<![CDATA[Financial administration of students at SMK PGRI 2 Jambi in paying school tuition (SPP) still manual so that every students who will pay have to stand in line for a long time. The purpose of this study to analyze and design information system of students’ financial administration at SMK PGRI 2 Kota Jambi. The method that is used in this analysis and design is Data Flow Diagram. This study has created a prototype of information system of students’ financial administration. I hope this prototype Information System of Students’ Financial Administration can be implemented at SMK PGRI 2 Kota Jambi.]]>

<![CDATA[The rapid development of information technology today in line with the discovery and development of science in the field of information such as computerized information systems. The application of computerized information systems is used in almost all fields including the Hospital. Currently H. Abdul Manap Regional Hospital drug supply management is still done manually, not using information systems technology that is by recording in stock cards yet. The purpose of this study was to analyze the design of drug supply information systems, drug reception, drug demand, drug distribution, drug use, and report recording, the methodology used is system modeling using UML (Unified Modeling Language) which consists of Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagram and Class Diagram, with prototype design. This research produced a prototype of drug supply information system that could manage computerized drug supply data and could present drug reports that are needed every day or every month. This prototype system still needed to be communicated with the users so that it could be applied to the H. Abdul Manap Regional Hospital of Jambi City to support the entire business process of the drug supply information system at the H. Abdul Manap Regional Hospital of Jambi City.]]>

<![CDATA[Existing technology is developing so rapidly. it is supported by adequate and quality natural and human resources. various information and management of agency management at this time is very supportive to be developed into a system that relies on technological progress. one of them is information technology and data processing. at this time the form of information and data can be made in accordance with what we want, and many opportunities that can be utilized to develop it. the purpose of this study is to analyze the design of vehicle inventory information systems, equipment inventory, receipt of goods, data on damaged goods, data on improper use of goods, data on service goods and making reports with the methodology used is system modeling using UML (Unified Modeling Language) consisting from use case diagrams, Activity Diagrams and Class Diagrams, with plans limited to prototypes. This research resulted in a prototype of an inventory information system that can manage computerized inventory data and can present reports needed every day or every month.]]>

Sukaya Jambi is growing and developing in terms of providers of trade in goods and services, especially in Jambi province by utilizing the development of information technology. But not all developments in information systems technology are applied to PT. Sukaya jambi, so that problems arise in the salaries of employees at PT. This crocodile. The payroll process at PT. Sukaya is still using a simple computerized system using Microsoft Excel and notebooks as a tool so it takes a long time to get detailed payroll data. Therefore, the authors provide solutions in the form of daily employee payroll information systems using UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling tools. This research produces a prototype that can be further implemented so as to produce a payroll information system that can support and assist the financial activities of PT. Sukaya Jambi and its employees.]]>

<![CDATA[From the information system of the payment administration fee education that runs current payment information is only conveyed to students, then students convey to their parents or guardian and the obstacles most often felt are difficulties Interms of recording and reporting to the leadership and the search for students ' payment data takes a long time because the payment data is recorded in a book so that the officer must search the data one by one. Based on the problems above, the author proposed a payment system for Web-based education and SMS gateways at PondokPesantren Al-Anwar Petanang that can assist in providing solutions to the problems that occur. In this research, the author uses a Unified Modelling Language (UML) modeling tool. This research resulted in a prototype that can be further implemented so as to generate the administrative information system of payment fees for Web-based education and SMS gateways at PondokPesantren Al-Anwar Petanang.]]>

<![CDATA[On Project Work. Each process reports the Overseer will record project development data, then Supervisor Engineering checks the existing data and makes the project development volume. The supervisor then contacts the admin by telephone to submit project development data and the data will be entered into Microsoft Office Excel as project development data. And the data that has been inputted by the admin will be seen by the project manager to see the results of project development by project workers and manage existing work plan data. E very time it is done it makes time reporting inefficient. With these considerations, the need for solving problems related to Web-Based Project Management Information Systems using UML (Unified Modeling Language) system modeling methods using Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams and class Diagrams. In this research, creating data that manages employee data, manages client data, manages project activity data, manages project payment data, manages project process data, manages project document data, manages office data inventory and manages reports. <![CDATA[In a government agency, can not be separated from an inventory process. This inventory process with the purpose of asset data items that exist in the institution. The need for a system of mutual information integrity in process inventory that existed at the SMPN 2 of Jambi City. Because at this time the inventory process is still using a manual system, thus causing errors in inputting and reporting inventory. This item inventory system by using modeling UML (Unified Modeling Language) using this model is able to explain the needs of the system and the flow of the system to be analyzed for the inventory system of goods in this instance.]]>

<![CDATA[The Jambi City Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency has the main task of assisting the Regional Head in carrying out the affairs of the Regional Government in the field of income and other assistance tasks by planning, developing and controlling the sources of regional tax revenues which include; Revenue, Determination, Billing, Planning and Reporting, Control and Extension of Administration / Secretariat and carry out other tasks given by the Regional Head in accordance with their fields. Jambi City Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency in managing local taxes, for now the restaurant taxpayer reporting process is still reporting taxes manually. Where: 1) Taxpayers must go to the Jambi City BPPRD office to report the tax. 2) The waiting time for taxpayers in Jambi City BPPRD office and the accumulation of taxpayers if it is near the due date. 3) The length of the verification, calculation and determination process by the officer. 4) Taxpayers must wait again for the tax payment process at the Bank. To solve these problems the researchers designed the Regional Tax Service Information system with the aim of becoming an alternative problem solving. In the design and analysis researchers use the UML method and design designs using prototypes. From the results of the analysis and design produces useful features for taxpayers such as 1) The system also stores employee / staff data. 2) The system also stores taxpayer data (hotels and restaurants). 3) Taxpayers can see information when the tax reporting due date. 4) Taxpayers can report from their home or place of business without having to come to the office of the Jambi City Regional Tax and Retribution Agency.]]>

<![CDATA[Education Board of Jambi Province is a public service which its main task is to provide service to the development sector in Senior High School (SMA), development sector in Vocational School (SMK), Educational Personnel sector (GTK) and Special Education and Special Service (PKLK). The asset management in the office of the Education Board in Jambi Province is processed in a conventional way and using Ms. Excel so that the performance of the management asset system is still not optimal yet. One of the ways to make asset management to be more optimal is by using an information system. The study of asset management carried out at the planning stage, the procurement stage and the reporting stage. This study results in a prototype system that illustrates the planning, procurement, and reporting of the asset to the Education Board in Jambi Province. The method used in this study is the object-oriented approach by using Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Entity-Relationship Model (E-R Model), i.e. the relation between table, context diagram and flowchart. This study also results in a prototype which can be implemented further to produce an information system of asset management with web-based which can be implemented in the Education Board in Jambi Province]]>

<![CDATA[Every organization or plan needs to create an information system in order to support all activities so that the information generated can be carried out quickly and accurately. One of the information needed is information about the budget owned by an organization or authority. The issue of budget extraction in every expenditure, government expenditure becomes an important factor to stimulate a budget that adheres to the principles of budget savings, efficient and effective. The Jambi Provincial Education Office is a Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) within the Jambi Provincial Government Environment which is responsible for education by the Governor through the Jambi Provincial Regional Secretary. Therefore the Thesis Report with the title "Analysis and Design of Budget Management Information Systems at the Jambi Provincial Education Office". The purpose of this thesis discussion is in the preparation and reporting of budgets that contain the principles needed between approval and accountability of other budgets, budget coordination, budgetary budgets, budget efficiency and budgets. When carrying out a complicated budget preparation and reporting process, it turns out that in its application the system uses manuals and there is no system that is integrated with the process of making and making budget reports to be better and supporting activities and cost plans that are not in accordance with predetermined targets.]]>
