Abstract

Lovebird breeding in recent years is very popular with both young and old. Along with the development of existing technology, the use of social media is maximized as a link between fellow breeders lovebird birds. Through social media as an intermediary, lovebird breeders can exchange information about lovebird birds. However, the lack of consistency in the completeness of detailed information that is shared among farmers due to manual recording and the wide scope of social media is lacking to share detailed information about lovebird cattle. To solve this problem, a web-based livestock management information system was developed that can facilitate breeders in storing information related to livestock processes from lovebird birds ranging from bird data collection, bird livestock activity logs, to livestock financial records. The web-based farm management information system will be implemented with the Laravel framework using the PHP programming language and JavaScript and GraphQL for database distribution on the backend side. This system was tested using unit testing using the white box method and validation testing using the black box method. Then the system is tested by usability testing using the System Usability Scale method and obtains a final score of 72.5 (acceptable).

Abstract

Each hospital or clinic practices independent management of data regarding medical health information is a major case that must be met if included in a large amount of data. The goal is to facilitate data processing and quality of service to clients. However, in Pedis Care Malang there are several constraints such as a system that is still manual in processing client data. Waste of time in recapitulating the client's medical data which is done twice a week for the same data and the difficulty of sharing data between each member, when one member requires client care data before in a rush. From the constraints that have been obtained, we need an information system that can manage client data in Malang's Independent Pedis Care Practices. The information system has several data processing features that include adding data, editing data, deleting data, printing, and displaying the history of the data entered and more efficient data storage. In addition these features make it easy to access data on each division member. For a more complete depiction of the features can be seen in the design of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) which consists of 12 main modules. The study was conducted using the Rapid Application Development Method (RAD) as a system development method. The functionality testing is done using the unit testing strategy, integration testing, validation testing with 100% valid results. While non-functional testing uses compatibility testing, the results show that the system works well in all versions of the browser.

Abstract

Bonsai is a work of art that is quite popular among the people. Domestically, the art of bonsai continues to grow, marked by the continued increase in branches of the Indonesian Bonsai Fan Association (PPBI) community. As the development of bonsai art is increasingly in demand, it is not surprising that in Indonesia there are often exhibition events held. Based on these problems the background of the bonsai community to develop a web-based bonsai community event management application as a means to facilitate the lovers of bonsai art in participating and organizing exhibition events or bonsai competitions at local and national levels. In this study, researchers built a website-based application that functions to create events, register at an event and manage the event management. In the system requirements analysis phase, 20 functional requirements and 1 non-functional requirements are obtained. In conducting research, the development method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD) and is implemented using the laravel framework which is a framework for building a website with the Model View Controller concept. After implementation, the system is then tested using unit testing, validation testing, and usability testing. Unit testing is performed on 3 main functions of the system and is 100% valid. Validation testing is performed on all system functions and produces 100% valid. In addition, a usability test is performed to test the user's ease of operation of the system. The results of the usability test were obtained from respondents using the SUS method resulting in a Likert value of 83.5 from user respondents and a Likert value of 81.5 from the organizing respondents.

Abstract

Bonsai is a plant that has many fans, ranging from young people to the elderly. Bonsai is a plant that is reduced in size and planted in a pot so that it can be decorated at will by the owner. With so many lovers of this plant scattered, the bonsai lovers community can also be said to be many and there are in almost every region and the authors take the example of the Indonesian Bonsai Lovers Association (PPBI) Batu. Because there is a community, there is also a forum that discusses bonsai plants organized by the related community. However, if the forum is held between regions, not all community members can participate. Although there are several platforms that can be used as an alternative in overcoming this problem, but one representative from the PPBI Batu community said that comfort in their use was still lacking. In this study, the authors designed an online forum system for the Indonesian bonsai community that focuses on the existing forum problems. In its development, the authors use the Rapid Application Development (RAD) development method which is implemented with the laravel framework. Laravel itself is a framework that uses the programming languages ​​PHP, HTML, CSS, and Javascript. After the implementation is complete, the system is tested to ensure there are no defects in this application. Tests conducted include white box testing, black box testing, and usability testing using the SUS method. Tests carried out produce results that state that the system functions are 100% valid and running well. In SUS testing, this system obtained a value of 77.5 which makes this system into the acceptable category.

Abstract

The property business in Indonesia is one of the businesses that has experienced significant development. This is evidenced by the many new housing developments at competitive prices. Kupang City is the capital and administrative center of the Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) province, Indonesia. Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency of NTT Province, the increase in the population in NTT has increased by 2.07%. But in reality many prospective property buyers are still confused to buy a house by using a mortgage (KPR) because they do not know the amount of funds to be paid every month and also the difficulty of having to survey the state of the house one by one makes the prospective buyers overwhelmed to look for addresses from home sales agent. To solve this problem, the Land and Property Marketplace System is developed which is expected to facilitate potential buyers and investors in selecting, surveying and obtaining information related to the property to be purchased. The Land and Property Marketplace Systems provide the main features such as agent registration, property registration, KPR simulation, KPR info and also direct comment and chat features between potential buyers and property agents. The Land and Property Marketplace System will be implemented with the Laravel framework using the PHP programming language and JavaScript on the backend side and PhpMyAdmin as a database used to store data. This system produces 20 functional needs and 1 non-functional needs, and found 3 actors is agent, customer, and guest. The system tests using unit testing with the white box method and validation testing with the black box method obtained 3 unit tests and 27 validation tests with 100% valid results. Then the system complimented with compatibility testing using SortSite's software to request system robustness if requested in various web browsers and obtain 100% valid system results in various web browsers.

Abstract

The Bonsai Community located in Batu City has its own name, the Indonesian Bonsai Fans Community (PPBI). PPBI community which is an organization for bonsai lovers with the aim to preserve bonsai plants. The PPBI community is also usually appointed as the organizer of an event at a bonsai event, such as a race or bonsai trading activity. In a bonsai event, after the competition session a bonsai trading session will be opened, and the community at this session acts as the organizer only allowing a few sellers to sell according to specified conditions and the community also provides a place for sales. Furthermore, a buyer can make purchases and order bonsai that have been selected directly. This activity raises several problems that can disrupt the activities of buying and selling bonsai, including the uncertainty of a buyer in preparing the costs for buying bonsai. If the seller's problem is to have to bring the bonsai directly to be sold to a place of sale that is not necessarily sold. This can be a burden for each party because they have to prepare everything related to the process of buying and selling bonsai. Then a solution to this problem was found that could be taken as a background for conducting this research. In this study also identified to manage the overall process of buying and selling bonsai which will then be implemented with a website platform that focuses on the marketplace using the Laravel framework and with a variety of PHP, HTML and CSS languages. Then a needs analysis has been found with the results of 19 functional needs and only 1 non-functional requirement. The system development carried out by researchers applies a method, namely the Rapid Application Development (RAD) development method, which has several stages, such as business modeling, data modeling, process modeling, application generation and testing. After the developed system has gone through the implementation stage, the system is then tested with several stages, including unit testing and integration with 100% valid results, validation testing with 100% valid results and non-functional testing, namely usability yields a value of 79 which means getting acceptable predicate or this system already meets the needs of users and is suitable for use.

Abstract

Sepatu Bordir.ID is a Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in manufacturing sector of shoes production. In 2014, products from Sepatu Bordir.ID begin to be sell in several cities in Indonesia. The shoes sell process is performed by ordering the shoes directly or indirectly. The process of calculating the total payment of the orders is still using calculators, so the accuracy of the process is not really optimal. Besides, the use of social media platforms such us Whatshapp and Instagram to introduce the products makes it less efficient when resellers order shoes. Another problem is found in the entry and reporting process carried out by financial and marketing agents are still using Microsoft Excel, so there is a chance that the data has not been inputted. Based on these problems, a solution is made by developing a website-based technology that is manufacturing information system "Sepatu Bordir.ID" which is implemented in a laravel framework. The phase of requirement engineering of this study produces 24 functional requirements, 1 non-functional requirement and there are three actors that will employ this system, which are the marketing, financial and reseller agents. The results of the requirement engineering were modeled in the design phase using sequence diagrams, class diagrams, component design, database design and interface design and then implemented at the implementation phase. This research used Rapid Application Development method and used HTML, CSS, Javascript and PHP programming languages. The testing phase in this study employed the methods of white box, black box, RAD testing stages, and usability testing. Each of these tests resulted in 100% valid score and usability testing obtained 75 likert which was perceived as an Acceptable.

Abstract

SepatuBordir.ID business is a shoe made in a country located in Malang, in SepatuBordir.ID business in Malang has several processes in making shoes, ranging from raw materials to shoes or finished goods. In the process of making shoes, several actors are involved, namely production, logistics, and purchasing to support shoe making because there is a process to manage production data that functions to plan all uses of raw materials to be processed. Logistics that serves to process all raw materials, both incoming materials or materials that will be issued in the process of making shoes. The condition experienced in the SepatuBordir.ID business is that all data processed is still using manual or non-computer methods that are still recorded in books. Therefore, the problem obtained is finally used as a background for designing systems that are useful for processing data on production, logistics and purchasing. So from the information that has been obtained, the technology is implemented in a web form that focuses on the field of manufacture related to the process of making embroidery shoes. To produce a useful website for SepatuBordir.ID, a needs analysis is carried out which produces 12 functional requirements for the production department, 18 functional requirements for the logistics department, then there are 9 functional requirements that exist in the purchase then the system developed chooses additional requirements namely non-functioning. This study uses the Rapid Application Development method, with the white box testing method aimed at the system unit and black box testing aimed at the functional system. then the usability testing will be done which is useful to find out whether the system can be used by customers without direction from the developer

Abstract

The project management method that is often used today is agile with the Scrum framework. Agile is an iterative method of project work in which a requirement of the software itself is not yet clear according to the character of most clients. Scrum is a collaborative workmanship method, where every requirement or issue is done in the form of a team backlog in a predetermined sprint circulation. At PT. Debox Indonesia as the object of the case study as a representative of the agile project management with Scrum, the number of projects received made the project management neglected because the company only uses Google Sheets to manage each project, so the information system that can include agile project management and scrum processes that covering circulation sprints within the scope of an organization or company is a solution to these problems. The expectation of this information system is the easy management process because everything is recorded and can be tracked in terms of project management, project scrumming, client management, and organizational management. The results of testing this information system are all functional requirements have passed the test in terms of verification and validation, and all non-functional requirements have passed the test manually.

Abstract

Anfield collection is a handicraft factory and a shop that sells handicrafts. When running its business anfield store will record stock and display products in its own shop and in partner stores. There are 25 types of products on sale at anfield stores, it is difficult to remember the different product variations and prices. Then, when a transaction is made anfield officer will provide a receipt to the buyer and then record it in the transaction register book. The marketing that has been done is not too broad, this is felt by the shop owner, the reason being that it is not good enough in utilizing information technology. The number of similar businesses also makes Anfield have to compete with other stores. Anfield business owners mention that it needs special e-commerce applications for anfield producers to overcome problems and improve the quality of business processes that run in terms of effectiveness and efficiency. Therefore, e-commerce applications are made on the mobile platform. In the application there are basic features in buying and selling online, namely managing products, ordering, payment transactions and expeditions. The distinguishing feature is the category of craft products based on the type, process and main ingredients. To handle payment transactions applications must be able to handle various types of payments. This application has been tested using the white-box method with unit testing and Usability Testing with the standard Post Study System Usability Questionnaire (PSSUQ). Test result show that requirement has passed 100% and generally average user is satisfied while using the application.
