Abstract

The process of inventory at the Local Government Finance Office of Jambi Province still uses Microsoft Excel and inventory books, resulting in a slow process of reporting inventory items. The purpose of this research is to design a web-based inventory information system in accordance with the needs of the Local Government Finance Office of Jambi Province, with the inventory website of the Local Government Finance Office of Jambi Province can be easier in terms of inventory information. Designing a Web-Based Goods Inventory System at the Local Government Finance Office of Jambi Province uses object-based modeling techniques to illustrate system analysis and design, namely in the form of use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. The output of this research is in the form of a prototype design of the Analysis System and the Design of a Web-Based Inventory System at the Local Government Finance Office of Jambi Province. Suggestions for further research in order to complement the management of other data, such as requests for item, lost item reports and data security.

Abstract

BAPPEDA has the task of assisting the Governor in carrying out some regional government affairs in thearea of regional development planning based on the applicable laws and regulations. a) The JambiProvincial Regional Development Planning Agency carries out functions: formulating technical policiesfor regional development planning; b) coordinating the preparation of regional development planning; c)fostering the implementation of tasks in the area of regional development planning; d) implementation ofregional development control and evaluation; and e) other functions performed by the Governor inaccordance with their duties and functions. In carrying out its functions, BAPPEDA is inseparable fromthe problems, namely a) Inconsistent planning and budgeting, among planning documents such as theabsence of programs in the Jambi Provincial Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMD). b) Does notmatch program name in Jambi Province RPJMD. c) There are no activities in the Strategic Plan(RENSTRA). d) Does not match the target activities that have been set in the Strategic Plan. From theseproblems the writer tries to design a budget management information system using the Unified ModelingLanguage (UML) system modeling and the results are in the form of a prototype system design. Thisresearch resulted in a prototype of the Budget Management Information System design at BadanPerencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (BAPPEDA) Jambi Provincial. With the design of the BudgetManagement Information System it is expected to be the basis for solving problems that occur at BadanPerencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (BAPPEDA) Jambi Provincial. In this research, it is expected thatBAPPEDA can measure the realization of outputs of activities against planned plans and can monitor theachievement of activity outputs.

Abstract

Research on the Jambi Herbal Shop conducted to analyze and design the existing system, in orderto overcome the problems associated with the sale and stock of goods of faced by Jambi HerbalShop as well as the calculation of profits. The research method is done by using the method ofanalysis of the interviews, library research and design method. The results showed some of theweaknesses of the existing system is still using manual system for recording and sales. It isconsidered less effective and efficient because it requires a long time in the sales process and thecalculation of profits in that way. Based on the analysis of the author, the author merancangan anaccounting information system to solve the existing problems that generated an accountinginformation system that is capable of displaying trading company income statements, statementsof accounts receivable, goods report, sales reports and accounts payable so as to accelerate thesales process and increase sales there.

Abstract

Dinas Sosial (DINSOS) of Jambi City is one of the Technical Offices in the Jambi City Government whichholds the authority of the Social Affairs government affairs. One of them is the handling of the poor, theprogram of Dinas Sosial Jambi City, namely Non-World Food Aid, which aims to help the community byproviding food assistance such as eggs and rice. But in the program there were obstacles faced indetermining BPNT recipient residents, there were still poor people who had not been verified and validatedwhether the population really included poor people who were eligible to receive BPNT. To overcome this, theauthor tries to analyze and design a prototype of the decision support for Bantuan Pangan Non TunaiRecipients (BPNT) with Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). With this research, it is hoped that later it will beable to overcome existing problems and the poor get their rights

Abstract

Darussalam Islamic Boarding School having its address in Sengkati Baru Village, Mersam District,Batanghari Regency, is a pesantren-based religious institution founded in 2003 by KH. M. Ridwan YahyaYasin according to the desire to uphold the symbols of Islam. In the Islamic Boarding School Darussalam,there are obstacles in the process of payment of education costs where the payment process is still using themanual recording system which of course experiences various obstacles. The most common obstacle is thatofficers experience difficulties in recording and reporting to the leadership. Another obstacle that arises isthat the data collection for santri payments requires a long time because payment data is recorded in a bookso that officials must search the data one by one. At present payment information is only conveyed to santri,then santri conveys to parents or guardians. Sometimes some santri do not convey this information to theirparents or guardians, so the parents or guardians of the santri do not know the information about thepayment. From these constraints, the author tries to analyze and design a web-based payment administrationinformation system and sms gateway using the UML (Unified Modeling Language) system modeling method,from a system designed to have user data management features, manage data type of payment, manage data,payment of education costs, manage payment transactions, and manage reports. It is expected to make iteasier for administrators and the Administration in recording the administration of payment of educationcosts and making reports to the leadership.

Abstract

Problems that occur in the procurement of goods and services in the Polda Jambi are among other things thelegislation regarding procurement of goods and services which is always changing which is always followedby changes in supporting documents and procedures and provisions in the auction, resulting in differentways the viewpoints of each section involved in preparing procurement documents, making work contractsalso making the minutes of handover of the results of the procurement of goods / services, also the absence ofspecial media that is used as a source of information and technical guidance in improving the ability of theactors in the procurement of goods and services in Polda Jambi. The purpose of this study includes analyzingand designing a service system for the procurement of goods and services in the Polda Jambi which can laterbe a solution to the problem of procurement of goods and services used today. This study uses UML tools,including use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. In this research, a prototype of a WebBased Goods and Services Procurement Information System Service in Polda Jambi makes it easy forproviders of goods and services to obtain information about the provisions that apply to cooperate with thePolda Jambi in the supply of goods and services. The suggestion in this research is that the design of thissystem needs to be developed so that it can really be applied to the Polda Jambi, and further research can besupplemented by a data security system

Abstract

Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak Kota Jambi has the main task ofhelping to coordinate the regional secretary in organizing the formulation, stipulation, coordination, andcontrol of the implementation of tasks as well as government programs and activities. Asset managementin Jambi City DPMPPA is done manually and uses Microsoft Office Excel so that the performance of theasset management system is still not optimal. One way for management to be more optimal is to useinformation systems. This asset management research is carried out at the stage of asset planning, assetacquisition, asset acceptance, and asset placement. This study produced a prototype system that describesthe functional planning, procurement, receipt and placement of assets in the Jambi City DPMPPA. Themethod used is an object-oriented approach using UML (Unified Modeling Language), namely use casediagrams, class diagrams, and activity diagrams. This research produced a prototype that could beimplemented further so as to produce an asset management information system that could beimplemented in the Jambi City DPMPPA.

Abstract

Mersam Health Center Mersam District Batanghari District in processing data on drug supply, drugacceptance, drug use, drug demand, drug distribution is still done manually, namely by recording everyday on the stock card. Then the drug data from the stock card is recapitulated and a LPLPO (UsageReport and Drug Request Sheet) is made using Microsoft Excel to request medication to the BatanghariDistrict Pharmacy Installation. With this process, the pharmacist assistant has difficulty causing errors inthe calculation of drug stocks, making it difficult to check the drug inventory, resulting in the length of thereport and the missing documents due to improper archiving of the data and not using the database. Thepurpose and benefits of this study are to analyze and study the problems of the drug supply informationsystem at Mersam Health Center, Mersam Subdistrict, Batanghari District and produce Prototype byusing object-oriented methods and can help the drug department employees in making drug inventorydecisions, drug management treatment is easy, fast and efficient. The design of information systems inthis study uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) tools such as use case diagrams, activity diagrams,and class diagrams. This study produced a prototype drug inventory information system that can presenta drug inventory report. This prototype needs to be developed for further research so that it can beapplied by completing a data security system (security).

Abstract

Accounting is information systems that produce the report to the parties and other interested partiesabout the economic activities of the companies condition .Cash is revenue cash received by companies inthe form of cash and securities that have properties can be immediate use, derived from the companycash transactions both innovation and sales, the repayment of receivable or transactions that can addother company cash .PT.PuriIndah Permaiwho is the company cash revenue to be done manually bynoting high on the agenda must be made on the books of the report to the superior of a month and a year.The report made over and over again by admin who are considered less effective future but in stages,this is necessary so that in the information the reception of a system of cash that may make it easier inand not complicate the officers of the operationalization. In this system designed prototype system toanswer which is sought by the company, with revenue accounting information system cash was conductedconsumer data, booking fee data, Down Payment, money credit agreement and excess land which all thatincluded in the reception of company .This research result indicates the data process can be used tomodel the solution of the problems experienced by PT.Puri Indah Permai

Abstract

The Private SMKN 2 Muaro Jambi that located in Soekarno Hatta Sungai Bahar, Kabupaten MuaroJambi, Provinsi Jambi Is a school which in the processing data of school has been using Microsoft Word2010, but there are still some constraints in processing data, One way of asset management can be moreoptimal is to use information systems. Asset management research is carried out at the planning,procurement, acceptance, borrowing and depreciation of assets at the SMKN 2 Muaro Jambi, The methodused is the object-oriented approach using UML (unified modeling language) that use case diagrams,class diagrams and activity diagrams. This research produce a prototype that can be implemented furtherto produce asset management information system that can be implemented at SMKN 2 Muaro Jambi
