Abstract

Abstract Boarding schools/pesantren as appropriate places for the promotion of physical activity among youth through physical education, are also considered as the primary means responsible for increasing levels of physical activity. With the aim of involving students in more moderate to vigorous physical activity (Moderate to Vigorous Physical Activity) for students at Islamic Boarding Schools, for the first year this was started at AR Fachruddin Islamic Boarding School Yogjakarta. The National Jump Rope Training for Santri, attended by 128 students and female students, was carried out online. Participants showed interest in this activity, were able to follow and perform basic jumping rope activities well. Participants also measured the resting pulse and exercise pulse, the result was that the maximum pulse rate or the highest pulse rate was achieved during the maximum exercise below 100 BPM on average. Abstrak Sekolah berasrama/pesantren sebagai tempat yang tepat untuk promosi aktivitas fisik di kalangan remaja melalui pendidikan jasmani, serta dianggap sebagai sarana utama yang bertanggung jawab untuk meningkatkan tingkat aktivitas fisik. Dengan tujuan untuk melibatkan siswa dalam aktivitas fisik yang lebih moderat hingga vigorous (Moderate to Vigorous Physical Activity) bagi santri di Pondok Pesantren, untuk tahun pertama ini dimulai di Pondok Pesantren AR Fachruddin Yogjakarta. Kegiatan Pelatihan Nasional Lompat Tali untuk Santri, diikuti 128 santriawan dan santriwati dan dilaksanakan secara daring. Peserta menunjukkan minat pada kegiatan ini, mampu mengikuti dan melakukan aktifitas lompat tali dasar dengan baik. Peserta juga mengukur denyut nadi istirahat dan denyut nadi latihan, hasilnya denyut nadi maksimum atau denyut nadi tertinggi dicapai selama latihan maksimal rata-rata dibawah 100 BPM.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the types of physical activities and sports carried out by adolescents in maintaining their physical fitness outside of physical education learning at school. Especially to test the physical activity carried out without using the tool for one month with the number of meetings 10 times. The application of physical activity and exercise is carried out 2 or 3 times per week with a duration of 30 minutes. The research method used is experimental. Participants who took part in this study were 66 students consisting of 45 male students and 16 female students. Physical fitness measurements were carried out using the Yo-Yo Intermittent Endurance Test Level 2. Deeper sports participation, this study divided into outdoor sports and not using tools, both of which were associated with physical activity. The results of this study indicate that the analysis of the mean difference test in the control group obtained t0 of 10.392 and ttable of 2.035 with degrees of freedom (db) 32 and = 0.05. The hypothesis is that there are differences in the average physical fitness of students who are not given physical activity and sports treatment. While the results of statistical analysis of the experimental group obtained t0 of 21.582 and ttable 2.035 with degrees of freedom (db) 32 and = 0.05. The hypothesis is that there are differences in physical fitness in students who are given physical activity and sports treatment. the conclusion is that physical activity and sports support the improvement of physical fitness in adolescent students who are physically active at least once every 2-3 weeks. However, the shortcoming of this study was that it did not see what physical activities and sports the participants did outside of the treatment given.

Abstract

Latar belakang penyelenggaraan kegiatan ini adalah kurangnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman bagi guru pendidikan jasmani terhadap cabang olahraga petanque karena termasuk cabang olahraga baru di Indonesia, meskipun sudah termasuk olahraga yang populer di dunia. Sasaran dari kegiatan webinar ini adalah guru pendidikan jasmani Sekolah Dasar yang ada di lingkungan Kecamatan Cibitung, Kabupaten Bekasi, Jawa Barat sebanyak 57 orang. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan olahraga petanque kepada guru pendidikan jasmani sekolah dasar yang nantinya mempunyai kemampuan untuk membentuk atlet yang berprestasi. Kegiatan webinar ini melalui metode pelatihan yang terbagi ke dalam 3 tahap (orientasi, implementasi, dan evaluasi), sehingga peserta dapat terkordinir sampai akhir acara dan ada peningkatan pemahaman guru terkait materi yang telah disampaikan yaitu sejarah, perlengkapan serta peraturan pertandingan petanque.

Abstract

In the gymnastics sports event (O2SN), students will have greater opportunities to take part in the event. For this reason, the competence of physical education teachers must be improved through training and knowledge about teaching basic gymnastic movements. However, physical education teachers in East Jakarta lack gymnastics management training, but do not understand sports coaching techniques and management. The service methods used in this activity are training, seminars and workshops. This service was carried out for approximately 2 months with the following stages: 1) conducting training, 2) monitoring, 3) evaluating and achieving. Participants involved in the service program are 35 physical education teachers in the East Jakarta region. Program implementation involves the implementation of a previously designed sports curriculum. This includes organizing the lesson schedule, selecting teaching methods appropriate to the type of sport, as well as managing groups of participants. Factors such as safety, health, and ethics must also be considered in implementing physical education programs. Supervision and monitoring are carried out to ensure that the sports program runs according to plan. Community service with the topic "Gymnastics Development Management" is an important initiative to increase the knowledge and skills of physical education teachers in the field of gymnastics. However, the implementation of this program can be faced with several inhibiting factors which include limited resources, lack of knowledge and skills, low motivation, safety, and differences in ability levels.

Abstract

(English)This research aims to study how students learn basic floor exercise movements in elementary school and the impact on physical and cognitive growth. The results of this research will provide guidelines for learning gymnastics in elementary schools and increase awareness of the importance of fun and interactive learning methods. The research method used in this action research is the Kemmis and McTaggart model. The research subjects were students from the second grade of elementary school aged between 8-9 years and totaling 27 children, consisting of 17 girls and 12 boys. The research instrument was an observation sheet related to students' responses during learning and basic gymnastics movement skills. The balance indicator obtained the highest average score, namely 84, twisting movement 79, rolling movement 72, and flexibility 75. From the results of the assessment, the average met the minimum criteria for student completeness in physical education learning. Meanwhile, the difference in assessments from cycle I and cycle II obtained a result of 2.868 which was greater than t0 2.755 and α (0.05). This research confirms that the implementation of basic gymnastics movements in elementary school students is effective in improving balance, coordination, and flexibility. It has a positive impact on student's physical development and should be integrated into the primary school sports curriculum. Research also confirms the important role of physical health in preparing children physically.(Indonesian)Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mempelajari bagaimana siswa belajar gerak dasar gymnasticdi sekolah dasar dan dampak pada pertumbuhan fisik dan kognitif. Hasil penelitian ini akan memberikan pedoman pembelajaran senam di sekolah dasar dan meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya metode pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan interaktif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian tindakan ini adalah model Kemmis dan Mc Taggart. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa dari kelas dua SD yang berusia antara 8-9 tahun dan berjumlah 27 anak, terdiri dari 17 perempuan dan 12 laki-laki. Pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling yaitu menetapkan usia pada level 1 gymnastic. Instrumen penelitian berupa lembar observasi yang terkait dengan respon siswa selama pembelajaran dan tes keterampilan gerak dasar senam. Pada indicator keseimbangan memperoleh nilai rata-rata paling tinggi yaitu 84, gerakan memutar 79, gerakan berguling 72 dan kelenturan 75. Dari hasil penilaian tersebut rata-rata sudah memenuhi kriteria ketuntasan minimum siswa dalam pembelajran pendidikan jasmani. Sedangkan perbedaan penilaian dari siklus I dan siklus II diperoleh hasil 2,868 lebih besar dari t0 2,755 dan α (0,05). Penelitian ini mengkonfirmasi bahwa implementasi gerak dasar gymnastic pada siswa sekolah dasar efektif dalam meningkatkan keseimbangan, koordinasi, dan fleksibilitas. Ini memiliki dampak positif pada perkembangan fisik siswa dan sebaiknya diintegrasikan dalam kurikulum olahraga sekolah dasar. Abstract

Karangjaya Village is a rural village where people work in agriculture or small businesses. The majority of the population lives below the poverty line, and access to health services and nutritious food is limited. As a result, child health is a major concern in Karangjaya Village with high rates of malnutrition and stunting in children under five years old. The aim of the community service is to help support an effective and efficient nutrition monitoring programme, so as to help reduce malnutrition and better manage children's health. The method of implementing the service applies counselling in the form of organising seminars for 20 mothers in Karangjaya Village. The results showed an increase in community knowledge about healthy eating patterns, which is expected to reduce the number of malnutrition in Karangjaya Village. Monitoring and evaluation showed positive results, with some children showing improved nutritional status after receiving appropriate treatment. Thus, the nutrition management system in Karangjaya Village contributes significantly to improving children's health and nutrition.

Abstract

Evaluation is part of the supervisory activities of a work carried out by members of the organisation that measures the suitability between the work program and the achievement of work targets. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the coaching of Achievement Sports Club (KOP) athletes involving management and coaches of Cricket. Evaluation is assessed from various aspects, namely Context, Input, Process and Product. The subjects of this research are managers as policy makers, coaches as implementers of activities and athletes as users of programmes and facilities. The survey research method used in this study is by distributing questionnaires to research subjects. The results of this study seen from the Context aspect is the existence of regulations issued by the leadership to provide relief for students who become athletes to continue to get the opportunity to attend lectures, the Input aspect is the determination of the coach, determining the training programme, facilities and infrastructure and recruitment of athletes, the Process aspect is the training implementation mechanism that refers to the suitability of the programme and the Product aspect is showing an increase in their sports abilities, which includes physical, technical and tactical aspects. So that it can be recommended to related parties, namely the development of the FIK UNJ Cricket athlete coaching programme needs to be continuously developed to improve the quality and quantity of the programme.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada teknik tendangan baling yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan keterampilan tendangan baling melalui alat bantu latihan berupa resistance band. Sample berjumlah 20 siswa yang terdiri dari 9 siswa laki-laki dan 11 siswa perempuan. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti mengumpulkan data melalui tes tendangan baling, instrumen tes yang digunakan dibagi menjadi 6 tahap dan terdapat 24 aspek penilaian yang telah divalidasi oleh 3 orang pakar di bidang pencak silat. Penelitian ini menggunakan 1 siklus yang terdiri dari 16 kali pertemuan. Dalam penelitian ini diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut, nilai rata-rata pada saat tes awal sebesar 94,35, kemudian pada siklus I nilai rata-rata sebesar 100, tidak ada siswa yang berhasil pada tes awal atau 0%, kemudian keberhasilan siswa pada saat tes siklus I sebanyak 20 siswa atau 100%. Pada hasil tes siklus I terlihat adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dan telah mencapai target yang ditetapkan.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk pembelajaran terbaru yaitu menciptakan model pembelajaran smash dan block bola voli untuk siswa SMA. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada bulan Mei-Juni 2024. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah metode Research and Development. Terdapat 4 model pembelajaran yang dinilai belum layak dan 17 model pembelajaran yang dinilai layak. Hasil yang diperoleh dari angket siswa skala kecil adalah 87,85% untuk tingkat kemudahan dan 86,66% untuk tingkat kemenarikan, kemudian hasil yang diperoleh dari angket siswa skala besar di SMA Negeri 33 Jakarta adalah 87,11% untuk tingkat kemudahan dan 87,63%. untuk tingkat kemenarikan, kemudian hasil yang diperoleh dari angket siswa skala besar di SMA Negeri 95 Jakarta adalah 86,91% untuk tingkat kemudahan dan 87,14% untuk tingkat kemenarikan, kemudian hasil yang diperoleh pada skala eksperimen adalah 87,18% untuk tingkat kemudahan dan 87,50% untuk tingkat kemenarikan model pembelajaran smash dan block bola voli yang peneliti buat.

Abstract

Senam artistik merupakan cabang olahraga yang membutuhkan bakat dan keterampilan khusus. Menemukan dan mengembangkan bakat senam sejak dini sangat penting untuk meningkatkan prestasi senam nasional. Salah satu kendala dalam menemukan bakat senam adalah kurangnya pemahaman para pelatih senam mengenai tes identifikasi bakat atlet senam artistik. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan sosialisasi mengenai tes identifikasi bakat atlet senam artistik kepada para pelatih senam Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Metode pelaksanaannya adalah ceramah dan demonstrasi mengenai berbagai tes identifikasi bakat senam artistik meliputi power, kelenturan, keseimbangan, koordinasi, dan ketangkasan. Peserta pengabdian adalah 30 orang pelatih senam yang tergabung dalam Pengprov Persani DKI Jakarta. Dengan adanya sosialisasi ini para pelatih senam dapat memahami dan menerapkan tes identifikasi bakat atlet senam artistik sehingga dapat menemukan bibit atlet senam berbakat sejak dini. Tes tersebut bermanfaat dalam menjadi dasar untuk mendeteksi, mengidentifikasi dan mengembangkan bakat atlet yang potensial. Hal ini akan berdampak positif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembinaan atlet senam di Provinsi DKI Jakarta dan prestasi senam nasional pada umumnya.
