Abstract

This study aims to analyze business strategies owned by Micro Finance Institutions BUMDES Samirono in an effort to develop business and impact on community empowerment. This research was conducted in Gogik Village, West Ungaran District, Semarang Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method with IFE and EFE environment analysis and SWOT Analysis. The results of this study showed that in the analysis of Internal and External Factors found by the researchers that internal factors are on average condition with IFE scores of 2.539. In the analysis of external factors have an EFE score of 2.662 which means the position of the organization in a state of being. The SWOT analysis shows that the alternative strategy that needs to be developed by the Samirono BUMDES Micro Finance Institution (LKM-BUMDES) is by maintaining a family organization that is familial in order to address the challenges and threats of the organization. The conclusion that can be obtained from this research is Village Finance Institution has its own characteristic in doing business activity. The aspect of familial, flexible and customizing the characteristics of the village community is the key to the success of the Samirono Micro Finance Institution (LKM-BUMDES) in running the savings and loan business and improving the welfare of the surrounding community.

Abstract

Al Asror Islamic boarding school has several business units which are expected to be a means of developing student entrepreneurship in addition to supporting the boarding school independently. The santri craft business unit, grocery store unit, laundry and canteen are managed by the santri in the Islamic boarding school environment. The problems faced in developing student entrepreneurship are from the perspective of students as the main object of entrepreneurship education.The solution to problems in this service activity is by carrying out FGD activities, coaching and mentoring, and business motivational lectures. The target participants are students, caregivers, administrators, parents/guardians of students, and business and entrepreneurship practitioners/experts. The FGD resource persons were the service team and cottage caretakers. The targets of motivational training are students who have been involved in managing the Islamic boarding school business unit. Motivational lecture speakers are members of the service team. The stages of implementing service activities are the pre-implementation stages of service activities, the stages of implementing service activities, and the post-service activity stages. Service activities can run well and smoothly and consist of three sub-activities, namely delivering entrepreneurship material in the general stage, FGD for stakeholders, and mentoring for students who run Islamic boarding school business units. The first and second activities were carried out successfully. Islamic boarding school stakeholders can convey ideas and concepts in developing student entrepreneurship and Islamic boarding school business units. The third activity has also been carried out by providing reinforcement for students who receive the mandate to run Islamic boarding school business units such as laundry, drinking water, canteen, and others. New business ideas for Islamic boarding schools must be analyzed carefully considering the potential and development of the Patemon area and its surroundings.

Abstract

Tingkat rasio wirausaha di Indonesia masih rendah yaitu sebesar 3,47%, salah satunya disebabkan karena kompetensi wrausaha yang rendah, sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor yang mempengaruhi kompetensi berwirausaha dari aspek pembelajaran kewirausahaan, prakerin, dan kecerdasan emosional dengan keterlibatan siswa sebagai variabel moderasi. Jenis dan desain penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif kausalitas dengan populasi siswa kelas XII Bisnis Daring dan Pemasaran SMK N 9 Semarang. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 104 responden dengan teknik total sampling dan pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan bantuan aplikasi analisis SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi berwirausaha, prakerin memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi berwirausaha, dan kecerdasan emosional memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi berwirausaha. Adapun pada uji moderasi, keterlibatan siswa tidak memoderasi pengaruh pembelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap kompetensi berwirausaha, keterlibatan siswa mampu memoderasi pengaruh prakerin terhadap kompetensi berwirausaha, dan keterlibatan siswa mampu memoderasi pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kompetensi berwirausaha. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Berwirausaha, Pembelajaran Kewirausahaan, Prakerin, Kecerdasan Emosional, Keterlibatan Siswa

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan model pembelajaran project based learning berbantuan google spreadsheet dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa SMK Negeri 2 Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian eksperimen dengan nonequivalent control group design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI BDP 1 dan 2 SMK Negeri Semarang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode tes, pengamatan, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan uji t. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: (1) berdasarkan analisis dengan uji Independent Sample T-Test diperoleh bahwa nilai signifikansi adalah 0,093<0,10 dan (2) berdasarkan analisis deskriptif Model Project Based Learning (PjBL) berbantuan google spreadsheet hasil belajar mengalami peningkatan dari 76,4 naik menjadi 85,3, pada keterampilan 4C juga mengalami perkembangan dari pertemuan pertama dan pertemuan selanjutnya. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah model PjBL berbantuan google spreadsheet efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar untuk mengembangkan keterampilan 4C siswa dan model PjBL lebih efektif dibandingkan menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional pada pembelajaran di masa pandemi. Saran yang diberikan adalah model PjBL berbantuan google spreadsheet dapat diterapkan guru sebagai salah satu variasi model pembelajaran kewirausahaan sebagai solusi pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar di masa pandemi.

Abstract

The number of pesantren in Indonesia is vast and has contributed to economic development and growth. The development of pesantren today is about providing entrepreneurial provisions for students (santri) so that they will be ready to enter the community by having the ability to act creatively and innovatively. This research intends to strengthen students' social entrepreneurship intentions by applying motivational training based on developing self-potential. The research to be carried out is experimental research with quasi-experimental research techniques (quasi-experimental design). The research was conducted at the Pondok Pesantren as Salafy Al Asror, Semarang City, Central Java, Indonesia. The data collection techniques used are tests, observations, and interviews. The results indicated that managerial ability, motivational ability, creativity, and communication significantly affect the intention of the student to pursue social entrepreneurship. This research also develops an entrepreneurial model for students by utilizing the abilities possessed by students, namely managerial abilities, motivation, creativity, and communication. The model developed was tested differently and, based on the model developed, was effective in increasing the intention of students to pursue social entrepreneurship. Thus, this research has contributed to creating social enterprise intentions in students through the students' self-potential.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh interpersonal skills terhadap minat berwirausaha, dengan need for achievement dan self-efficacy sebagai variabel anteseden, pada mahasiswa yang tergabung dalam organisasi kewirausahaan di Universitas Negeri Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain kausalitas. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 92 mahasiswa, diperoleh melalui teknik total sampling dari populasi sebanyak 119 orang. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Square–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa interpersonal skills berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha. Selain itu, need for achievement dan self-efficacy juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap interpersonal skills, serta memberikan pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap minat berwirausaha melalui interpersonal skills. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya penguatan interpersonal skills melalui peningkatan self-efficacy dan need for achievement. Implikasi praktis dari hasil penelitian ini adalah perlunya pengembangan program pelatihan kewirausahaan yang berfokus pada peningkatan soft skills mahasiswa sebagai bekal untuk menghadapi tantangan di dunia usaha.Kata Kunci: Minat Berwirausaha, Keterampilan Interpersonal, Kebutuhan untuk Berprestasi, Efikasi Diri

Abstract

The bakery and noodle cooperative is one of the new production cooperatives in Kendal. With his new age, the enthusiasm of the members to develop the cooperative is very high. Unfortunately, they do not have enough knowledge about digitalization, one of which is digital marketing. Marketing is needed by all fields of industry and current.ly marketing is more directed towards digitalization with social media for example. Digital marketing is not as simple as offline marketing which causes difficulties for Kobamie Kendal cooperative members. This service will focus on providing material and training related to digital marketing which includes practice in operating algorithms to get the right target market for the business development of Kobamie Kendal cooperative members. The service method usesd is a discussion session and workshop with in-depth evaluation and observation that will be carried out after the workshop is over. The service team directs social media for Kobamie cooperative members and creates websites. Provision of practical material focusing on social media specialists with social media algorithms. The website was created to contain the production of cooperative members so that it will become e-commerce for Kobamie Kendal cooperative members.
