Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of media-based fast bowling cricket skills in students of The Jakarta State University cricket achievement Sports Club. This study was conducted with the research method Action Research (Action) model Kemmis and Taggart. There are 6 media used for the treatment of fast bowling ball reflections, so it is worth testing. This research was conducted on the students of club Olahtaga Prestasi (KOP) cricket Universitas Negeri Jakarta with the number of 26 students. Treatment this study uses a cycle system that is carried out for two cycles by placing the target media in the area of the ball reflection (good length). From the given treatment is followed by an assessment instrument using a colored carpet with a variety of points. A good standard result in a fast bowling bowler is 75%. The results of the assessment instrument in the pre-cycle (Pre-Test) are less than the standard in which the same treatment is required again. In the first cycle results in an increase in the bounce of the ball. The results of the second cycle has increased more than the first cycle, the results of the instrument assessment of the average student exceeds the standard value determined by the researcher.

Abstract

Kebutuhan yang paling dasar dalam permainan bola basket adalah teknik menembak (shooting), Model pembelajaran taktis memanfaatkan minat siswa dalam struktur permainan untuk memfasilitasi pengembangan keterampilan menembak (shooting). Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran taktis terhadap keterampilan shooting bola basket Siswa SMA Negeri 2 Bone. Jenis penelitian yang dilaksanakan adalah jenis penelitian eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMA Negeri 2 Bone. sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X yang terdiri dari 30 siswa. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Tehnik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analaisis deskriktif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan model pembelajaran permainan taktis terhadap keterampilan shooting bola basket Siswa SMA Negeri 2 Bone, yaitu diperoleh t-hitung sebesar 13.105 > t-tabel sebesar 2,045 sedangkan nilai signifikan 0,000 < α 0,05. Untuk menghasilkan shooting yang baik maka permainan taktis dapat digunakan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan pada permainan bola basket

Abstract

The level of mastery of basic soccer techniques of junior high school students has yet to be discovered. This study aims to determine how much mastery of basic soccer techniques of football students of SMP Negeri 1 Kolaka. Methods: The methodology used is a survey method with a cross-sectional type. The dribbling test has a mean value of 49.99 with a very poor category, namely as many as 18 students with a percentage of 45%; shooting tests with a mean value of 50.00 with a very poor category, namely as many as 21 students with a percentage of 52.5%, passing-control with a mean value of 50.00 with a very poor category, namely as many as 15 students with a percentage of 37.5%, and heading tests with a mean value of 50.00 with a very good category, namely as many as 17 students with a percentage of 42.5%. The mastery of basic soccer techniques of SMP Negeri 1 Kolaka students is an average value of 200.00, with a percentage value of 52.5% or as many as 21 students in the good category. Knowing the mastery of basic soccer techniques of students is used as a data bank to conduct further research.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menjelaskan tentang model pembelajaran passing sepakbola menggunakan pendekatan STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics) untuk mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan teori ADDIE. Pada penelitian ini menghasilkan 10 model tahapan pembelajaran yang telah melalui uji validasi dari dua ahli yaitu ahli bidang pembelajaran dan ahli bidang sepakbola. Hasil 10 model tahapan pembelajaran tersebut mengarah ke pendekatan STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics) berbasis proyek untuk pembelajaran passing sepakbola. Data hasil keseluruhan berdasarkan uji kelayakan model dari mahasiswa diketahui rata-rata persentasi adalah 73,9%, dan data hasil keseluruhan uji kemenarikkan model dari mahasiswa di ketahui rata-rata persentasi 87% sehinga model ini dapat digunakan. Model pembelajaran passing sepakbola melalui pendekatan STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics) di Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Jakarta layak dapat digunakan untuk pembelajaran Kata Kunci: model pembelajaran, passing, sepakbola, steam ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to explain the passing using the STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics) approach for students of the Faculty of Sports Science, State University of Jakarta. This research method uses Research and Development (R&D) research using ADDIE theory. In this study, 10 models of the learning stages have gone through validation tests from two experts, namely learning experts and soccer experts. The results of the 10 learning stages model lead to a STEAM project-based passing football. The overall result data based on the model feasibility test from students is known to have an average percentage of 73.9%, and the overall data attractiveness test results from students are known to have an average percentage of 87% so that this model can be used. Learning model passing through the STEAM approach at the Faculty of Sports Science, State University of Jakarta is feasible to be used for learning. Keywords: Learning Model, Passing, Soccer, STEAM

Abstract

Knowledge about evaluation has an important role in overcoming various problems in physical education learning. There are various types of program evaluation models used, and therefore, the aim of this research is to explore and review the application of various program evaluation models that have been carried out in the context of physical education learning. The method used in this research is a literature review. Data was collected from three database sources, namely Google Scholar, Garuda Ristekdikti, and Sinta Journal, using the keywords "program evaluation model" and "physical education". The time span of this research covers the period 2018 to 2022. Data search results show as well as 6 articles from Google Scholar, 1 article from Garuda Ristekdikti, and 8 articles from Sinta Journal, so a total of 15 articles will be analyzed. Based on the research results, it appears that the CIPP evaluation model is more popular and is often used to evaluate physical education learning programs, and this evaluation is generally carried out at the secondary school level.

Abstract

Changes in the level of teacher competency are continually improved through evaluation, ensuring that the learning that is applied to students remains innovative. The goal of this study was to discover physical education teachers' self-evaluation of teaching effectiveness. This study is descriptive that employs the survey approach. Fifty-one elementary school physical education teachers in South Sulawesi Province (aged 20 to 58 years) volunteered to participate in this study. The Self-Evaluation of Teacher Effectiveness Questionnaire in Physical Education (SETEQ-PE) was utilized in this study to assess teacher effectiveness in teaching physical education. This efficacy is measured using six components: learning environment, teacher and student evaluation, application of learning content, use of technology, teaching methodologies, and lesson execution. The findings revealed that the overall average physical education teachers' teaching effectiveness score was in the high range (140). In terms of gender, male instructors have a high average score (139.5), whereas female teachers have a very high average score (139.5). (142). Even though female teachers have a higher score than male teachers, there is no significant difference in their scores, with a significance value of 0.731. Given the small sample size of this study, additional research should be undertaken on a broader scale to investigate other aspects that may influence teaching effectiveness.

Abstract

Pemeliharaan kesehatan sangat penting untuk dilakukan. Semakin terpelihara kesehatan ditunjukkan dengan semakin baiknya kondisi kebugaran jasmani seseorang. Kebugaran jasmani akan mendukung dalam menjalankan aktivitas sehari-hari. Peningkatan kebugaran jasmani dapat tingkatkan dengan olahraga atau kegiatan rutin. Telah banyak program peningkatan kebugaran jasmani yang dilakukan, baik itu dengan biaya yang murah dan menyenangkan. Dalam lingkungan Pendidikan selain pendidik maupun pengajar, mahasiswa semua terlibat dan harus tetap menjaga kebugaran jasmani nya. Berdasarkan uraian tersebut, diketahui bahwa kebugaran jasmani sangat penting bagi siapapun terutama mahasiswa pendidikan jasmani ataupun atlet. Kebugaran jasmani dapat dilakukan dengan melalui serangkaian tes, seperti lari cepat 60 meter, tes gantung angkat tubuh 60 detik, tes loncat tegak, tes baring duduk 60 detik, dan Bleep Tes. Jenis penelitian yaitu penelitian deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa pendidikan jasmani tahun akademik 2020/2021 Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Jakarta sebanyak 20 mahasiswa. Kegiatan penelitian dalam melihat tingkat kebugaran jasmani masa transisi endemi Covid -19 terlaksana dengan baik dan mendapatkan nilai hasil kebugaran jasmani pada mahasiswa angkatan 2020/2021 Pendidikan Jasmani FIK UNJ sebanyak 8 (30%) mahasiswa berada dibawah rata-rata.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui; (1) Apakah ada hubungan kekuatan otot tungkai terhadap kemampuan mawashi geri; (2) Apakah ada hubungan kekuatan otot perut terhadap kemampuan mawashi geri; (3) Apakah ada hubungan kesimbangan terhadap kemampuan mawashi geri; (4) Apakah ada hubungan secara bersama-sama antara kekuatan otot tungkai, otot perut dan keseimbangan terhadap kemampuan mawashi geri. Populasi penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan atlet karate Pra PON SULSEL. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 20 orang. cara pengambilan sampenya yaitu dengan cara teknik simple random sampling dimana sampel diambil dengan cara acak. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis korelasi, dan analisis regresi pada taraf signifikan α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; (1) Ada hubungan signifikan kekuatan otot tungkai terhadap kemampuan mawashi geri dengan nilai r = 0,919 (P < α = 0,05). (2) Ada hubungan signifikan kekuatan otot perut terhadap kemampuan mawashi geri dengan nilai r = 0,85 (P < α = 0,05). (3) Ada hubungan signifikan keseimbangan terhadap kemampuan mawashi geri dengan nilai r = 0,789 (P < α = 0,05). (4) Ada hubungan signifikan secara Bersama-sama kekuatan otot tungkai otot perut dan keseimbangan terhadap kemampuan mawashi geri dengan nilai R = 0,896 atau 89,6%

Abstract

In athlete coaching, mental factors often receive less attention than physical factors, such as technique, tactics, and strategy. This study explored the use of hypnosis as a mental exercise in coaching volleyball athletes. This study was conducted on 20 PBVSI volleyball athletes in Pidie Regency using an experimental one-group pretest-posttest design and then tested their abilities using the American Association for Health, Physical Education, Recreation, and Dance (AAHPERD) volleyball playing skills test. The collected data were analysed using inferential statistics (specifically the t-test) with SPSS 27 at the 0.05 level of significance. The results showed a significant improvement in volleyball playing skills after hypnosis training, indicating its potential application in athlete coaching. Hypnosis was found to significantly improve concentration, confidence, and emotional control among athletes—key elements that contributed to overall sports performance. However, limitations of this study include the small sample size and focus on one type of sport. Therefore, further research involving larger samples across different sports is recommended for wider generalisability. In addition, long-term studies are needed to assess the sustained effects of hypnosis over time. In conclusion, our preliminary findings underscore the potential benefits of integrating mental training techniques such as hypnosis into athletic training programmes to improve performance outcomes. These results highlight the importance of considering psychological aspects alongside physical aspects in athletic training.
