Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Team-Based Project Learning method in Public Relations learning for Office Administration students of the Economics Faculty at Universitas Negeri Semarang. Some difficulties faced by office administration students in developing their skills become more complicated after the pandemic due to online learning. Online learning focuses more on lecturers than students, so it has not been able to solve the difficulties in developing their public relations skills. Team-Based Project Learning is implemented because it demands the ability of the students themselves to solve problems in working as public relations, while teachers as facilitators of ideas for problems that must be solved through PR-Campaign Video. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data analysis uses Milles and Huberman with data collection, data reduction, and conclusion. The data sources used are observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study showed that students who usually learn passively, produce active abilities in their groups because each of the students has a role in the groups to analyze the PR-Campaign video. Each group in team-based project learning has various ways of analyzing the project and has different creativity to present the results.

Abstract

Studi ini mengkaji pentingnya Sistem Informasi Administrasi Perkantoran (SIAP) dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas di lingkungan perkantoran. SIAP merupakan integrasi antara teknologi informasi dengan proses administrasi tradisional, yang bertujuan untuk mengotomatisasi tugas-tugas administratif, meningkatkan pengelolaan data, mempercepat alur kerja, dan memfasilitasi komunikasi dan kolaborasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah analisis literatur dan penelusuran sumber daya terpercaya untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang komprehensif tentang topik ini. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa SIAP memiliki potensi besar dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas di lingkungan perkantoran, dengan manfaat yang meliputi pengelolaan data yang terpusat, otomatisasi proses, kolaborasi dan komunikasi yang lebih baik, keamanan data yang ditingkatkan, serta pelaporan dan analisis yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Good administrative governance in organizations, especially in educational institutions, is crucial to support data-driven governance and management of educational records. Currently, archive management in schools is not yet optimal, and the capacity to support documents for school accountability is still low. Key issues include difficulty retrieving documents, loss of documents, and lack of consistency in the use of filing systems. One of the main causes of this problem is the incompetence of archivists. Therefore, community service activities are carried out to enhance the knowledge and skills of school archivists at private vocational schools in Kendal Regency. This activity includes training, documentation and archival digitization practices based on national education standards. The activity targets 50 school archivists in the area, using methods such as lecture, question and answer, discussion, and practice. The assessment is carried out based on improving knowledge and skills. The results of this activity include articles in national magazines, media reports and video clips about this activity.

Abstract

Dynamic curriculum changes challenge Indonesia's Vocational High School or Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) education. Curriculum changes in vocational schools also impact improving the learning process that must be implemented in the subject areas of expertise. One of the skill competencies that requires the ability to type as a skill that students must master is Office Administration, which is currently known as Office Management and Business Services. This research aims to analyze the impact of the transformation of the Office Administration Vocational School curriculum on typing learning. This research was conducted by applying a mixed-method research design. Qualitative data in this research was collected from a literature study of documents related to curriculum changes and previous research articles. Quantitative data was obtained from vocational school students using a questionnaire. The object of this research is typing learning, which is affected by curriculum changes. The results showed that curriculum development starting from KTSP, 2013 Curriculum, and Merdeka Curriculum had an impact on reducing the allocation of learning time for fast typing exercises, changing the name of competencies, and adjusting learning materials. AbstrakPendidikan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) di Indonesia saat ini dihadapkan pada tantangan perubahan kurikulum yang dinamis. Perubahan atau transformasi kurikulum di SMK juga berdampak pada perbaikan proses pembelajaran yang harus dilaksanakan dan juga berdampak pada perubahan bidang keahlian. Salah satu kompetensi keterampilan yang memerlukan kemampuan mengetik sebagai keterampilan yang harus dikuasai siswa adalah Administrasi Perkantoran yang saat ini dikenal dengan sebutan Manajemen Perkantoran dan Pelayanan Bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak transformasi kurikulum SMK Administrasi Perkantoran terhadap pembelajaran mengetik. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menerapkan desain penelitian metode campuran. Data kualitatif dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui studi literatur dokumen-dokumen yang berkaitan dengan perubahan kurikulum dan artikel penelitian sebelumnya. Data kuantitatif diperoleh dari siswa SMK dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Objek penelitian ini adalah pembelajaran mengetik yang terkena dampak perubahan kurikulum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan kurikulum mulai dari KTSP, Kurikulum 2013 dan Kurikulum Merdeka berdampak pada berkurangnya alokasi waktu pembelajaran untuk latihan mengetik cepat, perubahan nama kompetensi serta terdapat peyesuaian materi pembelajaran.Kata Kunci: pembelajaran mengetik dengan sepuluh jari; pengembangan kurikulum; sekolah menengah kejuruan

Abstract

This research focuses on the implementation of service quality at the Watumalang District Office of Wonosobo Regency using the SERVQUAL method where this method will measure service quality from five dimensions, namely Tangibles, Responsiveness, Reability, Assurance, and Emphaty. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection through interviews and observations. The data obtained was then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman method to find out how the implementation of service quality with the help of NVIVO software. The results showed that in the Tangibles dimension it is necessary to improve facilities and infrastructure to support the implementation of services, in the responsiveness dimension it has been carried out well the officer has implemented responsiveness and a good attitude when providing services, in the reliability dimension it has also been implemented well the officer has reliability when providing services as well as the assurance dimension has also been implemented well the officer has been able to provide reliable service guarantees to the community while in the Empathy dimension it is necessary to improve facilities for pregnant women and people with disabilities.

Abstract

Kondisi di lapangan menunjukkan adanya keterbatasan pelatihan teknis dan pedagogis bagi Guru SMK di Kabupaten dan Kota Magelang serta kemampuan guru dalam merancang modul ajar berbasis deep learning masih rendah. Tujuan utama kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) ini  adalah memperkuat kompetensi guru Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis (MPLB) melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan penyusunan modul ajar interaktif berbasis deep learning menggunakan platform Artificial Intellegence (AI). Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan, praktik penyusunan modul ajar, pendampingan, dan evaluasi melalui kuesioner. Peserta kegiatan ini adalah 19 guru MPLB yang tergabung pada MGMP Kabupaten dan Kota Magelang, Jawa Tengah. Keberhasilan kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa 73.7% peserta menilai bahwa materi PkM sangat sesuai dengan kebutuhan, 63.2% peserta memahami materi dengan mudah, dan 84.2% peserta berpendapat bahwa kegiatan PkM sangat bermanfaat. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa program PkM telah berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan pedagogis, literasi digital, dan motivasi guru dalam memanfaatkan AI alam penyusunan modul ajar. Oleh karena itu, kegitan ini berkontribusi untuk mendorong guru lebih adaptif terhadap teknologi dan menghadirkan pembelajaran yang lebih kreatif, interaktif, dan relevan.   Enhancing teachers' competencies through the development of deep learning-based instructional modules using an artificial intelligence platform    Abstract: Situations in the field indicate that Magelang Regency and City's vocational school teachers have limited technical and pedagogical training, and their capacity to create deep learning-based lesson plans is still lacking. The main objective of this community service (PkM) activity is to strengthen teachers' competencies through training and assistance in developing teaching modules. The methods used include training, teaching module development practice, mentoring, and evaluation through questionnaires. The participants of this activity were 19 MPLB teachers who are members of the MGMP in Magelang Regency and City, Central Java. The success of this activity shows that 73.7% of participants considered the PkM material to be very relevant to their needs, 63.2% of participants found the material easy to understand, and 84.2% of participants considered the community service activity to be very useful. The results of this activity show that the community service  program has succeeded in improving teachers' pedagogical skills, digital literacy, and motivation in utilizing AI in the preparation of teaching modules. Therefore, this activity contributes to encouraging teachers to be more adaptive to technology and to deliver more creative, interactive, and relevant learning.

Abstract

Digitalisasi pelayanan publik merupakan bagian penting dalam mewujudkan tata kelola pemerintahan yang efektif, efisien, dan responsif. Dinas Pendidikan Kota Semarang telah mengembangkan berbagai layanan administrasi berbasis digital sebagai bentuk penerapan smart governance, namun implementasinya masih menghadapi sejumlah kendala. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan smart governance dalam digitalisasi layanan administrasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara mendalam terhadap aparatur serta masyarakat pengguna layanan. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan dengan bantuan perangkat lunak NVivo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan smart governance mampu meningkatkan kemudahan akses, efisiensi proses, dan kualitas pelayanan. Dukungan pimpinan, koordinasi antarunit, serta pemanfaatan media komunikasi digital menjadi faktor yang memperkuat implementasi. Namun demikian, masih ditemukan hambatan berupa gangguan server, keterbatasan integrasi sistem, serta kesenjangan literasi digital antara aparatur dan masyarakat. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan digitalisasi pelayanan tidak hanya bergantung pada ketersediaan teknologi, tetapi pada kapasitas organisasi dalam memastikan kesiapan tata kelola dan kapasitas sumber daya manusia secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Digitalization of Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) governance is an urgent need to address the challenges of transparency, accountability, and professionalism in village economic management. The Sumber Kamulyan BUMDes, which manages the Umbul Pelem tourist destination in Wunut Village, still faces obstacles in manual administrative records, the lack of an integrated data management system, and a suboptimal digital branding strategy. This study aims to develop the Wunut BUMDes Information System (SIBUMDes Wunut) as an effort to modernize administrative governance while strengthening the digital branding of the tourism village. The method used is Business Model Canvas analysis to formulate institutional and business strategies, and the application of the Waterfall Model in the system development process, which includes the stages of analysis, design, implementation, and testing. System testing was conducted using blackbox testing to ensure functional suitability. The results show that all key features, such as tourist data management, financial transaction recording, statistical report preparation, and social media content management, can function properly. These findings confirm that SIBUMDes Wunut not only improves administrative order but also serves as a sustainable digital promotion instrument. Thus, this system is declared feasible to be implemented and has the potential to be replicated by other villages as a model for BUMDes digitalization in order to encourage local economic independence.

Abstract

Urgensi penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pemahaman dan penerapan pendekatan pembelajaran mendalam oleh guru dalam mendukung efektivitas Kurikulum Merdeka di SMK Widya Praja Ungaran. Kurikulum Merdeka mengadopsi pendekatan deep learning melalui tiga komponen utama yaitu meaningful learning, mindful learning, dan joyful learning yang keberhasilannya bergantung pada tingkat pemahaman guru di SMK berbasis vokasi. Penelitian ini menganalisis persepsi guru jurusan MPLB di SMK Widya Praja Ungaran terhadap deep learning, implementasinya, serta tantangan dalam praktik pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitiatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari guru MPLB dan Wakil Kepala Sekolah bidang Kurikulum yang dipilih berdasarkan keterlibatan langsung dalam proses pembelajaran dan pemahaman terhadap kurikulum. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan pedoman wawancara dan lembar observasi. Analisis data menggunakan software NVivo dengan mengikuti model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang mencakup reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, serta diperkuat dengan triangulasi untuk memastikan validitas data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman guru masih bertingkat dan belum selaras dengan tim pengembang kurikulum. Mindful learning paling menonjol yang diterapkan dengan asesmen awal, diferensiasi, refleksi, dan pengulangan materi. Joyful learning diterapkan melalui hubungan interpersonal dan permainan dalam pembelajaran, meski sering terhambat oleh fluktuasi motivasi siswa. Meaningful learning diterapkan dengan mengaitkan materi terhadap dunia kerja, namun penerapannya belum merata karena kurang sinkronisasi kebijakan lintas mata pelajaran. Tantangan yang dihadapi meliputi ketidakseragaman wawasan guru, keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana, serta resistensi sebagian guru terhadap perubahan. Sehingga, implementasi deep learning di vokasi memerlukan kolaborasi antara rancangan kebijakan kurikulum, kesiapan guru, dan lingkungan sekolah yang suportif secara keseluruhan
