Abstract

MMR in Temanggung Regency in 2021 experienced an increase compared to 2020. In 2020 there were 10 cases and in 2021 there were 17 cases. The highest causes of death occurred during childbirth due to heart disease and preeclampsia. Other causes of maternal death are bleeding, infection, anemia, and COVID-19. IMR in Temanggung Regency in 2022 experienced an increase compared to 2021. In 2021 the Infant Mortality Rate was 12.72 and in 2022 it was 13.23 per 1,000 births (123 cases), with the main causes being asphyxia, low birth weight (LBW), and congenital abnormalities. This requires more attention from the Health Office and the Temanggung Regency Government in an effort to reduce the Infant Mortality Rate. The method in this research is descriptive in the form of a case study, namely examining a problem through a case consisting of a single unit. The single unit in question can consist of 1 person, a group of residents affected by a problem. The researchers monitored pregnant women 4 times, 2 times in the second trimester and 2 times in the third trimester. The results of the monitoring obtained were complaints in the second trimester in the form of slight nausea to fishy foods and also back pain but what the mother experienced was physiological. In the third trimester, Mrs. K had no complaints, only did not know about the danger signs of TM III and signs of labor. Delivery by CS at Temanggung Regional Hospital on November 11, 2025 at 08.59 WIB, female gender. The researchers carried out KF 2 to KF 4 care well without any problems. The mother used MAL KB and no problems were found. Care for Mrs. K at the Jumo Community Health Center was provided comprehensively and the delivery was carried out at Temanggung Regional Hospital because the baby's head had not entered the pelvis and the amniotic fluid ultrasound results were cloudy. The provision of care to Mrs. K was appropriate and there were no gaps between theory and case.     Abstrak AKI di Kabupaten Temanggung pada tahun 2021 mengalami peningkatan dibandingkan tahun 2020. Abstract

This research is entitled "The Political Impact of President Soeharto's Speech at the ABRI Leadership Meeting on 27 March 1980."The president's speech at the ABRI Leadership Meeting was used by Soeharto to carry out political control and civil repression against his political opponents. The objectives of this research are: 1) to describe the political situation in Indonesia in the 1980s, 2) to examine the content of President Soeharto's speech delivered on 27 March 1980, and 3) to analyze the political impacts arising from President Soeharto's speech on 27 March 1980. This research is a historical study and employs heuristics, source criticism (verification), external and internal criticism, interpretation, and presentation (historiography). The results of this research indicate that public trust in the government began to decline in 1980. President Soeharto's speech on 27 March 1980 represented an attempt to attack his political opponents. The address also signaled that the Indonesian Armed Forces (ABRI) and Pepabri (Indonesian National Armed Forces) should support Golkar in the election. The speech provoked strong opposition from various elements of society; the most vocal critics were the Petition 50 Group, which issued a Statetement of Concern criticizing President Soeharto.

Abstract

In a global context, the role of education is becoming increasingly strategic in line with the demands of achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially the fourth goal, which emphasizes the importance of inclusive, equitable, and quality education. Abstract

This study aims to describe the existence of Japanese bunkers in Banyuwangi by examining their physical condition, location, function, and the perceptions of the local community toward these historical relics. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method with a historical approach. Data were collected through field observations, documentation, and interviews with members of the local community as well as related stakeholders. The results indicate that Japanese bunkers are distributed across several strategic locations in Banyuwangi, with physical conditions ranging from relatively well-preserved to significantly damaged. During the Japanese occupation, these bunkers functioned as defense structures, military surveillance posts, and storage facilities for weapons and military equipment. Currently, local community perceptions generally recognize the bunkers as historical relics of war. However, many community members have limited understanding of their original functions and historical significance. These findings highlight the importance of preserving and documenting such historical remains as part of local cultural heritage and as valuable resources for historical education.
