Abstract

Permasalahan yang dirumuskan adalah bagaimanakah validitas, kepratisan, dan efektivitas  buku ajar analisis laporan keungan berbasis problem based learning (berbasis masalah) . Adapun yang menjadi tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat validitas, kepraktisan, dan efektivitas buku ajar analisis laporan keungan berbasis masalah. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian Research & Development (R&D) oleh Borg & Gall. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi semester genap tahun akademik 2017-2018. Dengan sampel penelitian yaitu mahasiswa  yang mengikuti mata kuliah analisis laporan keuangan kelas Indralaya yang berjumlah 38 mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu angket. Dengan uji kevalidan diperoleh 3,5 dari ahli materi terkategori snagat valid dan 2,89 dari ahli media yang terkategori valid. Kemudian dari uji kepaktisan diperoleh hasil yang menyatakan bahwa bahan ajar ini praktis digunakan untuk memahami materi analisis laporan keuangan. Serta dari uji efektivitas, nilai keefektifan bahan ajar sebesar 0,37 yang termasuk kategori sedang/efektif. Dengan demikian pengembangan buku ajar analisis laporan keuangan berbasis masalah bersifat valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk digunakan dalam kegiatan perkuliahan.

Abstract

Pemulutan is one of the sub-districts in Ogan Ilir region that has abundant natural potential in agriculture and livestock. The community has taken advantage of this potential but has not yet optimized its potential in the creative industries. Whereas there are many business sectors that can be developed in accordance with the potential of the region owned. The purpose of this dedication is to provide insight into the entrepreneurship of the creative industries for young generation and to increase participants' interest in entrepreneurship at the creative industries. This devotion is carried out in Ogan Ilir Pemulutan Sub-district, which is targeted by youth of cadets as many as 27 people. Model devotion used is the accompaniment with the method of delivering material about entrepreneurship in the creative industries. Evaluation is done through knowledge test and entrepreneurship interest questionnaire in creative industries. The results from participants' initial tests on entrepreneurial knowledge in the creative industries are average of 5.63, and average of 6.93 in the final test, and the increase of 0.28 with the low categories. The increase was accompanied by a very strong interest by participants to entrepreneurship in the creative industries by 82.13%. In conclusion, this dedication activity can provide basic knowledge and stimulate interest to youth for entrepreneurship in creative industries.

Abstract

The teacher in Bukit Lama Village, Ilir Timur 1 Sub-district, Palembang has been accustomed to using powerpoint media as a tool to implement the Social Sciences learning. However, in its utilization the teacher only describes learning material on powerpoint slides. Teachers cannot yet create master slides for their learning material in an integrated manner by implementing collaborative learning. The purpose of this service is to provide knowledge and to improve teacher skills to create and use powerpoint slide master learning media based on collaborative learning. This service was carried out in Srijaya State High School Palembang, with a target audience of 30 Private High School teachers in Bukit Lama village consisting of Srijaya Negara High School, PGRI 1 High School and Taruna Bangsa High School. The service model used is a model of mentoring with technical assistance methods in making powerpoint slide master learning media based on collaborative learning. Evaluation of activities is carried out by product testing and product assessment. The initial knowledge test results regarding the powerpoint slide master media based on collaborative learning are an average of 7.04, increasing to an average of 8.96 in the final knowledge test. Improved test results by 0.43 in the medium category. Product assessments made by the target audience indicate that the products made are in good category with a value of 77.42%. In conclusion, this dedication activity can provide knowledge and skills for the target audience in making powerpoint slide master learning media based on collaborative learning.

Abstract

The millennial generation is one of the generations that has entrepreneurial potential and capable using social media, especially in Covid 19 pandemic era. This potential has been utilized by the community but has not been optimal. There are lots of social media, if used maximally, can increase sales turnover. The purpose of this community service is to provide entrepreneurial insight into understanding the challenges, opportunities and business management (especially marketing management) for entrepreneurship through social media. This community service was carried out by means of a webinar with zoom meeting for economic education graduates belonging to the millennial generation with age range of 17-37 years of 15 people. The model used is empowerment with the method of delivering materials. Evaluation is carried out through knowledge tests and questionnaires on the use of social media as a promotional, the difficulties in marketing, capital and entrepreneurial operational costs. The participants' initial test results averaged 6.00 and the final test average 7.07, an increase of 0.27 with the low category. This increase was accompanied by the use of social media as one of the promotional media, the difficulties in marketing, capital, and entrepreneurial operational costs by 78.56%. In conclusion, this community service activity can provide basic knowledge and stimulate the millennial generation to use social media to be entrepreneurial.

Abstract

Think critically as a complex process that requires cognitive level in process information. In study literature this will discuss development ability and critical participant education with the MOODLE -Based Blended Problem Based Learning Model to support alternative recovery learning during the endemic period of COVID-19. Abstract

Peserta didik kelas X di SMA N 10 Palembang masih belum terbiasa dengan instrumen penilaian berbasis HOTS dan berbantu aplikasi That Quiz, terlihat dari 7% soal yang diberikan masih terkategori level kognitif analisis. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan instrumen penilaian berbasis HOTS berbantu aplikasi That Quiz yang teruji validitas dan praktikalitasnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu model pengembangan Borg dan Gall, dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 15 orang peserta didik kelas X di SMA N 10 Palembang. Teknik Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket yang di analisis dengan rumus persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa instrumen penilaian yang dikembangkan terkategori sangat valid oleh para ahli materi 98,61%, bahasa sebesar 87,5%, dan ahli media sebesar 96,56%. Berdasarkan analisis butir soal diperoleh 9 soal pilihan ganda dan 2 soal uraian untuk pertemuan 1 pada materi kelangkaan dan pada Pertemuan 2 dengan materi biaya peluang diperoleh 8 soal pilihan ganda dan 2 soal uraian yang terkategori valid, reliabel serta memiliki tingkat kesulitan soal dan daya beda soal yang baik. Selain itu, hasil uji praktikalitas menunjukkan bahwa instrumen penilaian yang dikembangkan terkategori praktis sebesar 72%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa instrumen penilaian berbasis HOTS berbantu aplikasi That Quiz teruji valid dan praktis untuk digunakan dalam pengukuran efektifitas instrumen.

Abstract

In response to the growing demand for higher-order thinking in 21st-century education, innovative learning models are needed to effectively enhance students’ critical thinking skills. This study aims to test the effectiveness of the APBAC Edu learning model in enhancing critical thinking skills. This research used a quasi-experimental approach with a pretest-posttest control group design. The population was economics education students at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sriwijaya University, and sampling used simple random sampling, 68 students Indralaya class as the experimental group using the APBAC Edu model and 27 Palembang class as the control group using the problem-based learning model. The results showed that the average score for the experimental group increased from 6.60 in the pretest to 11.60 in the posttest, achieving an N-Gain of 0.59 (59.47%), which is categorized as moderate and effective. Meanwhile, the average score of the control group increased from 7.60 to 11.80 after the intervention, N-Gain of 0.45 (45.38%), which is considered moderate and less effective. The independent sample t-test showed a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, indicating a significant difference between the two groups. In conclusion, this research confirms that the APBAC Edu and PBL models are effective in improving critical thinking skills. However, the APBAC Edu model resulted in a greater increase in average scores compared to the PBL model. Therefore, it is recommended that the APBAC Edu model be implemented in courses which aims at developing higher-order thinking skills, such as accounting practicum courses.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) untuk mengkaji intensi berwirausaha pada generasi Z. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menentukan seberapa baik TPB memprediksi intensi berwirausaha. Survey dilakukan pada 211 mahasiswa dengan menggunakan metode saturation sampling. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan program Lisrel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa personal attitude dan perceived behavioral control terbukti mempengaruhi intensi berwirausaha, sedangkan subjective norm berpengaruh terhadap intensi berwirausaha melalui mediasi personal attitude dan perceived behavioral control.
