Abstract

Organizing events is one of the activities affected by the pandemic. The compulsory social distancing makes coordination between committee events difficult because it must be done boldly, therefore the role of technology is needed by creating an event management information system. The purpose of studying this research is to implement the design results of the Management Information System to simplify and assist in management. The method used is the Waterfall method with the JavaScript programming language and the React Native framework. This system was developed using MongoDB which is useful for providing database services, then used with the system using GraphQL. Furthermore, testing is carried out using the white box and black box methods with the results of the system testing being declared to have passed the test. This application is expected to be able to feed all event organizers in terms of event management including committees, committees, and assignments.

Abstract

The development of technology increasingly influences every aspect in the life of modern society today, which can be felt. Basically, technology is presented to facilitate the activities that have been done so as to increase the efficiency of time which is quite significant. One technology that is very familiar is the website. And the website itself is not only limited to providing the information sought but can also be used to manage existing data so that it can produce information. When we discuss about data processing it must be very closely related to Systems Information Management (SIM), a lot of data that we can process on SIM as in business and health aspects. In the aspect of health that can take care of patient data, patient history data, drug inventory data, as well as the most inherent in processing health data is medical data record. In the case study of the Independent Clinic Doctor Lina, which is a clinic that serves general problems and there are also beauty problems. In carrying out the activity of registration, patient queuing system, examination and management of products and clinical medicine, this method still uses conventional methods or by writing it down in a paper which is stored as book archives for each type of activity. This problem can greatly slow down the performance of the clinic because the number of patients visiting will continue to increase in proportion to the running time so the data that needs to be stored will also increase and become more complex. So that from the problems that arise from the clinic will be built a system that is capable of processing data contained in the clinic such as patient personal data, patient medical record data, patient visit data, disease data, as well as logistical data such as beauty products and medicines. Where later all the data stored in this system will be able to occur integrated in every part of the activities in the clinic as well as data accessed by many actors in the same place and time by creating a website-based of clinical management information system.

Abstract

There are a lot of input for ornamental fish, one of which is koi fish, in almost all circles because of its beautiful pattern and high selling price. The koi fish business has great potential in Indonesia, especially in the areas of Sukabumi, Cianjur, Blitar, West Jakarta, Makassar. To generate profits in koi fish farming, superior fish seeds are needed. Most of the cultivators do not understand how and everything that is managed for cultivating koi fish properly. There are even some who claim that just eating is enough to include koi fish. As a result, when entering the business in the wrong way, the koi fish will not be maximized, starting from not getting superior fish, stunted fish growth, and even fish will die. To produce superior seeds, cultivators are required to have good management. Among them are master management and pool management. To further maximize profits, it is also necessary to add financing management. For research, it is made in the form of an application that is useful in managing koi fish farming based on a website. The system is designed with Waterfall development. Perform unit tests and validation tests to test functional requirements. The unit test results of the seven valid status test cases and the validation test of 44 valid status test cases. Testing non-functional requirements is done by testing the system level against several web browsers. From these tests, the results show that the system can run on several web browsers such as Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, and Opera.

Abstract

AMF-Haq Engineering and Consultant is a company engaged in construction services. All items needed by the company are managed by the logistics and purchasing divisions. If the goods requested by other divisions exist and meet the demand, the inventory is released. If the requested item is not available or insufficient, the purchasing department will purchase the item. Until now, all these processes have been done manually by the logistics and purchasing divisions. All activities are still recorded in the book and the information process is also verbalized. The process of fulfilling goods within the AMF-Haq company is very important for the smooth running of the project. If the project works smoothly it will affect client satisfaction. Therefore, a logistics and purchasing management system was created. This system will be used by the logistics and purchasing divisions to manage the goods requirements of the AMF-Haq company. This system provides features of demand for goods, receipt of goods, issuance of goods, and purchases of goods. This system was built using the ReactJS library. In addition, it also uses GraphQL as a API that makes it easier to query the database. This system has been tested using white-box and black-box methods. In addition, Usability testing and compatible testing was also carried out to find out that the system could run on all web browsers. Testing shows that 100% of the needs have been met and are valid.

Abstract

The level of interest in cycling in Indonesia is increasing. This makes more and more bicycle communities formed. Many of the bicycle lovers who use the community as a means of selling goods related to bicycles. The buying and selling process can be done either directly or using social media and marketplace intermediaries. However, the marketing carried out is still not widespread so that the goods are difficult to sell. In addition, there is no marketplace that only sells items related to bicycles so that items are not mixed with other types of items. So that items related to bicycles will be easier to find. To overcome this right, a marketplace system was developed with the main feature of buying and selling goods related to bicycles. The Waterfall Model was chosen as the method used in this study because with this method the control of system development is more structured with the development phase which is one by one. System testing is done by white box testing and black box testing. Each technique gives valid results which means no functionality fails.

Abstract

Amaya bakery is one of the middle companies based in Malang City who specialized in sell and produce cake and bread. Amaya bakery uses Microsoft Excel to help them make a financial report, but the problem is some of the processes are still manually for example the process of make financial report, transaction validation by an accountant, and invoice send manually via email. Based on the problem, the researcher wants to develop an automatic financial report system. The Development system uses SLDC waterfall methods with react js library and restful API along with MySQL as the database. The system uses MDB React and material-UI as a frontend framework, and lumen as a framework to build API. The system also uses react hooks and stateless components to manage state in react js. Software testing uses on unit and system testing level with the black box and white box strategy.

Abstract

AMF-Haq Engineering and Consultant company is a small-medium enterprise that focuses on construction sector. The issue that happened in that company is in project supervising and controlling sector such as the limitation of the owner of the company in giving information straight away related to project plan to the project workers, less of efectivity in monitoring the project development in different locatio, and the process of reporting progress in every project is ineffecient. The aim of this research is to develop an application that makes the project supervising and planning process easier that applied by the company. The aplication that will be developed is expected to be able to improve the effectivity and efficiency of the process of planning, supervising and reporting project progress that has been done by the company. This application will be developed on platform mobile Android using framework react-native by using System Development Life Cycle ( SDLC) method, waterfall speciment. On this research, be achieved analisis result on the application need such as 48 functional needs and nonfunctional need on compability application aspect. From the testing that has been done by researcher, be achieved valid result for unit testing using white box testing method the entire test path. In the validation test using black box testing method, be achived valid value to entire test cases, then in compability test shows that the system can be used well on 2 kinds of mobile phones and 5 types of operation system in Android.

Abstract

The Sistem Informasi Manajemen Pendataan Sandang Dan Penjualan Online is a system that created to aid the store owner and manager in managing goods so there wont be any mistakes managing and listing products. And costumer could access the store catalog without have to visit the store, and the store owner could see the trend based on the number products visited on the website. The system could also list the products that are running out of stock so the store manager could re-stock the items. And then theres a feature that shows income of the store. The software development process starts from analyzing the requirements and object oriented testing. There are 21 functional requirements based on the analyzing phase. The implementation phase was carried out using Laravel. Unit testing produces 100% valid data from 3 tested function, while the validation test produces 100% valid data from 21 tested function. Compatibility Tests were done using 3 different browsers : Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Edge.

Abstract

Currently, the trend of cycling still draws quite a lot of interest among Indonesian society. This causes many bicycle communities are scattered in various regions of Indonesia. Usually, every community has an online community group as a medium for its members to interact with each other and exchange information. However, the use of social media as the main medium for the bicycle community has its deficiency because it's still scattered across different social media platforms such as Facebook, Kaskus and WhatsApp. In addition, there is also difficulty for new people to find a community that suits their preferences because the lack of information about the existing communities. With these deficiencies, a bicycle community forum application is developed to address the existing deficiencies and hopefully can meet the needs of the Indonesian bicycle community. The Rapid Application Development method is chosen as the development method in this research in order to accelerate the development process and deliver product according to its needs. The main system development technologies used in this research are React.js, Node.js, MongoDB and GraphQL. For system testing, black box and white box are used as the testing techniques. The results of the two tests generate correct and valid outputs, indicating that all functional requirements of the system have been met and the system are running as it is expected.

Abstract

Public awareness about the importance of consuming organic foodstuffs is increasing over time. This is based on increasing public awareness of the importance of living a healthier life. Various parties also took part in pioneering the organic farming business. However, sometimes they find it difficult to trade their agricultural products. Because many people still prefer to consume food ingredients produced by conventional methods. In addition, the price of organic foodstuffs is relatively more expensive than foodstuffs produced by conventional farming methods. Thus, organic food ingredients business activists find it difficult to find buyer segmentation. To overcome the above problems, an application was built specifically to sell only organic food ingredients. This is very important to facilitate consumers of organic food ingredients so that they can get organic food ingredients correctly, quickly and easily. This application is built for the Mobile platform using the JavaScript programming language with the help of the React Native framework on the frontend, and Node.js with GraphQL middleware and MongoDB as a database on the backend. System development implements the use of the Waterfall method which emphasizes every process to be carried out systematically and gradually. Tests were carried out using white-box and black-box methods. Each technique produces valid results, which means that all functionality has been implemented properly.
