terentang Baru Village which is a unit of Terentang Baru Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDesa). So that the assets owned by this company are assets belonging to the Terentang Baru Village which are required to report assets to the Terentang Baru Village government every year. In managing and reporting assets, they still use the manual method, namely by using Microsoft Office Excel so that it often causes several problems including data loss, employees cannot report assets wherever they are and the slow recording process causes ineffective and efficient management and reporting of assets. One way to optimize management and reporting is by using a web-based information system. This research starts from analyzing and designing a system that is carried out at the planning, procurement, asset data, and asset deletion stages. This research produces a prototype system that describes the functional planning, procurement, asset data, and asset deletion at PT Terentang Maju Jaya. The system design model uses UML (Unified Modeling Language), namely: use case diagrams, class diagrams and activity diagrams. This research produces a prototype web-based asset management information systemthat features the login menu, asset planning, asset procurement, asset receipt, changing and adding to the asset list, asset placement, asset data search, and asset reporting. This research still needs to be developed so that it can be used and applied to PT Terentang Maju Jaya and it is hoped that the next research can design a system that is more complete and easier to apply to PT Terentang Maju Jaya.

Abstract

The form of registration for vehicle taxation payment is a media which used by Samsat of Jambi City for saving the data of taxpayers that filled on paper form as comparison of the vehicle identities of taxpayers to be able to be verified by staffs. In order to registration system which is used to be able to give a value-added, so it is required planning and designing of the system which be able to give filled and accessed everywhere for accelerating a process of taxation payment of the vehicle. In this research, the writer uses a rapid application development method as a framework to make it easier for the writer within designing and implmenting of the online registration system for vehicle taxation payment in Samsat of Jambi City. In the building system, the researcher codes a back-end system by programming hypertext processor and mysql as the database management system. The resut of this research is a web based registration information system which used by taxpayers to register a vehicle taxation payment and a system sends a notification to a taxpayer about a queue process. A registration information system serves a graph report to the chief and staffs which displays a data by month and years based on vehicle type and the colours of identity number of vehicle.

Abstract

The application of Information Technology has now spread in almost all fields, including the use of the School Operational Fund (BOS), perhaps all activities using operational assistance funds utilize information technology. School Operational Assistance is a government program which is basically for the provision of funding for school non-personnel operating costs for education unitsThe reporting system for school operational assistance (BOS) at State Vocational High Schools in Jambi City is still processing and processing reports using the conventional method, which is limited to using the MS program. Excel so that errors often occur, such as in inputting data to meet the form, standard, format of the school operational assistance fund (BOS) report. This caused an error so that the data became inaccurate and relevant when reporting the school operational assistance (BOS) and reports had to always be revised to the Jambi City Education Office. The purposes and benefits of this study are to analyze and study the problems of the school operational assistance management information system (BOS) at the State Vocational School of Jambi City and produce a prototype using UML tools to simplify and reduce error rates in reporting and speed up the process of reporting data to the Provincial Education Office. Jambi. The design of information systems in this study uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) tools such as usecase diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. This research produces a prototype of the school operational assistance management information system (BOS) which can present a report on school operational assistance funds. This prototype needs to be developed for further research so that it can be applied in all schools effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

MERANTI Jambi City supermarket, which was established in 2005, acts as a supermarket that sells basic food items (nine basic ingredients), food, drinks, milk, fruit, vegetables, baby equipment, clothing, household items, lights and electronics as well as furniture. MERANTI Supermarkets have 121 employees with 44 cashiers, counting 4 people and admin getting 3 people. MERANTI Supermarkets operating hours start at 09.00 WIB until 21.00 WIB. Advances in technology and science are a challenge for all supermarkets and shops in Indonesia, one of which is the MERANTI supermarket. The problem related to supermarkets is that the transaction place which is the proof of shopping still uses paper as the medium. In order for this problem to be resolved, a prototype design is needed to make it easier for programmers to make the application. This research produces a Mobile-based prototype design that describes how the application actually runs.

Abstract

Catur Sentosa Anugerah Jambi in processing employee salary still use microsoft excel and book still get trouble, such as : calculation salary is so slow and less than accurate due to the existence of an employee who works, the occurrence of no cheating in the recording the presence of employees and it difficult to obtain of data accuracy the presence of an employee to committed acts of a fine employees as a result of the delay in salary process employees take a long time in doing ' monthly salary report employees. The purpose of research is analyzing and design system information of employee salary using PHP programming language and MySQL database. Metodology of this research use waterfall model and unified model language using use case diagram, activity diagram, and class diagram. Conclusion of this system can featuring employee data, allowance data, bonus data, attendance data in structured and display reports required. Abstract

The Jambi City Environmental Service does not yet have an information system for monitoring and evaluating the regional revenue and expenditure budget (APBD) which can facilitate budget control for activities to be carried out. The process of Monitoring and Evaluation of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget at the Jambi City Environmental Service still relies on the activity control card made by each financial management staff manually, resulting in frequent errors in calculating the realization of budget absorption each month and lack of control from the Technical Implementing Officer. Activities in each sector to control the cash budget that have been planned beforehand, so that there are often delays in budget disbursement. The purpose of this research is to analyze and design an information system for monitoring and evaluation of regional revenue and expenditure budgets in accordance with the needs of the Jambi City Environmental Service. With this information system, the Jambi City Environmental Service can make it easier in terms of budget realization information. Designing the Information System for Monitoring and Evaluation of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget at the Jambi City Environmental Service uses object-based modeling techniques to describe system analysis and design, namely in the form of use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. The output of this research is in the form of a prototype design of the system, Analysis and Design of Information Systems for Monitoring and Evaluation of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget at the Environmental Service of Jambi City. Suggestions for further research in order to complement with other data management, such as reports on the physical realization of disbursed budgets.

Abstract

PT. Tujuh Benua Jambi that processing salary system data still using microsoft excel. So that problems occur that is poor data storage because they have not yet uses a base data so that took quite some time for especially for their employees salary data, checking their employees salary and who should be investigated over and over on columns that is filled because sometimes an error occurs in the calculation of the employees salary, and the process of the preparation of reports on their employees salary and slip that takes time have to be in relatively a long time because ' one by one employees every month. Hence, this study aims to give solution to the problem by offering information system of employees salary use prototype and used unified model language system like use case diagram, activity diagram, class diagrams and flowchart diagram. The new system produce outputs featuring job data, employee data, bonus data, allowances data, salary data and showing reports required to ease PT. Tujuh Benua Jambi in data processing employess salary. And to advise in implementation system give user to training system first.
