Abstract

Abstract

The transformation of the sharia economy through the adaptation of sharia law to global market dynamics represents a significant phenomenon in contemporary economic development. In the current era of globalization, Islamic economics has emerged as a driving force that influences the structure and direction of the global financial system. The main issue addressed in this study is how sharia principles can remain consistent while responding effectively to rapid global market changes. The objective of this research is to explain the process of sharia economic transformation and examine the extent to which the adaptation of sharia law can strengthen financial inclusion, enhance economic stability, and promote sustainable economic growth. This study employs a literature review method, drawing on books and scholarly sources relevant to Islamic economics, global market behavior, and the governance of sharia law. The findings indicate that the transformation of the sharia economy—supported by the adaptation of its legal framework—has led to increased financial inclusion, broader market expansion, and stronger economic resilience. Moreover, the integration of Islamic finance within global markets has contributed to economic stability and fostered a more ethical and socially responsible business environment. The study concludes that transforming the sharia economy through adaptive legal approaches is a crucial step toward achieving inclusive finance, sustainable stability, and social justice. This process enhances the relevance, competitiveness, and long-term viability of the sharia economic system in an evolving global market landscape.

Abstract

Poverty is one of the problems that often occurs in a country, this problem has become the world's attention because the whole world certainly experiences the problem of poverty affecting its citizens even though the impact is different from one country to another, especially Indonesia certainly experiences the problem of poverty among its citizens. , With this, one Islamic teaching is actually sufficient to be a solution to the differences, namely the concept of zakat being an obligation, where rich people are the main actors and poor people are the main target so that zakat can be carried out. Before discussing zakat, let's first understand what actually is zakat? , and what is the real purpose of enforcing zakat? Zakat linguistically has the meaning of increasing or developing, while zakat according to the term is the name for a special property, owned by certain people and given to certain people. According to Dr. Nuruddin Al Khodimy in his book al-Ijtihadul Maqosidy states that one of the most important goals of zakat is to increase love between the needy and the poor so that there is no distinction between the two so that they can unite in the bonds of brotherhood in Islam. Poverty that occurs, especially in Indonesia, can actually be overcome when zakat is truly implemented and truly carried out.

Abstract

This research report is motivated by the large number of sharia financial institutions that have emerged and the increasing number of sharia banks that provide financial services while meeting the increasingly diverse needs of society. With the current abundance of sharia banking, there are accusations that sharia banking is a conventional bank that only has a sharia label attached to it. However, nowadays sharia banks always try to implement Islamic values based on Sharia principles. Sharia banking has a big influence on people's economic activities. Various sharia banking products are expected to be able to encourage and accelerate people's economic progress in accordance with Islamic principles. In Islamic principles, economic activity cannot be separated from the postulate of faith in Allah SWT and even becomes a built in control for economic actors. From here, sharia banking was built and designed to improve the standard of human life. Sharia banking is expected to become an alternative and even a decisive solution for the development of the national economy, especially for Muslims.

Abstract

God has given people two gifts or gifts, to be specific the assets that exist inside themselves and the normal assets that encompass them. People are given the order by Allah to possess the earth since he has the force of caliph to have the option to deal with its items. God believes people should oversee normal abundance, dislike the past tenants (the jinn) who generally cause harm. God needs the abundance on earth that He has offered to people to be appropriately and gainfully developed. The efficiency of nature is exceptionally reliant upon the imaginative utilization of the power that exists in people. In this manner, people should work tirelessly, investigate the regular abundance that God has gave to them. For a Muslim, it is unlawful not to work despite the fact that he can work. There are numerous regular assets that can be overseen by people. Beginning from land, water, plants, creatures, mines, twist, even the sun and moon. Everything is nature that fans out its wealth for people. Notwithstanding, people should recall that the genuine proprietor of this abundance is Allah SWT. In this manner, in dealing with these normal assets, people should consent to the rules that have been framed by Allah in His Shari'a. Shari'a needs nature not to be harmed or its advantages to be squandered. Any activity that can disturb the equilibrium of nature is completely denied by the Shari'a.

Abstract

Generation Z increasingly engage in doom spending driven by global economic uncertainty, diminished confidence in long-term financial security, and the pervasive influence of digital consumer culture. This behavior undermines individual financial stability and threatens family and societal economic resilience. The rising prevalence of doom spending among Generation Z has become a significant concern, particularly regarding family economic resilience. Consequently, this study reconstructs Maqāṣid al-Syarī‘ah fī Ḥifẓ al-Māl as a normative and ethical framework to address impulsive, emotion-based consumption among Generation Z couples in the digital economy. Integrating Islamic ethics, psychological coping theory, and contemporary consumption studies, this research employs a qualitative method with descriptive-analytical design. Findings indicate that doom spending negatively impacts family financial stability, exacerbates emotional stress, and conflicts with core Islamic principles including moderation (wasaṭiyyah), contentment (qanā‘ah), and prohibition of extravagance (tabżīr). The study underscores strengthening family economic resilience through digital financial literacy, open financial communication between couples, integration of Islamic consumption values, productive technology utilization, and community-based financial education. By implementing these strategies, Generation Z couples can achieve balanced financial management, enhance household resilience, and align consumption behavior with ethical and spiritual principles. This research contributes to the broader discourse on integrating Islamic value-based approaches into contemporary financial practices and offers a conceptual framework for sustainable, morally responsible household economic management.
