Abstract

Introduction: Cephalometric analysis have been widely used in orthodontics. The analysis can be conducted in two methods: conventional and digital methods. Practitioners prefer using computerized cephalometric analysis due to its simplicity and less time-consuming compared to manual or conventional method. The objective of this study was to identify discrepancies between Conventional Steiner cephalometric analysis and digital cephalometric analysis using CephNinja® Application. This study was an experimental in vivo study with descriptive and comparative approach. Methods: Thirty two negative and digital cephalograms were traced manually using Steiner analysis and digitally using CephNinja® software application. Tracing results of manually analyzed cephalogram and digitally analyzed cephalogram were then compared. Results: There were no distinguished discrepancies between the tracing results of both manually and digitally analyzed cephalogram using Steiner analysis. Conclusion: there was no significant difference of steiner cephalometric analysis conducted using conventional tracing and digital method using CephNinja® application software.

Abstract

The market shares of several Muslim majority countries' Islamic banks have remained low (e.g., Malaysia, Turkey, and Indonesia) despite many Muslims. Targeted marketing can be an effective strategy to target potential customers, increase the market share, and ultimately Bank's revenue. This study firstly aims to explore potential segmentation bases for the customers of the Islamic Bank and the impact of segmentation analysis on the targeting and positioning of the Islamic Bank. This study applied an exploratory, qualitative research design. The data were collected via in-depth interviews with 30 Muslim participants using purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using inductive content analysis to find the emerged themes. The result shows that the psychographic segmentation would be more plausible to be used by the Islamic Bank than the demographic segmentation. Based on this finding, Islamic banks should consider using psychographic segmentation to target their markets.

Abstract

Decentralization in Indonesia was meant to aid in the shifting of power from the central government to local governments, with the main aim to increase public services towards a more expeditious, efficient, flexible, and high quality of services, changing the paradigm from a ‘served bureaucracy’ towards a ‘bureaucracy that serves’. This research will evaluate: first, the perception of public service consumers towards the quality of public/government services, second, the perceived value received from public services, as well as third, the measurement of their satisfaction level resulting from the quality of services delivered by local governments at city level in the three areas of the Java Island. The research will use triangulation methods: qualitative research will be conducted using focus group discussions whereas quantitative research will be conducted using surveys. The findings are: first, the ten dimensions of service quality for the public sector -i.e. tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, credibility, competence, understanding customers, access, security, communication, and courtesy- were all proven to form the service quality construct in the public service quality. Moreover the proposed model that depicts the relationship between public service quality, perceived value and satisfaction was also confirmed; hence provide an evaluation tool for public services in city level.

Having reviewed the literatures and arranged the hypotheses, the data has been gathered by distributing the questionnaire to 155 audiences at the Java Jazz Music Festival, firstly with convenience sampling and then snowballing sampling approach. The analysis of data was executed with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The result shows the sponsor-event congruence variable has a positive impact toward brand image and attitudes toward the brand sponsor. Brand Image also has a positive impact toward purchase intention; in contrary attitudes toward the brand do not have a positive purchase intention. With those results, to increase the sponsorship effectiveness, the role of congruency is very significant in the sponsorship event. Congruency is a key influencer to trigger the sponsorship effectiveness. Congruency between the event and the sponsor is able to boost up the brand image and bring out favorable attitudes towards the brand for the successful of marketing communication program, particularly sponsorship. In addition to it, image transfer gets higher due to the congruency existence (fit) between sponsor and event and directs the intention creation to buy sponsor brand product/service (purchase intention). Abstract

Revisit intention is one of the most important factors in determining a hotel’s long-term success, as well as the spread of positive feedback by guests through electronic word-of-mouth (e-WOM). Sharia-compliant hotels, in comparison to conventional ones, face limitations in number and require substantial development. Hence, the primary objective of this study is to examine the factors that influence the creation of eWOM and the intention of guests to revisit, considering the direct, indirect, and moderating influence of guests’ religiosity levels. This study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 312 respondents, employing the Structural Equation Model- Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) method for data analysis. The results of this study provide insight into the significant influence of guests’ religious levels in Sharia-compliant hotels on their intention to revisit, directly or indirectly. These findings have significant implications for understanding the essential determinants for attracting returning guests and fostering the more effective growth of Sharia-compliant hotels in Indonesia, contributing to both theoretical insights and practical applications.
