Abstract

Management process of the financial administration at SMKS PGRI I Jambi City is still done manuallydate book that is using at the payment of spp , money computer practices , money the test and op3 ( osis ,pmr , the library , scout ) so that in the management of financial administration is still take a long timeand slow , inefficient , as well as the results were not accurate .The solution offered information systemsthat the change is based a database .As for the purpose of this research is to analyze and design systemsinformation financial administration the successful students at smks pgri one city jambi with benefitgained that is making it easier in the management of financial administration and reporting to the schoolprincipal , and able to minimize the time, so in the management of financial administration can be done atthe correct time , fast and accurate. The tools modeling a system used that is using dfd ( data flowdiagram ) with an output that produced in the form of the prototype of to the reports on the reception ofpay , to send daily report , the report and the report on student data as of the payment of .And in buildingprototypes has still not been concerned about data security system so it is suggested for subsequentdevelopment is expected to be furnished with data security

Abstract

PT. Wahyu Perdana Persada is one of company which has been located in Jambi where selecting bestemployment still be selected subjective by owner desire. So always get problem like social jealousybetween employment and decrease performance of employment. Because of that, this research havepurpose to give solution to that happening problems with offer a prototype of decision support system ofselecting best employees with using PHP programming language and MySQL database where writermake development prototype system and using model approach system unified modeling language withuse case diagram, activity diagram, class diagram and flowchart diagram. New system make some outputlike show employees data, admin data, assessment criteria data, employees assessment data, and result ofreckoning select best employees with simple additive weighting method (SAW).

Abstract

Regional levies are an important source of regional income to finance the implementation ofgovernmentand regional development and to improve service to the community and regionalindependence, that in theframework of implementing regional levies collection techniques needto be regulated as a guideline forcollection agencies in accordance with their duties. Retributionthat is currently running at the JambiProvincial Finance Agency which while in the process ofretribution revenue is still manuallyexperiencing several obstacles such as inaccurate datareported that must wait for all the OPDs of JambiProvince to take a long time which causesdelays to the Regional Finance Agency Jambi Province incalculating the results of the Jambiprovincial retribution income ... to resolve constraints is a system thatis capable of processingdata. Abstract

In the development of information technology in the goverment and the prive sectors keep on developinga system of information based application. But in fact, there are a lot of application of this systeminformation can not be used effectively buy user. As in the implementantion of property’s of the systeminformation on the facilites and infrastructure office Polda Jambi is still less effective to use. It makes theresearcher need to research about the effectiveness of application of Polri propertys system of informationwhich is applied in Polda Jambi’s office of facilities and infsdtructure (Biro Sarpras Polda Jambi) basedon the reasercher’s research used Technology Accaptance Model (TAM) as a method, it found that thereare 100 respondents filled the questionnaire showed that all of them do not really understand, feel doubtand have no willingness in using that application. So, it makes this application can not be applideffectively

Abstract

Nommensen High School is one of the Educational Institutions in Jambi City having its address at JalanBarau - Barau I Kel. Pakuan Baru Kec. South Jambi which was founded in 1988, which has a number of195 students with increasing numbers during the Nommensen High School in Jambi City experienced adevelopment. This development requires the existence of a means to accelerate performance andefficiency in School Administration especially School Financial Administration such as new studentregistration payment of tuition fees and committee fees, school financial expenditures and so ontherefore there is a need for a school financial administration management information system that canrecord, process and produce a fast school financial information system. In this system research systemdesign is used using UML mo deling which produces use case diagrams, activity diagrams and classdiagrams. The results of this study were in the form of a prototype. The purpose of this study is expectedto facilitate the management of school financial administration to be faster, more precise and accurate.

Abstract

Biro Pengelolaan Barang Milik Daerah termasuk dalam struktur organisasi Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Jambi.Pengelolaan aset pada Biro Pengelolaan Barang Milik Daerah Provinsi Jambi dilakukan secara manual danmenggunakan Microsoft office excel sehingga kinerja sistem manajemen aset masih belum optimal. Salah satucara agar pengelolaan dapat lebih optimal adalah dengan penggunaan sistem informasi. Penelitian manajemenaset ini dilakukan pada tahap perencanaan aset, pengadaan aset, penerimaan aset dan penempatan aset.Penelitian ini menghasilkan prototype system yang menggambarkan fungsional perencanaan, pengadaan,penerimaan dan penempatan aset pada Biro Pengelolaan Barang Milik Daerah Provinsi Jambi. Metode yangdigunakan adalah pendekatan berorientasi objek menggunakan UML (unified modelling language) yakniuse case diagram, class diagram dan activity diagram. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah prototype yangdapat diimplementasikan lebih lanjut sehingga menghasilkan sistem informasi manajemen aset yangdapat diimplementasikan pada pada Biro Pengelolaan Barang Milik Daerah Provinsi Jambi.

Abstract

Sistem informasi akademik pada SMP Negeri 12 Tebo saat ini masih dilakukan dengan carakonvensional salah satu contohnya adalah dalam penyampaian informasi jadwad pelajaran yang masihditempel manual dimading-mading yang sering robek atau hilang. Pengolahan data guru, data siswa, danpenyampaian rekap nilai kepada masing-masing wali kelas juga masih secara konvensional sehinggadibutuhkan sistem informasi yang dapat membantu dan memenuhi kebutuhan informasi bagi pihak sekolahseperti guru, siswa, admin maupun orang tua siswa. Dengan adanya masalah-masalah diatas dapatdisimpulkan bahwa sistem informasi akademik di SMP Negeri 12 Kabupaten Tebo memiliki beberapakelemahan diantaranya adalah : penyampaian informasi akademik dan kegiatan lain yang masih manual,penyampaian rekap nilai kepada masing-masing wali kelas dan juga penglahan data guru dan siswa masihmanual. Melalui penelitian ini diharapkan dapat merancang sistem informasi yang dapat membantu danmemenuhi kebutuhan informasi bagi pihak sekolah. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, maka dilakukanlangkah-langkah yang terdiri dari tahapan perancangan menggunakan Diagram Konteks, Data FlowDiagram (DFD), Kamus Data, Database dan Prototype. Adapun hasil dari rancangan ini yaitu sisteminformasi akademik yang dapat membantu dalam penyampaian informasi kepada semua pihak sekolah

Abstract

PT BCA FINANCE Is a car finance company that has stood since 1981. Needs car today has become a primary requirement. The number of people who want to buy a car on credit to make a lot of file submission of credit that must be in selection. The selection process manually makes it difficult to make credit worthiness decisions, so that the credit application information received by the prospective customer becomes slow. The purpose of this research is to analyze the current system in pt bca finance and to design a decision support system of credit proposal on pt bca finance. Benefits to be gained from this decision support system in order to facilitate branch heads in making decisions so that information received by prospective customers to be fast. The methodology used in this study is literature study, data collection, system analysis, decision support system design, and conclusion. The design of this decision support system using object-based modeling techniques to describe the analysis and design of the system, namely in the form of use case diagrams, class diagrams, and activity diagrams. The output of this research is the design of system prototype in accordance with the analysis and design of decision support system of credit proposal on pt. Bca finance.

Abstract

Bidikmisi scholarship program is a government program to provide access to higher education to people who are economically disadvantaged and have the academic potential to be able to break the poverty chain. This program has a philosophy of picking up recipients. The selection process for bidikmisi scholarship recipients is based on criteria determined by the Ministry of Research Technology and Higher Education and university jambi. In computer science there is a system that can assist in the selection and decision making process to produce more effective and accurate decisions. In Decision Supporting Systems there are various methods, one of them is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The basic concept of the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is to find the weighted sum of performance ratings for each alternative on all criteria. Tests are carried out with student data from alternative scholarship recipients who will be normalized according to the criteria attribute (benefit or cost). The final result is obtained from the calculation process, which is the sum of the normalized matrix with the weight per criteria that shows the alternative rank of scholarship recipients. It is expected that the results of this study can help decision makers in determining the bidikmisi scholarship recipients

Abstract

Unit Pengelola Kegiatan (UPK) kecamatan Tebo Tengah merupakan Lembaga yang bertugas menyalurkan DanaPNPM Mandiri Perdesaan dalam bentuk simpan pinjam kelompok. Proses seleksi calon penerima pinjaman saat inidilakukan oleh petugas atau tim verifikasi. Meskipun telah ada kriteria dan cara penilaian tetapi proses seleksimembutuhkan waktu yang lama dan kurang selektif dikarenakan tim verifikasi harus menilai banyak kelompok danmasih menggunakan teknik penafsiran. Sehingga kelompok penerima pinjaman sering tidak tepat sasaran. Agarpenyeleksian benar-benar selektif dan mengurangi subjektivitas serta dapat menghasilkan informasi yang cepat dantepat, maka dibutuhkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penerima Pinjaman PNPMMandiri Perdesaan pada UPK Kecamatan Tebo Tengah dibangun dengan metode Profile Matching, menggunakan alatbantu permodelan berorientasi objek yaitu Use Case, Activity Diagram, dan Class Diagram. Dengan dibangun nyasistem baru ini diharapkan dapat membantu kinerja tim verifikasi UPK kecamatan Tebo Tengah dan dapat mempercepatproses seleksi kelompok penerima pinjaman PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan.
