Abstract

Consumptive behavior is currently found in various kinds of social status. Both from the businessmen, traders, civil servants, students, men and women. Many women who work or not work always shop. It is possible that women who do not work also have consumptive behavior because in today's sophisticated era, access to purchases is easy. When they are happy or sad, they prefer to shop. But it can make them have the habit of shopaholic aka crazy shopping. The purpose of this comparative research is to reveal or find out the differences in consumptive behavior between working women and non-working women. Researchers used quantitative research methods with purposive sampling technique. The population in this study were women who worked and did not work at Dusun Calling 1 Desa Serbajadi 1. After doing the try out, the researcher did the actual research. The subjects in this study were Serbajadi 2 Hamlet with 80 subjects consisting of 40 working women and 40 unemployed women. Based on the results of data analysis in this study and reinforced by the theoretical basis that has been described, it can be concluded that "there are differences in consumptive behavior in working women and women not working". The t-test analysis showed that there was a very significant difference between working women and unemployed women, indicated by 5.722 and p = 0.002 or p <0.05. The average result for working women is 58.48 while the average for women not working is 63.63. It can be concluded that women who do not work have higher consumptive behavior.

Abstract

Pengetahuan tentang pentingnya mencegah burnout pada karyawan wanita dimulai dari bagaimana seorang wanita karir atau wanita pekerja mampu menyeimbangkan work-family conflict dan pentingnya mendapatkan dukungan dari rekan kerja untuk mencegah burnout pada karyawan wanita. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pekerjaan, work-family conflict dengan dukungan rekan kerja dan burnout pada karyawan perempuan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan menggunakan skala burnout, skala work-family conflict dan skala dukungan rekan kerja. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan perempuan yang sudah menikah dan memiliki anak di PT. Sumber Batu Berkah yang berjumlah 55 karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 25.0 dan menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian diperoleh R= 0,607 (p<0,01), yang berarti terdapat korelasi positif yang signifikan antara work-family conflict dengan dukungan rekan kerja dan burnout karyawan. Hasil hipotesis kedua menunjukkan bahwa koefisien korelasi adalah 0,594 (p<0,01), dapat diketahui bahwa variabel work-family conflict memiliki hubungan positif yang signifikan dengan burnout. Selanjutnya, hipotesis ketiga diperoleh nilai -0,244 (p<0,01) yang menunjukkan bahwa dukungan rekan kerja dan burnout memiliki hubungan negatif yang signifikan.Keywords: Burnout, Work Family Conflict, Dukungan Rekan Kerja.

Abstract

Indonesia memiliki masyarakat yang multibudaya, Modernisasi beragama adalah kehidupan umat manusia yang berhubungan dengan kewjiban menjalankan ajaran agamanya dimana terpengaruhi oleh perubahan sistem politik, keagamaan, ekonomi psikologi, ilmu pegetahuan, kemajuan teknologi dan informasi.Sebagai bangsa yang masyarakatnya amat majemuk, kita sering menyaksikan adanya bentrok sosial akibat banyak perbedaan cara pandang baik dalam  segi budaya, bahasa maupun masalah keagamaan. Bentrok sosial seperti ini tentunya dapat mengganggu persatuan dan kesatuan yang ada di Tanah Air kita Indonesia, ada umat beragama yang memperkeruh pandangan keagamaannya dengan ritual budaya lokal seperti sedekah laut, sesajen, festival kebudayaan, atau ritual budaya lainnya sehingga Agama tidak murni lagi karena disebabkan tercampur oleh kebudayaan. Dalam kasus  lain kita  menjumpai adanya penolakan pembangunan rumah ibadah di suatu daerah, meski syarat dan ketentuannya sudah di penuhi namun,Karena umat mayoritas di daerah itu tidak menghendaki, masyarakat pun jadi berkelahi dan Alhasil tidak dapat terlaksana dengan baik. Konflik kemasyarakatan dan pemicu ketidak harmonisan  masyarakat yang pernah terjadi dimasa lalu berasal dari kelompok ekstrim kiri (komunisme) dan ekstrim kanan (Islamisme). Yudi (2014 : 251) menyebutkan  ancaman disharmoni dan ancaman negara kadang berasal dari globalisasi dan Islamisme, disebut dua fundamentalisme : pasar dan agama[1].Dalam hal  fundamentalisme agama, maka penting menghindari disharmoni perlu ditumbuhkan  cara beragama yang moderat, atau cara ber-Islam yang inklusif atau sikap beragama yang terbuka, yang disebut sikap moderasi beragama. hal yang dapat kita tanamakan dalam setiap diri adalah jangan jadikan perbedaan sebagai penghalang namun jadikanlah sesuatu yang wajib kita syukuri sebagai keindahan yang akan mewujudkan suasana rukun dan damai yang kita idam-idamkan bersama. Abstract

Green tourism, which emphasizes sustainability and environmental maintenance, offers a sizable new monetary possibility, particularly in regions like Ubud, Bali. This research investigates the twin function of inexperienced tourism in enhancing local economy improvement and maintaining ecological integrity amidst increasing worldwide ecological consciousness. The research data obtained from mixed-methods technique, which quantitative information from the imperative statistics agency (BPS) and qualitative interviews with local stakeholders, the study reveals that tourism practices, such as ecotourism and community-based total lodging, no longer handiest appeal to environmentally conscious tourists but additionally contribute notably to local earnings and task introduction. The findings suggest that green tourism can increase neighborhoods incomes by up to 35-40%, further reinforcing the necessity for collaboration between policymakers, enterprise players, and groups to foster sustainable practices. but, challenges remain, together with inadequate infrastructure, competition with traditional tourism, and the need for constant coverage assistance. This research emphasizes the ability of green tourism as a pivotal factor of sustainable financial development even as highlighting regions for similar research, particularly the integration of theoretical insights with empirical evidence to optimize green tourism strategies. in the end, this look at advocates for endured innovation and network involvement in growing tourism programs that are each economically useful and environmentally responsible.

Abstract

Pengembangan energi terbarukan tidak hanya merambah pada skala yang lebih luas seperti di dunia industri tetapi juga pada lingkup lebih kecil seperti rumah tangga dan dunia pendidikan. Karena sifatnya yang ramah lingkungan inilah, maka sudah sepantasnya, penggunaan energi terbarukan menjadi alternatif terbaik yang dapat digunakan pada sektor Pendidikan untuk membuka peluang penelitian dan pengembangan di masa depan. Berdasarkan penilaian kebutuhan atas Universitas Terbuka membutuhkan peralatan penyiram tanaman yang bersumber pada Energi Terbarukan untuk mendukung kegiatan UT Green Universitas dan kesiapan siswa-siswi SMK Negeri 1 Tangerang Selatan untuk membuat prototype penyiram tanaman dengan tenaga surya. Hal ini bertujuan memberikan pemahaman tentang pentingnya energi terbarukan bagi keberlajutan energi kepada siswa-siswi SMK Negeri 1 Tangerang Selatan. Membuat prototype alat penyiram tanaman dengan penggerak tenaga surya kepada siswa siswi SMK. Metode pelaksaanaan dengan membuat pelatihan awal tentang pengetahuan energi terbarukan dalam hal ini panel surya. Pelatihan dan perakitan untuk melatih skill para siswa tentang energi baru terbarukan, serta menerapkan ilmu pengetahuan yang sesuai dengan program SDGs.

Abstract

This study explores how Outcome-Based Education (OBE) is institutionalized. In the era of global educational reform and Industry 4.0, higher education institutions are required to adopt learning models that emphasize measurable competencies and graduate relevance to societal and industry needs. Outcome-Based Education (OBE) has emerged as a strategic response to these demands, particularly in Islamic higher education, where integration with spiritual and ethical values remains essential. This study aims to explore how OBE is institutionalized through transformative curriculum management at UIN Raden Intan Lampung, Indonesia, by analyzing its planning, implementation, and evaluation stages within the framework of Hunger and Wheelen’s strategic management theory. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation review involving university leaders, curriculum developers, and lecturers. The findings reveal that the institutionalization of OBE at UIN RIL is characterized by a systematic and participatory process, including the formulation of learning outcomes aligned with the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework (KKNI), capacity building for lecturers, and the establishment of continuous quality improvement (CQI) mechanisms through internal audits and tracer studies. The study concludes that transformational leadership, adaptive governance, and integrated quality assurance systems are critical factors in sustaining OBE-based reforms. The implications of this research extend to other Islamic higher education institutions, offering a contextualized model of OBE integration that balances global educational standards with Islamic values and institutional identity. mative curriculum management at UIN Raden Intan Lampung. These insights offer practical guidance for Islamic higher education institutions undergoing curriculum transformation.
