Abstract

Penelitian ini  bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana  keefektifan  penggunaan Metode Peer Tutoring dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar Sejarah Pada Kelas XI di MA PK Hasanah Islamic Boarding school. Jenis penelitian yang dilaksanakan adalah Penelitian Kualitatif Deskriptif.  Subyek penelitian ini adalah Kepala Madrasah, Guru Pengampu Mata pelajaran Sejarah, dan siswa Kelas XI MA PK Hasanah. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan wawancara, observasi dan studi dokementasi.  Hasil dari penelitian setelah di analisa menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Metode Peer Tutoring dinilai efektif untuk mengatasi masalah kesulitan belajar Sejarah siswa Kelas XI MA PK Hasanah karena telah memenuhi beberapa syarat belajar yang efektif diantaranya adalah bisa mengantarkan siswa mencapai tujuan mata pelajaran serta bisa membuat siswa lebih atraktif pada saat pembelajaran Sejarah berlangsung di Kelas XI MA PK Hasanah Islamic Boarding School.

Abstract

This research is motivated by problems related to the lack of career development activities for educators in schools, low motivation for educators for career development, low number of educators participating in career development activities, the need to increase educators' knowledge about academics, the need to increase teachers' mastery of IT. The research used qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research is by data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research are the career development assignments for teaching staff in assignments at SMP Negeri 6 Kota Pariaman including: a) Teaching assignments. The criteria for assigning a teacher are seen from the teaching load of a minimum of 24 hours and a maximum of 40 faceto-face hours in one week. And must be in accordance with the academic qualification background held. The terms of a teacher's assignment include designing learning, implementing the learning process, and ending with evaluating learning outcomes; and b) Additional duties in the form of positions as deputy principal in various fields, head of laboratory, head of library, extracurricular supervisor, as well as class teacher, project coordinator, project teacher, scout teacher, scout supervisor, UKS supervisor, PMR supervisor, and OSIS supervisor

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of implementing academic supervision to overcome the problem of lack of teacher creativity in making tools, learning media, the methods taught are not updated, teachers are less effective in implementing learning, there are teachers who are less able to prepare and develop lesson plans independently because there is a new curriculum. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research is, data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Research Results: (1) The program for implementing academic supervision is carried out using a process, planning an academic supervision program which is designed at the beginning of each semester, implementing academic supervision which is carried out continuously, and following up on the results of academic supervision by providing training and workshops. (2) The approach to implementing academic supervision uses a direct approach (directive) by approaching the teacher and not blaming the teacher, an indirect approach (non-directive) through teacher council meetings with the school principal, a collaborative approach by conducting discussions and self-reflection. (3) Techniques for implementing academic supervision use individual techniques by conducting class visits, observation visits, curriculum implementation, and group techniques by holding meetings and conducting group discussions.

Abstract

This research focuses on SDN 06 Lasi Mudo, which has experienced a decline in new student enrollments. The conflict involves human factors, particularly human resource management, encompassing teachers, administrative staff, and students, withthe school principal as the key leader.The research method employs a case study approach, analyzing human resource conflict, marketing strategies, improvement of educator quality, and infrastructure management at the school. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, with the research subjects involving SDN 06 Lasi Mudo. The research results indicate that marketing strategies, improvement of educator quality, and physical resource management can be solutions to address the conflict and the decline in new student enrollments.The effective implementation of conflict management is crucial inresponding to differences in the school environment.This research provides a significant contribution to understanding the complexity of factors influencing the decrease in the number of new students in elementary schools.The implications include the development of more effective policies and strategies to enhance the quality of education at the elementary level. The success of SDN 06 Lasi Mudo demonstrates that the quality of education depends not only on physical facilities but also on human resource management and wise strategies.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that employees' work motivation has not been measured so that it has an unfavorable impact on their performance. This research aims to find out what the level of employee work motivation is, what the level of employee performance is and whether there is an influence of Work Motivation on Employee Performance in the Administrative Sub division at the Padang City Ministry of Religion Office. The hypothesis proposed is whether there is an influence between work motivation and the performance of employees in the Administration Sub division at the Padang City Ministry of Religion office. In his research there are two variables, namely the independent variable (workmotivation) and the dependent variable (employee performance). This research is field research using a quantitative approach. This research method uses correlation with the Simple Linear RegressionTest (TTest). The population in this study was 31 employees taken using total sampling. The research instrument used 2 (two) questionnaires, Namely a questionnaire about Work Motivation and Employee Performance. Data were processed using (SPSS) Version 20. Research results:1) Work motivation is a the medium category level at 77% (24 employees); 2) Employee performance is also at the medium category level at 74% (23 employees); 3) There is a significant influence between work motivation and employee performance in the administration sub-section

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi karena kurangnya kinerja tenaga kependidikan dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan, pemerataan pembinaan tenaga kependidikan, ketidaksesuaian tugas dengan bidang tenaga kependidikan, serta pengelolaan administrasi belum maksimal. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan tindak lanjut pembinaan tenaga kependidikan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif dengan subjek penelitian yaitu kepala madrasah, wakil kepala madrasah bidang kurikulum, 2 orang tenaga kependidikan, 2 orang tenaga pendidik di MTsN 9 Padang Pariaman. Data pada penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Perencanaan pembinaan tenaga kependidikan sudah berjalan namun belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan konsep indikator perencanaan pembinaan tenaga kependidikan ; 2) Pelaksanaan pembinaan tenaga kependidikan dilakukan dengan 2 cara, pertama pembinaan secara internal dilaksanakan dalam bentuk seminar, rapat, dan penegasan tugas, kedua pembinaan secara eksternal dalam bentuk pelatihan, workshop, lokakarya dan bimtek ; 3) Tindak lanjut pembinaan tenaga kependidikan dilakukan oleh kepala madrasah dan wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum dengan bentuk adanya reward dan funishment.

Abstract

As the digital transformation reshapes education, virtual academic supervision emerges as a promising innovation for teacher professional development. This study explores its effectiveness as an alternative to traditional supervision methods. A systematic literature review (SLR) was conducted, drawing on national and international peer-reviewed journals, reference books, and policy documents. Content analysis and meta-synthesis techniques were applied to synthesize findings and identify best practices in virtual academic supervision. The review reveals that virtual supervision significantly enhances time efficiency by 30–50%, expands the reach of coaching programs, and improves the quality of feedback. Digital platforms—especially learning management systems integrated with video conferencing—receive higher satisfaction ratings compared to conventional methods. Hybrid coaching models that combine synchronous and asynchronous interactions are most effective, offering personalized, flexible learning experiences. Moreover, digital evaluation tools facilitate accurate, data-driven assessments of teacher performance. The study proposes a conceptual framework that integrates technology platforms, coaching strategies, and digital evaluation systems, offering a structured, scalable model for virtual academic supervision. These findings underscore the potential of digital supervision to support sustainable teacher development and call for education policymakers and institutions to adopt this approach as a strategic priority.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of family resilience during the Covid-19 pandemic, especially from the perspective of Islamic education. So, research and development are needed to increase the resilience of character families. This research aimed to identify how the profile of family resilience with the Character of an Islamic education perspective during the Covid-19 pandemic in the family planning village and how the characteristic of family resilience with the Character of an Islamic education perspective during the Covid-19 pandemic in a family planning village that is valid, practical, and effective. The method used was research and development with qualitative and quantitative data approaches. The results were obtained through research on the Character Family Resilience Profile and Character Family Resilience Module. The family resilience profile based on the Islamic Education Perspective was characterized by five characteristics: Nationalism, independence, Mutual Cooperation, and Integrity as well as a character family resilience module during a pandemic in the KB village, which had been developed through a self-evaluation process, validation with five validators, one-on-one evaluation process, small group evaluation and extensive group evaluation resulting in a very valid, practical and effective module.

Abstract

The hustle and bustle of modern life filled with high work demands causes many parents to have difficulty in spending time with their children, hindering the formation of strong emotional relationships between parents and children. The lack of affection and attention from parents can trigger a variety of behavioral problems in children, including the possibility of violence. This article aims to offer a holistic approach to parenting in this digitalization era that combines religious values, culture, and modernity through the concept of Mua'syarah bi Ma'ruf and the principle of Gender Equality. This article is written using a qualitative method with a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach that involves a systematic process of searching, selecting, assessing, and synthesizing literature. The literature was cited from reputable journals with screening following the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines. The analysis shows that an integrative parenting model that integrates the concept of Mu`asyarah bil Ma'ruf and the principle of Gender Equality has great potential in building harmonious families and supporting optimal child development. By emphasizing the importance of open communication, mutual respect, and fair division of tasks this model can overcome various modern parenting challenges, such as the influence of social media and high work demands. The implication of this article is to advise parents to apply the integrative parenting model in parenting their children. This model aims to shape character, instill values, and prepare children to face future challenges by integrating the concept of Mu'asyarah bil Ma'ruf and the Principle of Gender Equality.

Abstract

Pendidikan Islam memiliki peran fundamental dalam membentuk individu yang tidak hanya memiliki kecerdasan intelektual, namun juga karakter yang dilandasi oleh nilainilai moral dan spiritual. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pemikiran Ibnu Khaldun tentang konsep “Insan Kamil”, menganalisis relevansi konsep tersebut dalam konteks pendidikan Islam modern, dan menyajikan sintesis antara pemikiran Ibnu Khaldun dengan perspektif modern. Artikel ini menggunakan metode studi literatur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemikiran Ibnu Khaldun tentang pendidikan karakter masih tetap relevan dalam dunia pendidikan saat ini, terutama dalam pembentukan pemimpin yang tidak hanya unggul di akademik, tetapi juga memiliki integritas moral yang tinggi. Pendekatan holistik Ibnu Khaldun yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai agama, moral, dan pengetahuan menjadi fondasi penting dalam mencetak generasi yang berkarakter mulia dan berdaya saing global. Dengan mengadopsi prinsip-prinsip pendidikan yang dikemukakan oleh Ibnu Khaldun dan memadukannya dengan perspektif pendidikan modern, maka akan tercipta model pendidikan yang lebih komprehensif dan adaptif terhadap perkembangan zaman.
