Abstract

Abstract The research objectives (1) the effect of service quality variables (X1), location (X2), promotion (X3) and their partial effect on purchasing decisions (Y) at Broden Screen Printing in Jombang (2) The influence of service quality variables (X1), location (X2), promotion (X3) and their simultaneous influence on purchasing decisions (Y) at Broden Screen Printing in Jombang. Quantitative approach with causal research method. The population of all consumers who make purchases at Broden Screen Printing in Jombang. The sample used is 100 respondents. The sampling technique was non-probability sampling with the accidental sampling method. The research instrument is a questionnaire. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with SPSS for windows version 21 software. The results of the study (1) service quality, location and promotion partially have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. (2) service quality, location and promotion simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian (1) pengaruh variabel kualitas pelayanan (X1), lokasi (X2), promosi (X3) dan pengaruhnya secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) pada Broden Screen Printing di Jombang (2) Pengaruh variabel kualitas pelayanan (X1), lokasi (X2), promosi (X3) dan pengaruhnya secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) pada Broden Screen Printing di Jombang. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode causal research. Populasi seluruh konsumen yang melakukan pembelian pada Broden Screen Printing di Jombang. Sampel yang digunakan 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel nonprobability sampling dengan metode accidental sampling. Instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Teknik analisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan software SPSS for windows versi 21. Hasil penelitian (1) kualitas pelayanan, lokasi dan promosi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. (2) kualitas pelayanan, lokasi dan promosi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

This research is a research and development research that aims to examine the design and test of an e-commerce website called Createez, a start-up that aims to empower independent designers and small or medium-sized brand owners by creating a platform to connect creators, marketplaces, and producer. Data collection techniques used in this study were using questionnaires and interviews. The design of Createez uses the design thinking method which is divided into stages: Emphatize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Testing. Model testing using Miro and Figma software. The results of this study indicate that the Design Thinking method is implemented in the design of the Createez website and in the testing phase of this website it can help overcome the problems of brand owners (creators) such as fulfillment management, capital, and product stock that is often left over.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of product quality, price, place, and promotion on purchasing decisions in catfish farming in Muneng. The definition of the problem in this study is how the impact of product quality, price, place, and promotion on purchasing decisions. The systemic methodology in this study uses a quantitative strategy with a causal assessment procedure technique. The population of this study were catfish buyers in the catfish farming business in Muneng Village. The sampling technique used accidental sampling with 100 respondents considering the unlimited number of individuals. Information investigation method using multiple linear regression analysis examination. The test results can be said that product quality influences purchasing decisions, price influences purchasing decisions, places influences purchasing decisions, promotions influence purchasing decisions, and product quality, price, place, and promotion side by side influence purchasing decisions in catfish farming business in Muneng Village.

Abstract

PetLyfe application is an application about digitizing medical records and pet care. The PetLyfe application helps solve user problems meeting the care and maintenance needs of pets. Therefore, designing the user experience of the PetLyfe application will help overcome these problems. This design process uses the design thinking method through five stages, namely empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. The design thinking method focuses on problem solving based on user experience and is effective for solving complex problems. Testing this research using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) with the results of the attractiveness aspect value of 1.65 getting the good category, the perspicuity aspect value of 1.75 getting the good category, efficiency aspect (efficiency) 1.61 getting the good category. , the dependability aspect was 1.54 in the good category, the stimulation aspect was 1.74 in the excellent category, and the novelty aspect was 1.49 in the good category.

Abstract

A sustainable marketing strategy becoming a significant trend. Constraints regarding the development of marketing strategies resulted in customer loyalty not being maximized, there were many competitors which became a phenomenon that was directly felt by Kurnia Madu Kediri Business. This study aims to determine the application of the right marketing mix in the Kurnia Madu Kediri Business as a strategy to create customer loyalty. A qualitative approach to this type of descriptive research is used as the research technique this time. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study: 1) Kurnia Madu Kediri's business applies the 4P marketing mix strategy of product, price, promotion, and place. 2) Kurnia Madu Kediri business has carried out a good marketing strategy in terms of products by maintaining product quality and interesting innovations. Set the price according to the quality of honey offered. Has a strategic distribution location. Promotion through direct selling with very good and responsive communication, then it can be maximized in carrying out promotions online.

Abstract

UMKMs in Trenggalek Regency are developing very rapidly. However, Alen-alen Mbak Sripit's business is still not widely known in the consumer market. So it hasn't developed much like other home industry businesses. This research aims to find out the analysis of the business strategy "Alen-alen Mbak Sripit" through the Business Model Canvas. Researchers used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The object of the research is devoted to UMKM Alen-alen Mbak Sripit in Pojok Village, Pogalan sub-district, Trenggalek Regency. Data collection procedures, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are using data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and the SWOT matrix. The results of data analysis using the Business Model Canvas on Mbak Sripit's Alen-alen business show that there are things that need to be added to the customer segment, namely expanding customer targets by identifying new customer segments. Value proposition by adding marketing channels such as Shopee, TikTok, and Tokopedia. The facilities that need to be improved are customer relationships, the development of key resources, and key partnerships that are professionals in their fields in order to minimize operational costs.

Abstract

This study analyzes income differences of grocery traders before and after becoming RPK partners in Kediri City. The method used is descriptive quantitative with a pretest-posttest one group design, involving 35 respondents selected via purposive sampling. The research model includes monthly income, education budget, and family burden variables. Instruments were tested for validity and reliability. The paired sample t-test showed a 10.46% average income increase, with p<0.05. A lower standard deviation indicates improved economic stability among partners. The RPK program effectively supports traders' welfare and strengthens sustainable food distribution.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh signifikan variabel bebas store atmosphere, lokasi dan keragaman produk secara parsial dan simultan terhadap variabel terikat keputusan pembelian pada Toko Indah Jaya Fotocopy dan ATK. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dengan menyebar kuisioner secara langsung. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian yaitu konsumen yang datang di Toko Indah Jaya. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 50 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan cara accidental sampling. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan alat pengolah data SPSS 23. Kesimpulan yang didapat bahwa seluruh variabel bebas yaitu store atmosphere, lokasi, dan keragaman produk mampu mempengaruhi signifikan secara parsial dan simultan terhadap variabel terikat keputusan pembelian pada Toko Indah Jaya Fotocopy dan ATK.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan antara rating, review dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian pada marketplace Lazada. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik kausalitas. Pengumpulan data dengan cara mendistribusikan kuisioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa manajemen Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan purposive sampling serta sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 responden yang melakukan pembelian di Lazada. Dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan sofware SPSS Statistics 23. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara parsial antara rating dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian pada marketplace lazada. Serta tidak berpengaruh secara parsial antara review terhadap keputusan pembelian pada marketplace Lazada dan terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara simultan antara rating, review dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian pada marketplace Lazada. Hasil kebaruan dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel yang paling dominan terhadap keputusan pembelian adalah kualitas produk.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pelayanan di bengkel Berkah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. teknik pemerolehan informasi dilakukan melalui observasi, pertemuan dan dokumentasi. Sumber penelitian dalam penelitian ini meliputi 1 pemilik sebagai sumber utama, 3 pegawai bengkel Berkah dan pelanggan sebagai narasumber. Penelitian informasi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tiga bagian, yang terdiri dari pengumpulan informasi, tampilan informasi dan temuan. Verifikasi legalitas informasi melalui triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyebab buruknya kualitas pelayanan di bengkel Berkah karena arahan yang belum dilakukan sesuai pedoman pelayanan. Penandaan-penandaan yang dilakukan peneliti menurut indikator kualitas pelayanan di bengkel Berkah adalah bagian dari (keandalan) yang baik, yang belum menjadi mekanik khusus dalam kerangka berpikir itu, sedangkan penunjuk yang telah hebat unsur ketanggapan, terutama petugas telah menawarkan jenis bantuan secara cepat dan tepat, dan kehati-hatian, serta komponen assurance yaitu telah menyediakan pegawai dalam menawarkan jenis bantuan memastikan tepat waktu, biaya dan sifat barang yang sesuai.
