Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how students' perceptions and understanding of accounting. And whether the aspirations of these students are in accordance with their lecture education. This research is a qualitative study in which data collection uses interview techniques. The informants interviewed i were fifth semester students (V) in Accounting Study Program at the University of Nusantara PGRI Kediri. The data analysis technique uses transcendental phenomenology analysis techniques, the translation of which is Noema, Epoche (Bracketing), Noesis, Intentional Analysis and Eidetic Reduction. The results of the study concluded that the informants chose the accounting department because they assumed that the promised employment opportunities were wide. Some informants felt that studying at an accounting study program was difficult because many counts and courses were sometimes difficult to understand. However, the informant also assumed that with accounting courses there was a lot of information about how the financial statements should be presented and how to assess the fairness of financial statements. Besides that what makes them interested is the development of accounting science that is always up to date. Some background informants chose the career they aspired to start from wanting to reduce the occurrence of corruption to be tempted by a large salary. Career planning is needed to determine the direction in accordance with the goals, the lack of understanding of accounting also influences the career aspired by the informant.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence purchasing decisions. This research was conducted at Es tea jawi Nganjuk. Purchasing decisions are the dependent variable, the independent variables are taste, brand image, and event marketing. Data is obtained from consumers who buy at Es teh jawi Nganjuk. The minimum number of samples taken was 95 respondents using incidental nonprobability sampling method and sampling technique based on chance. The research method used multiple linear regression analysis techniques using IBM SPSS Statistics software version 2.9. The results of the t test research show that the taste variable, and event marketing partially have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, and the brand image variable partially has no significant effect on purchasing decisions. Based on the results of the F test, it is known that the variables of taste, product image, and event marketing simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. It is recommended that Nganjuk jawi ice tea pay more attention to taste factors, product image, and event marketing so that purchasing decisions increase.

Abstract

Kajian ini mempunyai tujuan, yakni: memahami dampak beban kerja, pengalaman kerja sekaligus fasilitas kerja bagi produktivitas kerja pegawai secara parsial atau simultan pada PR Dua Dewi. Purposive sampling tergolong ke dalam jenis teknik mengambil yang sudah ditentukan oleh peneliti, yakni: hanya karyawan bagian produksi sebanyak 97 karyawan. Teknik menganalisis data, yakni: uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji f, sekaligus koefisien determinasi serta dibantu software SPSS for windows versi 25. Kesimpulan hasil riset adalah (1) secara parsial beban kerja, pengalaman kerja, sekaligus fasilitas kerja berdampak bagi kinerja pegawai PR Dua Dewi. (2) secara simultan beban kerja, pengalaman kerja, sekaligus fasilitas kerja berdampak bagi kinerja pegawai PR Dua Dewi.

Abstract

The Merdeka Curriculum emphasizes flexible learning through three main components: intracurricular learning, co-curricular activities through the Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile Project (P5), and extracurricular activities. P5 is designed as an interdisciplinary learning approach focused on solving real-world problems while serving as a means to achieve the six dimensions of the Pancasila Student Profile. This community service project was carried out through socialization, workshops, and mentoring sessions with students in implementing P5 under the theme "Voice of Democracy," which centered on the student council (OSIS) election process. The outcomes of this project include: (1) a project product in the form of essays on the election process and the election of the OSIS president for the 2024-2025 academic year; (2) the development of a project module and teaching materials to support P5 implementation; (3) the systematic and structured execution of project activities; and (4) an improvement in the dimensions of the Pancasila Student Profile, with 11 students reaching the "developing as expected" category and 12 students reaching the "highly developed" category. The implementation of P5 is expected to internalize the values of the Pancasila Student Profile in students' daily lives, shaping a generation that is characterized by integrity, strong morals, and excellence. This project serves as a strategic step in preparing students to face future challenges with both academic skills and strong character.

Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of digital marketing on the sales performance of Batik Nulaba MSMEs in Pekalongan, Central Java. Digital marketing harnesses digital technology and the internet to broaden market reach and enhance consumer engagement. This approach is pivotal in navigating a competitive landscape for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). This study employs a quantitative survey method to gather data from Batik Nulaba MSME community participants. The research uses multiple linear regression to evaluate how digital marketing impacts product sales. Results indicate a substantial positive correlation, with social media emerging as the most influential tool. The study emphasizes Batik Nulaba MSMEs' importance in optimizing digital marketing strategies, particularly on social media platforms, to bolster product sales. Recommendations include providing digital marketing training for MSME practitioners, maximizing social media utilization, and collaborating with influencers to expand market penetration. This research advances our understanding of how digital marketing strategies can elevate sales performance among MSMEs, particularly within the batik industry. Batik Nulaba MSMEs can enhance competitiveness and achieve significant sales growth in the digital marketplace by implementing effective digital strategies.

Abstract

This study explores how social and psychological factors influence purchasing decisions at Cahaya Fashion Warujayeng, employing a quantitative approach to gather data from 150 customers through structured questionnaires. The survey covered demographic information, as well as social factors like peer influence and family recommendations, and psychological factors such as perception and motivation. Regression analysis was conducted to identify significant predictors of purchasing decisions. The results indicate that social factors—specifically peer influence (β = 0.45, p < 0.01) and family recommendations (β = 0.37, p < 0.05)—significantly impact purchasing decisions. Psychological factors also play a critical role, with perception (β = 0.30, p < 0.05) and motivation (β = 0.25, p < 0.05) showing significant effects. These findings contribute to existing literature by integrating these factors within the context of a regional fashion store. The study advises fashion store managers to incorporate these insights into marketing strategies aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and store performance. Practical implications include utilizing social proof through customer testimonials and cultivating a positive store atmosphere to positively influence customer perception and motivation. Future research should expand on these findings by exploring different contexts and larger sample sizes to validate and extend the understanding of consumer behavior. Additionally, exploring additional psychological dimensions such as emotional responses and brand loyalty could offer further insights into consumer behavior dynamics.

Abstract

The growing accessibility of varied health data requires the creation of efficient and practical techniques for deriving actionable insights, particularly for the early identification of severe health issues. This study tackles the issue of recognizing stunting—a disorder with enduring health consequences—among children under five by employing Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) with hyperparameter optimization by GridSearchCV. The dataset, sourced from Kaggle, comprises 121,000 records detailing age, gender, height, and nutritional status according to WHO standards. Critical hyperparameters, including dropout rate, batch size, and epochs, were optimized using a five-fold cross-validation approach within GridSearchCV, ensuring a robust model that reduces overfitting and generalizes well to new data. The findings demonstrate a notable performance improvement, as the optimized ANN model attained an accuracy of 99%, exceeding the baseline model's 98%. Enhancements in accuracy, recall, and F1-score across the four stunting classifications—normal, stunted, severely stunted, and tall—underscore the improved specificity and sensitivity of the optimized model. This research demonstrates the efficacy of hyperparameter tuning in ANN for stunting prediction, offering a reliable tool for early intervention in malnutrition management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengalisis Pengaruh Digital Marketing, Visual Merchandising, dan Kualitas Produk Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Bettasea Mojokerto. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS versi 23. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 60 konsumen Bettasea Mojokerto sebagai responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling dengan teknik pendekatan assidental sampling. Teknik analisis data yang diterapkan adalah analisis deskriptif melalui proses menghitung uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil dari uji t, bahwa variabel visual merchandising secara parsial tidak terdapat pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian secara signifikan. Hasil dari uji F, dan uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan digital marketing, visual merchandising, dan kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara empiris pengaruh kualitas produk, citra merek (brand image), dan kualitas layanan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada Warung Sambel Idjo di Kota Kediri, yang sebelumnya dikenal sebagai Warung Lombok Idjo. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada kontribusi signifikan sektor kuliner terhadap perekonomian lokal dan pentingnya pemahaman perilaku konsumen dalam mempertahankan daya saing usaha. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan analisis regresi linier berganda, sebanyak 150 responden dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen—kualitas produk (β=0,485; p=0,000), brand image (β=0,320; p=0,002), dan kualitas layanan (β=0,275; p=0,005)—berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut menjelaskan 65,2% variasi keputusan pembelian (R²=0,652). Kebaruan dalam penelitian ini terletak pada integrasi ketiga variabel tersebut secara komprehensif dalam konteks usaha kuliner lokal pasca-rebranding merek, serta dalam upaya menjembatani ketidakkonsistenan temuan pada studi sebelumnya yang menunjukkan hasil beragam tergantung pada sektor dan wilayah penelitian. Temuan ini tidak hanya memperkaya literatur perilaku konsumen pada sektor kuliner lokal di kota non-metropolitan, tetapi juga memberikan dasar strategi pemasaran yang berbasis pada kualitas produk sebagai faktor dominan dalam menciptakan keputusan pembelian yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi online terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Jimshoney. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen produk Jimshoney, meskipun jumlah pastinya tidak diketahui. Sampel diambil sebanyak 40 responden melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji t (parsial), dan uji F (simultan) dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kualitas Produk secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. (2) Harga secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. (3) Promosi Online secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. (4) Kualitas Produk, Harga, dan Promosi Online secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Kebaruan dalam penelitian ini terletak pada fokus analisis terhadap produk fashion lokal berbasis digital dengan menggabungkan ketiga variabel tersebut secara simultan, yang masih jarang dibahas dalam konteks merek lokal seperti Jimshoney.
