Abstract

The global world really needs the development of IMTAQ is very important, because without being framed by faith and piety, the competence of science and technology will be less meaningful for the life of the nation, it is even feared that it will be wild and uncontrolled, which will manifest in the erosion of moral values. Therefore the pesantren and formal school curricula need to be framed in the form of integration. Only the integration of the curriculum can connect the two education (Pesantren and formal education). The integrated curriculum (Integrated Curriculum) is an attempt to integrate learning materials from various kinds of lessons. Integration is created by focusing lessons on specific problems that require solutions with material or materials from various disciplines or subjects. Overall the pesantren curriculum is flexible, in the sense that each student has the opportunity to compile his or her own curriculum completely or partially according to their needs and abilities. Even in pesantren that already have a school education system

Abstract

Spiritual attitude is a reflection of religious character. Religion is a character value that is related between humans and their God, Spiritual attitudes can be implemented as a very good way to always be grateful for the blessings of Allah SWT. The results showed that the role of Islamic religious education teachers in improving students' spiritual attitudes included; consistency (istiqomah), humility (tawadu'), strive and surrender (tawakal), sincerity (sincereness), totality (kaffah), balance (tawazun), integrity and perfection (ihsan). as for a. supporting factors are adequate facilities and infrastructure, as well as a comfortable environment. b. the inhibiting factor is the limited time for meetings and interactions between teachers and students. Lack of motivation and parental attention. There is no written assessment of emotional and spiritual intelligence.

Abstract

This service aims to improve teachers' competence in implementing active, innovative, creative, effective and fun (PAIKEM) learning methods through training for 15 teachers of MI Bahrul Ulum Nataan. Online training was carried out through 4 session meetings by applying various training methods. The results of the training showed a significant increase in understanding of PAIKEM concepts (62% to 89%), skills in implementing PAIKEM methods (69% to 91%), and creativity in developing innovative learning (65% to 85%) in the trained teachers. The application of PAIKEM by teachers impacts the increase in student activity and learning outcomes as well as the positive image of schools. In conclusion, PAIKEM training is able to improve teacher professional competence and contribute significantly to improving the quality of learning at MI Bahrul Ulum Nataan.

Abstract

Students' ability to write scientific journals is not only needed to complete coursework or final assignments. Their ability to write scientific journals also has an impact on the fulfilment of university quality standards, because the role of students is very important in achieving these standards. The purpose of the service is to improve students' ability to write scientific journals through mentoring. The purpose of the service is to improve students' ability to write scientific journals through mentoring. In implementing this community service using the Assest Based Community Development (ABCD) method with 5 (five) stages of activity, namely discovery, dream, design, define, and destiny. As a result of community service activities, students can improve their understanding and skills in writing scientific articles, and they can independently publish their work in quality scientific journals. To meet this college standard, it is expected that students contribute to the productivity of research, community service, and publications.

Abstract

This study aims to describe integrative classroom management that is oriented towards increasing students' interest in learning at MTs At-Taufiq Bogem Grogol Jombang. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through non-participant observation, structured interviews, and documentation. Data validity was tested through triangulation of sources, time, and techniques. Data analysis adopted the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The results showed that classroom management was implemented through planning, implementation, and evaluation functions. Planning involved meetings with teachers and staff held twice a year. Implementation created a friendly atmosphere between teachers and students, although there were challenges in managing male students due to environmental factors. Evaluation was carried out through supervision by the head of the madrasah on innovation and learning tools. Students' interest in learning after classroom management increased, reflected in indicators of the desire to know or have something, objects or activities that they liked, types of activities to achieve things they liked, and efforts to realize desires. The contribution of this study lies in the integration of the social-constructivist approach and self-determination theory in the development of a classroom management model, the development of contextual learning interest measurement instruments, and a classroom management implementation model specifically designed for Islamic educational institutions

Abstract

Pesantren is an Islamic institution which has the advantage of both aspects of the scientific tradition as well as the transmission side and the intensity of theMuslims. The rise of globalization has threatened the existence of pesantren, so the idea of modernization in boarding schools emerges as a response to thechallenges of social transformation. Pesantren education has redirected the orientation of development of institutional education by conducting skills and entering public schools in pesantren environment. According to Gus Dur, pesantren should appreciate all the developments taking place in the present and future in order to keep pesantren tradition by taking something new that is considered to be better and not leaving the old tradition. Entering natural and social sciences in pesantren has caused problems in both pesantren and the community ,that is exactly how it describes sciences epysthemology; whether they are empirical or secular. According to Gus Dur, the idea to orient the contemporary pesantren may need to be reviewed because the idea will negatively affect the existence of the basic tasks of pesantren. Pesantren always has to open itself to contemporary issues as well as providing enlightenment to the audience in the form of the best solutions in solving the problems of life in addition to the strengthening of the scientific tradition in pesantren. According to Gus Dur, pesantren has relevance to the employment needs, for the field of work, both in services and in the field of trade and craft. pesantren must provide input for the education community, about what skills are actually needed by employment in the era of globalization. Abstract

Fostering morals in children is something that must be considered by parents, teachers and the community in order to produce the next generation of people who are noble and knowledgeable. Therefore the role of the PAI teacher is very important, because the role of the PAI teacher is all religious efforts made to develop religious potential in order to achieve the goals of Islamic education. This study discusses moral development carried out by Islamic religious education teachers towards their students at Penggaron Elementary School. This research is a field research (field research), the form of research is descriptive qualitative with the design of data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of the study found that the role of PAI teachers in fostering student morals included: providing exemplary students, habituating religious activities, giving advice and giving sanctions or punishments to students who violated it. The morals possessed by Pengaron Elementary School students include: Religious, disciplined, polite, responsible, fond of reading, honest. In the process of fostering student morals, supporting and inhibiting factors were found for the teacher in fostering student morals. Among the supporting factors for PAI teachers in fostering student morals is the existence of cooperation between PAI teachers and all school members. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor is the environmental factors that are different for each student, making it difficult for the school to supervise each student when they are out of school.

Abstract

The Head of Madrasah has an important role in developing Educators and Education Personnel in the School, one of which is with Training and Development. Training and development is one of the functions of Human Resource Management. The implementation of training and development at MTs Al Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang has been carried out even though it has not been effective but the activities at school have been running according to the rules that have been set. Then the formulation of the problem is to find out how the implementation of training and development of human resources at MTs Al Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang. The research method uses descriptive qualitative. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The data collection methods used are interview, observation and documentation methods. Based on the results of this study, the implementation of training and human resource development in Al Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang has been well implemented, which is evidenced by the training process, namely by: determining the training needs to be carried out, training design, training implementation, training assessment. As for the development, it is proven by the existence of: career planning, career development, organizational development and performance appraisal management.

Abstract

This community service aims to improve the understanding and practice of worship through the Sulam At-Taufiq book for students at Al Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic Boarding School in Jombang. This activity focuses on assisting santri in understanding the text of the book and practicing thaharah and prayer correctly. The method used includes a comprehensive and interactive approach through seven stages: identification of needs, pre-test, program design, classical learning, selection of superior santri as companions, worship practices, and evaluation and follow-up. The results of the service showed a significant improvement in the ability of santri to read and understand the Sulam At-Taufiq book, including the ability to interpret, analyze in terms of Nahwu and Sharaf, and understand the meaning of its contents. The students also showed an increase in skills in the practice of thaharah and prayer according to Islamic law. Supporting factors for the success of the program are the high interest and enthusiasm of the santri, while time constraints are a limiting factor. This program succeeded in creating a sustainable mentoring system by empowering senior santri as mentors

Abstract

The Independent Curriculum is designed to provide flexibility in the teaching and learning process, allowing students to be more active and creative in exploring learning materials. The independent curriculum is a curriculum that was previously referred to as a prototype curriculum which was later developed as a more flexible curriculum framework, while focusing on essential materials and character development and student competencies. This study uses a qualitative method. The objectives of this study are: 1. How is the implementation of the independent curriculum in Islamic religious education subjects at SDN Kabuh Jombang?, 2. What are the problems in implementing the independent curriculum in Islamic religious education subjects at SDN Kabuh Jombang?. 3. How do teachers overcome problems in implementing the independent curriculum in Islamic religious education subjects at SDN Kabuh Jombang?. The results of the study show that: First, the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in Islamic Religious Education subjects at SDN Kabuh Jombang is carried out in three stages, namely Islamic Religious Education Teacher Preparation, Learning Implementation, and Learning Assessment. Second, the problems in implementing the Independent Curriculum include: a. Difficulty changing old mindsets or habits b. less than optimal implementation of differentiated learning. Three Teacher Solutions to Overcome Problems in Implementing the Independent Curriculum Several efforts to solve the problems include: a. Expanding knowledge related to learning methods b. Attending workshops
