Abstract

In adolescence, the competence of interpersonal relations develops and increase. However, students still face some problems during puberty. These include being ostracized, mocking each other, an unpleasant class atmosphere, isolations, and selfishness. To overcome these problems, guiding and counseling services are needed. Nevertheless, for it to be effective, it is important to understand students' interpersonal issues accurately. The purpose of this study therefore was to describe the nature of interpersonal relationships among students in junior high school. The sample population consisted of 133 junior high school students selected by proportional random sampling technique. Furthermore the instrument used is the scale of interpersonal relations with reliability 0.881. Data analysis used a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. The results therefore showed interpersonal relationships among students were advanced, having an average score of 206.77 and anachievement rate of 78%. The findings of this study might be used by counselors to improve students' interpersonal relationships.

Abstract

This study aims to understand how note-taking skills, summarizing skills, and interpersonal relationships can enhance the quality of learning and student motivation at SMAN 02 Indralaya Utara. The research will investigate how the application of note-taking skills can increase student motivation, how summarizing skills can help students understand their feelings, and how interpersonal relationships can increase students' awareness of learning problems they face. In this study, students' note-taking and summarizing skills were analyzed quantitatively using a questionnaire technique, with results from 37 respondents showing that most students' note-taking skills were mostly average, while most students' summarizing skills were mostly average and high, indicating that students' interest and desire to record lesson material significantly helps in understanding material already explained by the teacher, and that note-taking and summarizing skills are important skills in the learning process and need to be enhanced through more intensive guidance and practice. Lastly, interpersonal relationships were mostly average, with some students having high levels and others having low levels. Although there were some respondents in the low category, overall, the results can be concluded to be relatively good.

Abstract

Children are unique humans and experience varied development even though they are of the same gene or the same sex but grow and develop according to their respective characteristics. Of course, this condition also demands adjustments in providing appropriate and varied stimuli and responses. This study aims to observe the growth and development of children to explore the growth and development of children and see the reactions generated by children if given a specific stimulus. This research method uses longitudinal case studies. The respondents of this study were three children. The study found that children's cognitive, psychosocial and moral development can be developed by conditioning the child and the child's environment. Children's health and a conducive environment play an essential role in determining children's growth and development. Maternal health and parental cooperation also determine the growth and development of the child.
