Abstract

The study of gender cannot be separated from theological studies, because all religions have special treatment for women. The position of women in several religions and beliefs is placed as second class. As a result, the condition of women continues to be in a state of loss because of religious pretexts or legitimacy. This article discusses the basis of gender stereotypes in Islam, gender biased interpretation of the Qur’an, and gender equality in Islamic culture in Java. This study uses a library research approach. The result is that the Qur’an has explicitly tried to increase the dignity of women. This condition shows that Islam emphasizes that both men and women are given equal opportunities to achieve positions or degrees according to their abilities. These Islamic values ​​are then firmly adhered to in realizing gender equality in Islamic culture in Javanese society, so that they can destroy perceptions of the position, dignity, and worth of men and women. Further research is needed that specifically addresses the role of Muslim women in the current era.

Abstract

Management of facilities and infrastructure in schools is a crucial activity that greatly influences the success of the learning process. This research aims to understand the management of facilities and infrastructure in the learning process of group B1 at kindergarten 17 Teladan Sugar Factory Sumberharjo, Pemalang District. The research adopts a qualitative approach with a case study design. Primary data is obtained from the school principal, educators, and parents, while secondary data is gathered from relevant documents and records. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data processing involves reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Research findings indicate that planning: is conducted through discussions with teachers and parents, along with short, medium, and long-term school programs. Procurement: realized through funding from operational assistance and parental contributions. Arrangement: carried out by placing learning facilities according to the needs in classrooms and schoolyards. Utilization: is the responsibility of all school members, with routine maintenance every Friday. Disposal: This is done by storing damaged items or disposing of unused ones. Inhibiting factors include limited funds, lack of specialized management, and parental cooperation in fundraising. Supporting factors include committee involvement, financial support, and student numbers. Conclusion: facility management has been maximized, leading to quality learning outcomes.

Abstract

The training method, often referred to by various names such as readiness training method, habituation method, coaching method, and drill, is a technique commonly used by teachers, both inside and outside the classroom. In Tahfidz learning, there is a difference compared to other subjects because the main focus is on the memorization aspect. Memorizing verses of the Qur'an requires precision and caution because errors in memorization can have fatal consequences. Early childhood is considered the golden age for learning as it is the best developmental period for children. This period is crucial for laying the foundations of intelligence, personality, and creativity in individuals. Cognitively, children at this age have high absorption potential. Therefore, it is the right time to start the process of memorizing short verses. In this study, the approach used is qualitative method with field research aiming to obtain descriptive or narrative data about background, social groups, individuals, and community institutions. The research findings indicate that Tahfidz learning (memorization of short verses from Juz 30) is conducted with enthusiasm, activity, creativity, and cheerfulness, and the children are able to follow the learning process well.

Abstract

The formulation of variables is one of the important elements in a research, because a process of gathering facts or measurements can be carried out well if the research variables can be formulated firmly. This paper will discuss the definition of variables, characteristics, types of variables, and the formulation of indicators. The method used is library research. The results are 1) research variables are factors that play a role in the events or symptoms to be studied in the form of traits taken from a different values and vary. 2) In quantitative education research the characteristics of variables are measurable, distinguishing one object from another object in a population, and the value varies. Variables must be measurable, this requires research results to be objective, measurable, and always open to test. 3) Variable types include: (i) dependent variable and independent variable, (ii) moderating variable, (iii) interveining variable, (iv) intervening variable latent and manifest, (v) indogenous and exogenous variables (vi) control variables. 4) Variables will produce several research indicators, while research indicators will produce a number of items in the research questionnaire. The easiest way to determine research indicators is to list keywords from a number of theories contained in research variables. After determining the research indicators, the researcher then creates research items (list of questions) by following the arrangement of keywords or key phrases in the research indicators section.

Abstract

Metode Murattal adalah membaca Al-Qur’an secara benar, sesuai dengan kaidah-kaidah Tajwid disertai dengan irama dan suara yang baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji adakah pengaruh metode murottal Terhadap Kemampuan Membaca Al-Qur’an Siswa Kelas V SD IT An-Nahdliyah Mereng Warungpring Pemalang. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian adalah 30 siswa kelas V SD IT An-Nahdliyah. Teknik pengumpulan datanya dengan wawancara, dokumentasi, dan angket dengan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa besarnya pengaruh metode murottal terhadap kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an siswa kelas V SD IT An-Nahdliyah Mereng Warungpring Pemalang adalah sebesar 2,2%. Hasil tersebut diperoleh dari 0,022 x 100% = 2,2%. Simpulan dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif metode murottal terhadap kemampuan membaca al-qur’an siswa kelas V SD IT An-Nahdliyah Mereng Warungpring Pemalang sebesar 2,2%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut diharapkan sekolah dapat lebih mengoptimalkan lagi metode murottal secara konsisten guna mendukung kemampuan dan kelancaran membaca Al-Qur’an siswa khususnya untuk kelas V SD IT An-Nahdliyah Mereng Warungpring Pemalang.

Abstract

In 2020 around the world there has been an outbreak of a virus, namely Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19). Teaching and learning activities in schools are disrupted, learning which was initially carried out face-to-face for a while cannot be carried out. To overcome these problems, during the Covid-19 pandemic, every school carried out educational activities with distance learning. In this case, the level of parental cooperation with online programs is very important. Because while online, children spend a lot of time at home. Basically human education starts from the family, the family is the first and foremost place for the formation and education of children. This research is a qualitative research with primary data sources are grade 1 to grade 3 students, parents and teachers of MI Mansyaul Huda Sendangrejo Village Tayu Pati. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews and documentation. This research was conducted from January to September 2021. The results of this study are 1) The process of implementing learning at MI Mansyaul Huda, Sendangrejo Village, Tayu District, Pati Regency is carried out in a combination of online and face-to-face according to regional conditions. During the online learning process, the media used was Whatsapp guided by a subject teacher from home. 2) Efforts taken by parents in independent learning of students at MI Mansyaul Huda, Sendangrejo Village, Tayu District, Pati Regency, namely by giving motivation and praise to children, setting good examples, accompanying children when studying, trying to be friends for children, and coaching with the method of advice and educate through habituation and training. 3) Obstacles faced by parents in shaping the independence of MI Mansyaul Huda students, Sendangrejo Village, Tayu District, Pati Regency, namely environmental influences and the influence of mass media, parental education origin, lazy children, and parents who spoil their children too much.

Abstract

Recent learning processes have not been fully student-cantered. The assessment tends to only giving score and ignores the skill of critical thinking. It requires changes in the use of learning strategies, methods, and media that activate students in the learning process in order to develop the skill of critical thinking. In this case, the use of Mentimeter can be an alternative. The objectives of the research is to find out the application of Mentimeter in the course of Al Islam and Muhammadiyah in the material of Ramadhan Fast, and to know how Mentimeter media can improve critical thinking skill of Nursing Department Students of Universitas Muhammadiyah Pekajangan Pekalongan that consist as 32 students of class A as experiment class and 34 students of class B as the control class. This study uses a quantitative research approach, specifically using a quasi-experimental method, the research design is pre-test, and the design of the control group is post-test. Based on the prerequisite test these two groups are not homogeneous and not normally distributed. From the results of research using the Mann Whiteney test, it is known that the Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.00 0 which is less than 0.05. So, according to the basis for making a decision on the Mann Whitney U test, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This shows that there are significant differences in learning outcomes in the experimental class and the control class. The findings from this study indicate that Mentimeter media can effectively improve critical thinking skills.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fakta di lapangan bahwa masih banyak guru yang belum meningkatkan kreativitasnya dalam menciptakan dan menggunakan media pembelajaran. Padahal ada banyak teknologi yang bisa digunakan dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Guru harus memilih media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi sekaligus bersifat dua arah agar ada interaksi antara guru dan siswa serta bersifat kolaboratif. Salah satu media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi yang bersifat two-way adalah aplikasi Kahoot. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penggunaan aplikasi Kahoot pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama dan Pendidikan Karakter (PABP) di SMK N 1 Pemalang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, yang bertujuan untuk mengungkap informasi tentang penggunaan aplikasi kahoot yang diterapkan oleh guru PABP dalam pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi Kahoot merupakan salah satu inovasi yang dilakukan oleh guru mata pelajaran PABP di SMK Negeri 1 Pemalang sehingga pembelajaran berlangsung interaktif dan menarik. Dengan adanya kahoot ini, siswa dan guru sangat terbantu karena proses belajar mengajar menjadi lebih menarik, interaktif, dan menyenangkan sehingga materi pelajaran lebih mudah diingat dan dipahami.
