The era of the industrial revolution 4.0 requires working effectively and efficiently, all the activities is quick and easy. Skills use of technology is one of learning skills that must be mastered to achieve success in life in the era of industrial revolution 4.0, especially in the academic field for students undertaking study or the study completion. Skills good use of technology will make the students quickly and easily complete the study. This study aims to analyze the importance of skills enhancement technology use in higher education in order to meet the industrial revolution 4.0. The research sample student counseling. Research data analysis using percentage. The research found that the importance of improving the skills of the use of technology in higher education and in general skills of student technology use is not optimal.

The industrial revolution 4.0 developments very sophisticated technology. The technology makes it easy to affairs of human life so that all activities be fast and instant. The use of appropriate technology will provide a positive impact on human beings, on the contrary the use of technology that is poorly controlled and redundant will have negative impacts for humans, especially for adolescents. One form of the use of technology that can be bad for adolescents, if carried to excess use such as playing online games. Play online games excessively and without control could damage the lives of adolescents, including the attitudes and behavior more specific daily impact on the journey and career planning adolescents. Therefore, to prevent and cope with things that are not desirable need intervention for problem handling the online game addiction among adolescents. One recommendation in the handling of the problem of online game addiction among adolescents is Islamic guidance and counseling: career counseling. This research method using mixed methods. The research sample is early adolescents, amounting to as many as 113 people. Data analysis using descriptive and quantitative analysis. Islamic guidance and counseling: career counseling can be utilized for the handling of online game addiction among adolescents, so as not to adversely affect the journey and career planning adolescents.

Mahasiswa masih memiliki keterampilan belajar yang buruk ketika proses perkuliahan misalnya ribut saat perkuliahan, membuka hp dan laptop untuk tujuan chatting di sosial media, bermain game dan lain sebagainya. Layanan informasi membantu memberikan pemahaman kepada mahasiswa mengenai informasi yang dibutuhkan terutama informasi dalam peningkatan keterampilan belajar yang harus dimiliki oleh mahasiswa itu sendiri. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan belajar mahasiswa melalui layanan informasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 34 orang. Analisis data menggunakan persentase. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan informasi efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan belajar. Kata kunci: layanan informasi, mahasiswa, keterampilan belajar

Skills are skills that need to be controlled so that any work or tasks that can be completed and achieve maximum results. A student needs to master many skills learned. One of the skills learned are skills of memory. Skills is very important considering ruled that any information received can be processed, stored and can be used when the information is needed. This study aims to identify the skills of memory students and analyze the utilization of counseling services in the optimization of skills given the student. The population of this research is student counseling Universitas Negeri Padang (UNP). The research sample is student counseling Universitas Negeri Padang (UNP) as many as 84 people. The sampling technique using simple random sampling. Collecting data using questionnaire instrument learning skills (memory). Data were analyzed using percentages with the help of Microsoft Exel. The research found that the skills of memory counseling students have not developed optimally. Thus, students need to seek out and study methods or techniques memory is good, so that any information received can be processed, stored and reused when the information is needed. Counseling has been such a trend in 21 century, as a science that studied a human in psychology perspective. However, it appear with progressive touch, has affect in human mindset in every life that undertake. In 21 century development, many opinion and argumentation about counseling has an uniqueness in philosophy multicultural perspective that counseling has linkage with cultural and philosophy values in human it self, that make a new paradigm has been raise to the surface, such indigineous counseling and multicultural counseling perspective. Regardless with that paradigm, we can’t deny that basically all of science was from a human philosophy about their life with purpose to make understand and handle their life with solving a problems. But it is not all of cultural and philosophy values can be a such formulation to solve a problems, and if it can be transform to such formulation as a science, there are a procedure and criteria to be needed. Also if a counseling as a philosophy or science and also practical intervention, how to implemented in real life with a multicultural and multivalues in philosophy of life. In this article, will describe more further such a synthesize that counseling can be a science or practical science in educational multicultural philosophy paradigm and a result found that 27 (45%) counselor perception about counseling profession that as educational practice.

Very important learning skills mastered to support the achievement of a learner, especially students who are already at a high level as well as the learning patterns demanded independence and maximum sincerity to be able to complete the study properly and on time. One of the skills learned are very important for a student namely writing skills. Student condition at the present time most have yet to master the technique of writing optimally, so that it could lead to underprivileged students write a scientific paper. This article is trying to improve student understanding of the writing skills by using a information service based Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL). The sampling method using simple random sampling. The research sample is student counseling, amounting to 22 people. Analysis of the results using percentages and statistical tests using SPSS with the using Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The research found that the information services based Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) can significantly improve the writing skills of students with significant value of 0.005.

Starting with online learning requires a lot of attention such as focus, comfortable sitting, and avoiding distractions such as noise. A noise questionnaire instrument is an evaluation tool designed to identify the experience of students in the online learning process. This instrument was developed based on a literature review on noise and online learning. The instrument first stage was given to 110 students and the instrument second stage was given to 460 students in seven universities in Indonesia, 99 male and 361 female respondents aged 18-30 years. The instrument was designed based on DeVito’s noise theory: physical noise, physiological noise, psychological noise, and semantic noise. The statistical test of the instrument used confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) to find the goodness of fit index model. The results of the noise instrument factor analysis show a fit model, acceptable validity, and high internal consistency (α=0.86). The findings of this study produce valid and reliable instruments for identifying noise indicators that are dominant in online learning activities. The results of identifying noise in online learning can be used to design guidance and counseling programs or plan actions to deal with noise in online learning according to the data obtained.

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk malakukan pendampingan pengembangan keterampilan pengembangan media BK interaktif pada kurikulum merdeka belajar bagi guru SMP di Kabupaten Lahat. Pelatihan pengembangan pengembangan media BK pada kurikulum merdeka belajar bagi guru SMP di Kabupaten Lahat ini dilakukan dengan pendampingan teknis dan workshop. Kegiatan Pendampingan ini diawali dengan memberikan guru SMP di Kabupaten Lahat ini pengetahuan mengenai konsep-konsep media BK. Sasaran dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah 25 guru SMP di Kabupaten Lahat. Hasil evaluasi yang dilakukan diketahui skor N Gain sebesar 0,74 artinya peningkatan pengetahuan guru mencapai kategori tinggi. Peningkatan pengetahuan juga didukung oleh media yang telah dihasilkan sendiri melalui pendampingan yang dilakukan untuk membuat media BK interaktif melalui aplikasi canva. Produk yang dihasilkan oleh guru SMP di Kabupaten Lahat dengan kategori sangat baik dengan persentase sebesar 91,2%. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa guru SMP di Kabupaten Lahat dapat memahami dan mengaplikasikan pembuatan media BK pada kurikulum merdeka belajar.

The independent curriculum demands learning activities and guidance and counseling services in terms of technology-based student development, where the educational information delivered is packaged attractively and is easily accessible anywhere. This training aims to improve educators' skills in creating educational materials in the form of barcode-based digital posters. The number of respondents in this service activity was 42 people. Data collection used a training instrument for making barcode-based digital poster learning media. Data analysis using the Google Form application. The results of the training found that training in making barcode-based digital poster learning media was very useful for the participants. Research data found that there was an increase in skills in using the Canva application and the S.ID application. Implications in guidance and counseling services can provide interactive guidance and counseling services, especially in providing basic services as well as individual specialization and planning.

Tujuan Penelitian: Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui strategi coping Generasi Z saat berhadapan dengan masalah yang ditinjau dari dua jenis coping yaitu emotion-focused coping dan problem-focused coping.Metode Penelitian: Penelitian merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Partisipan penelitian yaitu 83 orang Generasi Z berstatus mahasiswa pada program studi psikologi yang ada di salah satu universitas negeri di Sumatera Barat yang diperoleh melalui teknik purposive sampling. Kriteria partisipan dibatasi hanya pada mahasiswa yang tergolong dalam kategori Generasi Z dengan tahun kelahiran diantara tahun 1997 hingga 2012. Data penelitian diperoleh menggunakan skala coping yang terdiri dari 49 item mewakili dimensi emotion-focused coping dan problem-focused coping, yang merupakan hasil adaptasi dari skala coping Lazarus dan Folkman (1984). Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif dan ANOVA satu jalur.Hasil Penelitian: Berdasarkan perbandingan mean yang diperoleh dari dua jenis coping, 79.52% Generasi Z memiliki kecenderungan menggunakan strategi coping jenis emotion-focused coping dalam menghadapi masalah maupun tekanan. Hanya 1.20% yang mampu menerapkan kedua jenis coping secara seimbang, sementara persentase sisanya menggunakan coping jenis problem-focused coping.Kesimpulan: Generasi Z menghadapi berbagai masalah dan tekanan. Sebanyak 48.19% partisipan menganggap hal-hal terkait perkuliahan sebagai sumber utama stres, sementara sisanya menganggap hal-hal terkait masalah keluarga, teman, hubungan dengan pasangan, ekonomi, dan masa depan sebagai sumber utama stres yang paling menekan bagi generasi Z. Sebagai upaya mengatasinya, mayoritas para Generasi Z ini menghadapi masalah atau tekanan tersebut dengan fokus pada penyelesaian dampak emosi yang ditimbulkan (emotion-focused coping).Implikasi: Meredakan dampak emosi yang muncul akibat suatu stressor merupakan cara yang digunakan oleh mayoritas Generasi Z saat berhadapan dengan masalah atau tekanan. Sehingga penting juga untuk mengarahkan para Generasi Z untuk juga mengasah keterampilan yang mendukung coping jenis problem-focused coping. Hal ini dimaksudkan agar tidak hanya emosi yang diselesaikan, namun juga masalah yang ada.
