Abstract

Mosque is a place for worship activities. Not only a place for prayer, but in the past mosque was as a study center. With the development of mosques in various of campuses in Indonesia, Masjid Raden Patah, which is the main University of Brawijaya mosque, is one of the best in terms of carrying out various types of activities, activities and routine coaching programs. However, in managing various activities at the Masjid Raden Patah, most of them are still managed by one person who is the Managerial in Takmir Masjid Raden Patah. Management activities that include routine activities such as prayer schedules, routine study schedules, routine coaching schedules, and incidental events are required to publish information with several social media including live streaming, generate mosque calendar activities so that they can be easily recognized by all University academics in University of Brawijaya. System for managing activities and publishing information is important even though technically the Masjid Raden Patah already has a website address and various kinds of social media but still needs additional features to help manage all mosque activities, so not only for publication but also manage activities at the same time. Therefore Masjid Raden Patah need a management information system, that is Web-Based Masjid Raden Patah University of Brawijaya Management Information System, built using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method in developing software to get 100% when all test scenarios are carried out, and in compatibility testing this system can works without problems in 75% of the 11 browsers tested.

Abstract

Roads are infrastructure that have an important role to support land transportation and support equitable development in an area., therefore road conditions must always be in good condition. In conducting monitoring, a survey is needed to determine the feasibility of road conditions. One survey method used is the International Roughness Index (IRI). PT. Hirfi Studio is a technical consultant company in Malang that provides transportation infrastructure survey services. PT. Hirfi Studio conducts surveys using direct visual observation method and then recorded manually on a survey form to be processed and converted into an IRI scale. The main tool used in conducting surveys are GPS, cameras and worksheets. The weakness of that processes are survey data in the paper form vulnerable to loss and damage, and processing data from the digitization of data to making maps takes a long time. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an automation survey on road condition using smart phone sensors to assist in conducting surveys. System development is done using software development life cycle (SDLC) waterfall model with object-oriented approach. The implementation of the application applies the model-view-controller (MVC) pattern in Codeigniter framework using HTML, PHP, CSS and Javascript programming language and uses database management system (DBMS) MySQL. In the testing phase, the unit testing value is 100% from 12 test cases, 100% validation of 46 test cases, and compatibility testing shows that the application can run on all desktop and smartphone web browsers.

Abstract

In a software house, project managers took an important role in managing and making software. The project manager for each project is given to different people. But it is also possible for someone to act as a project manager on more than 1 project at the same time. For how to report from each worker to the project manager also varies. There are those who hold meetings once a week, or on weekdays before going home, or the project manager must ask to each member. So, the project manager cannot monitor every progress of the latest workmanship of the team members at all times and also cannot directly assign assignments to the team members as well as team members cannot know the tasks that must be done if the previous task has been completed. To solve the problem, the author developed a multi-project management application that can manage work activities carried out, and monitor the progress of the project. The application applies the Scrum method, in which there is an iteration for the process of working on the project. In developing the application the author uses the waterfall model. Based on the testing performed, unit testing, integration testing, and validation testing produced a valid value in the test case that has been done. In compatibility testing shows that the application can run optimal on 9 of the 11 browser versions tested.

Abstract

The service of public innovation is a government effort to serve the community in organizing its government. The service is packaged in the form of electronic government which can be called E-Government. With the existence of electronic-based governance, it is expected to facilitate and overcome some of the existing problems, one of which is a problem regarding the transparency of funds related to grants and social assistance activities carried out in Bogor Regency. Based on various problems that have occurred, this indirectly lies behind the Bogor Regency government to carry out an innovation to improve the management of grants and social assistance. In this study will implement an innovation in the form of a website that is engaged in the field of E-Government related to public innovation services aimed at submitting proposals for proposed activities along with the amount of funds. The method used in this research is using Rapid Application Development. The web will be implemented using the CodeIgniter framework using the PHP and Javascript programming languages. This research resulted in an application that could conduct an examination of the examinations which would later be submitted, the provision of funding recommendations, the regent's approval and monitoring evaluation. The system is specifically used in the scope of Bogor Regency. The existence of this system is expected to help the process of proposing activity proposals related to grant activities and social assistance to be more efficient and effective, transparency of accountability of activities that are clearer and also tracked and the amount of funds given based on recommendations given by the operator and can be done monitoring related to the activities that have been running and the funds used. For functional testing using two methods, namely Whitebox testing and Black Box.

Abstract

Tourism is the drivers of the economy in various countries in the world. In Indonesia, there are several cities or regions that have developed the potential of tourist areas such as Malang. In 2016, the number of domestic tourists visiting Malang reached 5 million visits, an increase than the previous year which is just 3 million visits. One of the facilities needed by tourists when traveling is lodging at affordable prices such as homestay. Therefore, we need a means of information that can be used by the homestay manager to provide information that is relatively fast for tourists. The porpose of this research is develop an information system for booking homestays in South Malang, especially the Bajulmati village. This research is using Rapid Application Development (RAD) method for system development. Based on the results of the requirements analysis, there were 1 non-functional system requirements and 32 functional requirement. System design and implementation is the next step. System implementation is using the CodeIgniter framework. There several of tests performed, namely compatibility test, integration, unit, and validaton. From validation testing, integration, and unit shows 100% valid. Compatibility testing shown that system can be run in 9 from 12 kind of browser without any functionality problem. Meanwhile, the other browser like internet explorer and safari had a problem in CSS tag that can't be shown.

Abstract

Banyuwangi Regency annually organizes a series of events entitled Banyuwangi Festival and it first held in 2012 with a total of 10 events, and now it is reaching 99 events. However, many problems must be faced by the organizers, for example, in 2016 there was a ticket forgery incident by an irresponsible person at the Banyuwangi Beach Jazz Festival. That incident happened due to the absence of a centralized system in the ticket reservation process at each event. Nowadays, web information systems and portals can help to integrate specific applications such as business intelligence, e-commerce or other application service providers. That ease was then integrated with the Banyuwangi Festival so that the BFEST website was developed, which could help organizers in festival management and ticket reservations more safely and centrally. The system was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method with needs analysis done twice and then produce 34 functional needs and one non-functional needs, then it was implemented using the PHP programming language in the CodeIgniter framework. This system has been tested with the white box testing method for unit and integration test and black-box testing for validation test which produces 45 test cases with 100% valid results, compatibility testing for non-functional requirements using SortSite tools and proven the system can run on several websites browser or mobile browser. Abstract

A project is a temporary activity that has a limit of time, scope and cost. Projects have many types, one of which is software project. Software house work on various types of software project. Each type of a project has different stages to develop according to the provisions of the software house or a project manager. In the same time, software house usually works at least 1-3 projects divided into several team. Each project is led by different project manajer in which, a project manager on particural project can be a team member of another project. A project manager is confused to monitor the progress of the project he leads and work on other projects. The solution provided is to build a system that can manage a project using kanban for management that can help the project manager and team member. By using kanban, a project manager can visualize each stages to complete a project. In this research the system development using Rapid Application Development (RAD) method with Object-Oriented (OO) approach and build on website platform. Testing on this system has been successfully tested including unit testing and integretion testing using basis path in white-box testing and validation testing in black-box testing and compatibility testing run well in 6 different browsers.

Abstract

SAFA Guesthouse is a private enterprise working on a reservation room, every customer making a reservation has to cross an on-line service provider called airy. Every customer's list of room reservations goes to an airy database, so SAFA Guesthouse cannot access the original data of the reservation room transaction. In the system provided by airy there's only management of the reservation data, and there's even a lot of activities that can't be regulated in the airy system which is employee data management, logbook management, employee schedule management, management of the reservation process (check-in and check-out) and management of room hygiene status. According to the problem, the solutions came with the website technology of the management of the SAFA guesthouse reservation implemented in the framework Laravel. Requirement Engineering were the first step in developing a system in this research to result in 45 functional requirements and 1 non-functional requirement. In requirement engineering, there are also 2 actors who will use the system if they have passed the development stage, namely Customer and Front office. After the requirement engineering are carried out the design phase that produces sequence diagrams, class diagrams, component design, database design and interface design, then the implementation phase is carried out. The development method used in this study is the rapid application development method and using HTML, CSS, Javascript and PHP programming languages. Testing in this research uses the white box method that produces 100% valid grades, the white box test with 100% valid results and RAD test results that produce 100% valid result.

Abstract

The number of lovebird lovers and breeders along with the development of information technology, many are capturing its beauty through uploading images to social media. But lovers and lovebird breeders still need a system to interact, discuss and search for lovebird information in one place. Mobile applications that have faster and more attractive performance in terms of visuals and users have full access to mobile devices, such as cameras, notifications, speakers, and other features. The simplicity was applied as a forum to help lovers or breeders interact so that the android-based lovebird community forum application was developed. The system was developed by the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method with a needs analysis that produced 27 functional and one non-functional requirements, then implemented using the java programming language. This system has been tested by the white box testing method for unit testing, black box testing for validation testing which produces 27 test cases with 100% results and compatibility testing for non-functional requirements. System compatibility testing can be used with different APIs, namely API 23 with Android version 6.0.1 Marshmallow, API 25 with Android version 7.1.2 Nougat and API 28 with Android version 9 Pie. The test results show that applications can be used in different devices. Compatibility testing uses the SeeTestAutomation tool to get accurate results.

Abstract

Lovebird breeding in recent years is very popular with both young and old. Along with the development of existing technology, the use of social media is maximized as a link between fellow breeders lovebird birds. Through social media as an intermediary, lovebird breeders can exchange information about lovebird birds. However, the lack of consistency in the completeness of detailed information that is shared among farmers due to manual recording and the wide scope of social media is lacking to share detailed information about lovebird cattle. To solve this problem, a web-based livestock management information system was developed that can facilitate breeders in storing information related to livestock processes from lovebird birds ranging from bird data collection, bird livestock activity logs, to livestock financial records. The web-based farm management information system will be implemented with the Laravel framework using the PHP programming language and JavaScript and GraphQL for database distribution on the backend side. This system was tested using unit testing using the white box method and validation testing using the black box method. Then the system is tested by usability testing using the System Usability Scale method and obtains a final score of 72.5 (acceptable).
