Abstract

Kabupaten Kediri memiliki potensi besar sebagai sentra penghasil ubi kayu, namun masihmenghadapi kendala dalam efisiensi produksi, manajemen usaha, serta strategi pemasarandigital Tujuan pelaksanaan program pemberdayaan berbasis wilayah skema pengembanganproduk unggulan daerah ini adalah mengembangkan potensi unggulan daerah melaluioptimalisasi dapur usaha UMKM olahan ubi kayu di Kabupaten Kediri guna meningkatkanproduktivitas, branding, dan pendapatan usaha. Kegiatan ini berfokus pada penguatankapasitas dua mitra utama, yaitu UMKM Kripik Sermier dan UMKM Kripik Tempe Sagu,dengan dukungan Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kabupaten Kediri. Metode pelaksanaanmeliputi pemetaan kebutuhan, modernisasi peralatan produksi, pelatihan manajemenkeuangan digital, pengembangan desain kemasan, serta pendampingan promosi digital danpenerapan sistem keamanan pangan sederhana (HACCP). Teknologi tepat guna yangditerapkan mencakup mesin pencetak kerupuk otomatis, mesin pengaduk bumbu, danmesin pengemas higienis untuk mitra pertama, serta mesin pencuci dan pemotong tempesemiotomatis bagi mitra kedua. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kapasitasproduksi sebesar 6–7%, efisiensi waktu naik 20%, dan penurunan cacat produk sebesar3,5%. Kedua mitra kini memiliki sistem pencatatan keuangan digital, kemasan yang lebihmenarik, dan aktif di marketplace serta media sosial. Dampak sosial ekonomi terlihat daripeningkatan pendapatan dan keterlibatan tenaga kerja lokal, terutama ibu rumah tangga

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya keterampilan guru SDN Sooko 4 Mojokerto dalam menyusun asesmen pembelajaran mendalam yang sesuai dengan tuntutan Kurikulum Merdeka. Asesmen yang digunakan guru masih berfokus pada pengukuran kedapatan mengingat dan memahami, sehingga belum optimal mendorong keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi (Higher Order Thinking Skills). Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam merancang instrumen asesmen yang dapat memfasilitasi pembelajaran mendalam. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan berbasis praktik, meliputi penyuluhan, demonstrasi, praktik penyusunan asesmen, serta pendampingan dan evaluasi hasil kerja peserta. Mitra pengabdian adalah 15 guru SDN Sooko 4 Mojokerto. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata nilai pemahaman guru dari 58,4 sebelum pelatihan menjadi 87,2 setelah pelatihan. Selain itu, guru dapat menghasilkan instrumen asesmen berbasis HOTS dengan rubrik penilaian autentik yang lebih terukur. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa pelatihan berbasis praktik efektif meningkatkan kompetensi guru dan berimplikasi pada peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran

Abstract

This community service program aims to foster character development and moral values among children in Sukorejo Village in response to the challenges of digitalization that may negatively affect positive moral values. The program employed a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach implemented through five stages: socialization, training, technology application, mentoring and evaluation, and program sustainability. The outcomes of the program resulted in two main outputs: an age-appropriate innovation of the Langen Bekso dance and the development of the Langen Bekso website as a digital information platform presenting the history, cultural values, and artistic activities of the Paguyuban Rahayu Ngremboko community. The simplification of dance movements facilitated children’s learning, fostered pride in local culture, and strengthened discipline and togetherness. In addition, regular psychosocial mentoring and moral education classes contributed to the development of positive character traits, such as honesty, responsibility, and empathy. Educational efforts and the rebranding of Langen Bekso also enhanced community understanding of the relevance of traditional arts in the modern era, thereby promoting the sustainable preservation of local culture.

Abstract

Collaboration with children with special needs is the ability to work together in social activities. This ability can be developed through active involvement in activities such as scout outbound. This study aims to explore information related to the implementation of scouting activities designed to train children with special needs collaboration through scout outbound activities. This research also aims to find out the indicators that children with disabilities have in participating in scout outbound activities. This research is descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach. The subjects consisted of three children with disabilities who were selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the data analysis concluded that, firstly, scout outbound activities are effective in training collaboration between children with disabilities, as well as improving communication, responsibility and courage. Although there were obstacles such as difficulty focusing and waiting for their turn. Secondly, the five aspects of collaboration showed positive results. In general, the children's collaboration skills improved through active participation, supportive interactions and performing tasks according to role. Abstract

Beginning reading skills are basic abilities that elementary school students must master to build a foundation for understanding learning materials. This study aims to describe the initial reading skills of third-grade students at SDN 1 Gunungsari, identify the factors that influence them, and explain the strategies teachers use to develop these skills. The study employs a qualitative approach with descriptive methods and a case study design. The research subjects include a third-grade teacher and 15 students. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, tests, questionnaires, and documentation and then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model with source and technique triangulation. The results of the study indicate that 13 students have good initial reading skills, while 2 students still experience difficulties in phonetic aspects, reading fluency, and reading comprehension. Reading ability is influenced by both internal and external factors. The teacher implements loud reading exercises, group reading, and the use of letter cards and word cards, as well as learning assistance according to student needs, to enhance initial reading skills in a continuous, effective, and comprehensive manner for all students.

Abstract

Positive social interaction is an important component in the implementation of inclusive education. However, its implementation still faces various obstacles that have an impact on communication and social relations of ABK students. This study aims to analyze the social interaction of ABK students through the Peer Friends Program at SD Negeri 1 Losari, using a descriptive qualitative approach, with research subjects, namely school principals, Special Companion Teachers (GPK), regular teachers, regular students who are members of the Peer Friends Program, and ABK students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman models. The validity of the data was tested through source triangulation and triangulation techniques. The results of the study show that the Peer Friends Program plays a positive role in supporting the social interaction of ABK students at SD Negeri 1 Losari, especially in the aspects of communication and social contact. ABK students are able to interact, although their interaction ability is still limited because they are influenced by their respective characteristics. However, the presence of peers increases the opportunity to interact in various school activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya penguatan karakter siswa melalui nilai kearifan lokal yang relevan dengan kehidupan sosial dan budaya peserta didik. Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis proses internalisasi nilai kearifan lokal dalam pendidikan karakter siswa serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya di SD Negeri Tremas. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode etnografi. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi terhadap kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa. Analisis data dilakukan melalui kondensasi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan dan verifikasi kesimpulan, sedangkan keabsahan data diperkuat melalui triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa internalisasi nilai kearifan lokal berlangsung melalui pembiasaan, keteladanan guru, keterlibatan siswa, interaksi sosial, dan penguatan perilaku dalam budaya sekolah. Nilai religius menjadi nilai dominan melalui Ngaji Adab Santri, pembacaan Asmaul Husna, salat berjamaah, dan Sedekah Jum’at. Nilai gotong royong, tanggung jawab, disiplin, kesantunan, dan kepedulian sosial diperkuat melalui piket kelas, kerja bakti, dan kegiatan sosial. Proses tersebut didukung konsistensi budaya sekolah dan keteladanan guru, tetapi menghadapi keberagaman latar belakang serta perbedaan pengalaman siswa. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kearifan lokal dapat menjadi basis pendidikan karakter ketika diintegrasikan secara konsisten dalam pengalaman sosial dan budaya siswa.
