Abstract

Masalah dana desa sering kali disebabkan oleh kurangnya kesadaran dari aparat desa, keterlambatan distribusi dana desa, penggunaan dana desa tanpa justifikasi yang memadai, penggunaan dana desa untuk tujuan lain di luar peruntukannya, kurangnya transparansi, kurangnya pengawasan, dan kurangnya keterlibatan masyarakat dalam proses pembangunan desa. teknik deskriptif yang digunakan dalam penelitian kualitatif. Data primer digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian lapangan adalah metode yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data. Bekerja dengan data, menyusunnya, dan mengelompokkannya ke dalam bagian-bagian yang dapat dikelola adalah langkah-langkah dalam proses analisis data kualitatif. Efektivitas pengelolaan dana desa di Desa Rutum termasuk dalam kategori cukup berhasil, berdasarkan studi tentang efisiensi pengelolaan dana desa dalam meningkatkan pembangunan desa. Temuan dari wawancara masyarakat tentang administrasi dana desa di Desa Rutum sedikit berbeda dengan temuan data. Menurut temuan wawancara masyarakat, pengelolaan dana desa belum berhasil. Pengelolaan dana desa di Desa Rutum menurut data statistik cukup berhasil.

Abstract

The influence of excessive workload can create an uncomfortable working atmosphere for workers. Excessive work load can trigger the emergence of work stress more quickly. On the other hand, a lack of workload can cause losses for the organization/agency. This is because the responsibilities given by the government for the work do not match the abilities possessed by the workers, which can result in errors in financing the work of employees in the North Sorong District. Problems that occur due to the varying characteristics of the human resources they have and the mismatch between the workload and the capabilities of the human resources can result in the work being given to be of poor quality. Based on this problem, the researcher defines and uses the title "The influence of work environment workload on employee performance North Sorong District. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data obtained in the field is in the form of quantitative data, according to Sugiyono, is data that is processed from research results in the form of numbers, where the quantitative approach is the acquisition of data from various sources of information that is relevant to the problem being researched and is related to proof of the concept/theory used. For the work environment North Sorong District employees include equipment, work facilities and work relations. The equipment in the North Sorong District is complete manually and the existing facilities regarding the work relations in the North Sorong District are well established.

Abstract

The utilization of digital marketing platforms represents a crucial potential for the growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in facing an increasingly competitive market. Digital marketing entails marketing or promoting a brand or product through the digital or internet sphere. The extensive user base on the internet presents an opportunity to boost sales. However, many challenges confront business practitioners in adapting to technology, such as managing social media. These challenges are encountered by numerous Indigenous Papuan MSMEs in Southwest Papua, primarily due to limited competency in leveraging digital marketing to enhance sales. The research aims to identify the extent to which digital marketing competency influences the sales performance of Indigenous Papuan MSMEs in Southwest Papua. The findings indicate that MSMEs among the Indigenous Papuans in Southwest Papua have yet to achieve a significant level of digital marketing competency. Insufficient understanding and implementation of digital marketing strategies, such as SEO utilization, content analysis, and strong presence in social media, remain primary challenges. This underscores the necessity for further development efforts and education to strengthen digital marketing competency among Indigenous Papuan MSMEs, aiming to maximize their business potential. Furthermore, the relationship between competency and sales reveals suboptimality; a clear correlation exists between the level of digital marketing competency and the sales of Indigenous Papuan MSMEs in the Southwest Province of West Papua. Enhanced implementation of digital marketing strategies can positively influence the sales of these MSMEs, emphasizing the importance of enhancing digital marketing competency as a critical factor in supporting the growth and success of sales among Indigenous Papuan MSMEs in Southwest Papua.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership and work motivation on the Performance of Employees of the Housing and Settlement Service of Maybrat Regency. The type of research used is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis by conducting T tests, F tests, and determination coefficient tests. From the results of calculations using multiple linear regression analysis, the regression equation Y = 4.348 + 0.239X1 + 0.529X2 was obtained. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it was concluded that work motivation had a significant effect on the Performance of Employees of the Housing and Settlement Service of Maybrat Regency, while leadership did not affect performance, but simultaneously together work motivation had a significant effect on the performance of Employees of the Housing and Settlement Service of Maybrat Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of promotion and brand image on purchasing decisions for Samsung smartphones at Pink Cellular, Sorong City. The data testing strategy used was quantitative graphic analysis. Testing with the Slovin equation was carried out on 76 respondents. The results of the t-test, the independent variable partially, the t value of the promotion has a significant effect on the dependent variable, where the t value of the promotion variable is tcount 7.521> ttable 1.6716 or the significance value of t-table 0.000, it can be concluded that the hypothesis (H1) is accepted, the brand image variable is tcount 3.712> ttable 1.6716 or the significance value of t-table 0.000, it can be concluded that the hypothesis (H2) is accepted. The results of the F test obtained an F value of 41.088 with a significance of 0.000. it appears that the importance value <0.05. implies that progress and brand image simultaneously influence the choice of purchasing Samsung Smartphones at Pink Cellular in Sorong City.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the impact of service quality and facilities on citizen satisfaction at the Matalamagi Village Office in Sorong. The approach applied in data processing is quantitative descriptive analysis. The partial t-test results indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, with a t-value of 5.994, exceeding the t-table value of 1.6716, and a significance level of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. Therefore, hypothesis (H1) is accepted. Similarly, the facilities variable has a t-value of 3.033, which is greater than the t-table value of 1.6716, with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, leading to the acceptance of hypothesis (H2). Furthermore, the F-test results show that the F-value reaches 48.918 with a significance level of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. This confirms that, simultaneously, service quality and facilities influence citizen satisfaction.

Abstract

Masih ada yang belum menggunakan mobile banking dan ada yang sudah menggunakan mobile banking di kalangan mahasiswa. Oleh sebab itu peneliti memiliki beberapa pertanyaan penelitian yakni apakah sebuah teknologi yang relatih baru dikenal oleh Masyarakat ini dapat diterima dan dapat dimanfaatkan dengan baik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh bahwa variable (X1) persepsi manfaat (perceived usefulness), variable (X2) persepsi kemudahaan penggunaan (perceived ease of use), variable (X3) ketersediaan fitur (feature avaibility) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menggunakan mobile banking pada mahasiswa di Kota Sorong.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction among Maxim online transportation users among management students. The sample size was 74, and the analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The results showed that the First Hypothesis (H1): There is no effect of service quality (X1) on customer satisfaction (Y) among Maxim online transportation users among management students. This finding was not supported. This finding was based on the results of a T-test with a calculated T-value of 0.358 < T-table 1.666 and a significant value greater than 0.05 (0.209 > 0.05). The Second Hypothesis (H2): There is an effect of price (X2) on customer satisfaction among Maxim online transportation users among management students. This finding was supported. This finding was based on the results of a T-test with a calculated T-value of 2.923 > T-table 2.052 and a significant value less than 0.05 (0.007 < 0.05). Third Hypothesis (H3): There is an influence of service quality and price on customer satisfaction among Maxim online transportation users among management students, supported. This finding is based on the results of the F test, which obtained a calculated F value of 36.348 > F table 2.73 and a significance value less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of democratic leadership style on employee performance at the Malawei Community Health Center. The analysis technique used was descriptive quantitative analysis using SPSS 26 software. The results showed a significant value of less than 5% (0.05), indicating that democratic leadership style influences employee performance at the Malawei Community Health Center. Therefore, the hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and H1 is accepted. The R² test obtained an R² value of 0.245, indicating that the contribution of democratic leadership style to employee performance at the Malawei Community Health Center is 24.5%, with the remaining 75.5% influenced by variables outside the study.
