Abstract

Pekerjaan cut and fill merupakan tahapan penting dalam pematangan lahan yang sangat menentukan keberhasilan proyek konstruksi, terutama pada pengembangan kawasan industri yang memiliki volume pekerjaan besar dan target waktu yang ketat. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi adalah ketidaktepatan dalam perencanaan penggunaan alat berat yang berdampak pada rendahnya produktivitas dan efisiensi kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis produktivitas serta kebutuhan alat berat excavator dan dump truck pada pekerjaan cut and fill di proyek Kawasan Industri Cikopo, Kabupaten Purwakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasi lapangan dengan pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan perhitungan produktivitas berdasarkan waktu siklus, kapasitas alat, dan efisiensi kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produktivitas excavator mencapai 100,081 m³/jam dengan produksi harian sebesar 700,567 m³/hari, sehingga kebutuhan alat adalah 1 unit. Sementara itu, produktivitas dump truck sebesar 28,96 m³/jam dengan produksi harian 202,72 m³/hari dan kebutuhan sebesar 3 unit per jam atau 21 unit per hari. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi alat tersebut telah mencapai keseimbangan kerja yang optimal sehingga mampu meminimalkan waktu tunggu dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. Kesimpulannya, perencanaan alat berat yang tepat sangat berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas dan efisiensi proyek. Rekomendasi yang diberikan adalah optimalisasi manajemen alat serta peningkatan kompetensi operator. Implikasi penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai acuan dalam perencanaan penggunaan alat berat pada proyek pematangan lahan dengan karakteristik serupa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the amount of deposition due to the volume of sediment mixed with solid household waste in the canal which is high enough to become shallow, resulting in a change in the geometric cross-section of the canal in the primary canal and damage to the irrigation network of D.I. Cipicung. The method used in this research activity uses a mathematical analysis technique from Chow and Grag theory in the form of sediment depth and geometric changes in the channel cross section. The results show that the volume of sediment deposited in the primary canal is Vq primary = 16.24 m3 (section length of 50.5 meters from a channel length of 300 meters) and the geometric change in the cross section of the primary channel is A = 1.24 m2. The amount of sediment volume that affects the geometric changes in the cross-section of the primary channel that needs to be repaired is that the canal linings are still alluvial with construction linings, removal of sediment that has been mixed with solid waste, and periodic maintenance.

Abstract

Consistent and efficient concrete quality in each implementation is one of the main factors in the success of construction projects. Concrete as a structural material requires strict quality control in order to meet the technical standards that have been set. One way to improve the quality of concrete is to add certain additives to the job mix formula (JMF). This research is focused on the application of SG type additives known as chemical-based additives to improve the properties of fresh concrete and hard concrete. SG additives have an important function in increasing workability, speeding up or slowing down the binding time as needed, maintaining quality stability, and strengthening concrete finishes. In this study, a comparison was made between a concrete mixture with SG additives and a concrete mixture without additives. The tests included slump parameters, initial binding time, and compressive strength at 7 and 28 days of age. The test results showed a significant difference, especially in the improvement of the consistency and compressive strength of concrete with the use of additives. The results of the discussion showed a comparison of Trial Mix 1 and Trial Mix 2 that are different in terms of material composition, cost efficiency, and compressive strength of concrete. Trial Mix 2 with the composition of cement, admixture, water, and aggregate (sand and split) showed more optimal results. The compressive strength achieved was 821,396.00 kg/cm² at the age of 28 days. In terms of cost, Trial Mix 2 requires Rp. 351,582.00 per m³, with an efficiency difference of around Rp. 32,953.00 per m³ compared to the previous mix
