Abstract

Gincu Mango as one of the superior varieties of fruit products in Indonesia shows high export potential. Although the export potential is very large, it is inversely proportional to export performance caused by limitations in the supply chain and stakeholder collaboration. This study aims to analyze strategies for improving supply chain management and stakeholder collaboration to increase the export potential of Gedong Gincu mango. This study uses a causal research methodology through the Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) approach. This method was chosen because of its ability to examine complex relationships between latent variables and its efficiency in handling data with small sample sizes. A survey was conducted to collect data from 100 stakeholders involved in the distribution of Gedong Gincu mango. The results of the study indicate that collaboration between farmers, government agencies, and traders is essential to increasing export activities. One of the key factors found is the importance of accelerating the registration of gardens and packing houses as part of the technical requirements for export, which serve as important technical requirements for export readiness. Furthermore, effective supply chain management shows the capacity to improve coordination and optimize distribution efficiency. However, statistical analysis revealed that the impact of Supply Chain Management on stakeholder collaboration is minimal, although it does affect exports. This study underlines the importance of improving post-harvest infrastructure, educating farmers on export standards, and strengthening strategic partnerships in the supply chain to improve the competitiveness of Gedong Gincu mangoes in the global market

Abstract

Optimal raw material inventory is an important factor in the process of smooth production of a company. This raw material can be controlled by certain method, one of mhich is the EOQ method which has a higher accuracy rate than conventional methods. PT. Sinjaraga Santika Sport is a company engaged in the ball manufacturing industry, with its main orientation is making soccer balls. Where the main raw materials are fabrics, threads, inner tubes, glue, and several other additional raw materials such as nipples, nets and ink. This study aims to analyze the frequency of purchases and the purchase amount of synthetic leather optimal raw materials, time for ordering raw material (reorder point), safet reserve raw material (safet stock), maximum inventory and the comparison between total inventory costs company policies using the EOQ method in the company.The result of this study were obtained from the optimal purchase of synthetic leather raw materials according to the calculatuin of the EOQ method is 8557,9 meters with the number of purchases as much as 3 times in total and the total cost of supply is Rp 5.987.400, while the number of companies 12 times in the amount according to the number of purchases as expected 2313,3 meters and the total cost of supplies is Rp 11.908.267, then it can be concluded thet using the EOQ method produces more efficiency because there are cost saving of Rp 5.920.867.To anticipate underirable matters related to syntehtic leather raw materials supplies, the EOQ method provides advice to provide the safety stock of 118,7 meters, while for the maximum point the supply may not exceed 8698,6 meters. And reorder when raw material supllies are at the level of 919 meters.

Abstract

Regional levies are one of the important sources of Regional Original Income (PAD) because each year contributes significantly to local revenue. However, management of levies in the regions is still not optimal and effective due to a lack of understanding of the importance of better management of retribution funds and security factors in management because it involves regional income. Given the importance and danger of managing a large number of retribution funds, the Information System for receiving natural stone Retribution from Salawangi Village, Bantarujeg District, Majalengka Regency was formed. This system was formed with the intention of facilitating the relevant employee to enter data.

Abstract

One of the energy needs that may be almost inseparable in human life at this time is the need for electrical energy. as is known to obtain electrical energy through a long and complicated process, but given the nature of this electrical energy that is easily channeled and easy to convert into other forms of energy such as light energy, heat energy, chemical energy, mechanical energy, sound, images , etc. Electric energy utilization has been widely used for household, commercial, government, industrial and so on. Indonesia Power UBP Saguling Parakan Kondang Hydroelectric Power Plant (PLTA) is one of the power plants that is able to meet the electricity needs of Java-Bali with the source of generation coming from water. To meet the electricity needs of Java - Bali, each plant will try to minimize errors in each production process. One of them is by analyzing the operating system and production power at each plant so that the targeted production power can be achieved, as well as the Parakan Kondang Hydroelectric Power Plant. Parakan Kondang Hydroelectric Power Plant (PLTA) always implements "Daily Meeting", this is done for the planning of the plant's operating system in order to achieve the targeted production targets. In addition, the Parakan Kondang Hydroelectric Power Plant (PLTA) also does every job according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) so that no accidents occur in each of its work. And the results of operating system planning will be discussed at the next "Daily Meeting", to find out what problems occur during operation at the Parakan Kondang Hydroelectric Power Plant.

Abstract

PT. PG. Rajawali II unit PG. Jatitujuh uses 3 boiler units as its energy source, one of which is boiler Fives Cail Babcock BR 2-39-62 capacity of 55 tons / hour. Boilers or boilers are closed vessels used to produce steam, steam is obtained by heating a vessel containing water with fuel. The steam produced by the boiler will be used to drive the turbine in 2 alternators, 1 unit of unigator, 1 unit of mill, 1 unit of cane cuter, and the process of drying sugar. BR 2-39-62 FCB boilers began operating in 1980, this boiler is quite old so that the performance has decreased. For this reason, an analysis was held to determine the efficiency of the boiler. The initial standard of boiler operation FCB 2-39-62 in 1980 was a maximum working pressure of 26 bar, the temperature of the incoming water was 105ºC, steam temperature was 350ºC, steam flow was 47 Ton / Hour, and water quality was 7.0 pH. Based on data and analysis, it is known that the initial efficiency of boiler operation FCB BR 2-39-62 is 100%, while the greatest efficiency on October 21, 2018 is 38%. The effect of decreasing boiler efficiency is caused by the reduced temperature of boiler intake due to the buildup of scale and rust on the pipe, which affects the steam flow.

Abstract

Along with the development of community growth, the development of industry also develops very quickly. This development includes people's purchasing power, people's interest in goods that have a high level of quality, thus enabling the community to make the most of these goods. based on observations made in the sewing section which is the most important part in the production process, found several problems that occur in the sewing process, such as the results of the skip stitches and bobbins that break easily. In writing this practical work report is discussed about how to overcome the results of the stitches that are skip to the computer stiching machine, how to overcome so that the bobbin thread does not break easily and when the bobbin thread will run out can be known. Based on observations during practical work, the disturbance that causes the skip stitching results is due to blunt needles and poor yarn quality. Overcome the problem by doing maintenance and maintenance of computer stiching machines according to schedule. While the interference causing the bobin thread to break easily is the condition of the Home Lifeboat and Rotary Hook in dirty condition, to prevent it can be applied to the microcontroller system by using Light Dependent Resistor (LDR) and Infrared proximity sensors to detect the cleanliness of the lifeboat's room and to control the bobbin thread when it will run out.

Abstract

The rapid development of the times in the field of information and technology has changed the way consumers perceive a product they want. In addition to the price factor chosen by consumers, the quality of a product is also taken into consideration before making a choice. Therefore, companies must make improvements and improve the quality of their production systems, if they want to get good product quality. Repair and improvement of product quality with the hope of achieving a minimum level of product defects requires a lot of money. Companies that use quality as a strategic tool will have an advantage over competing companies, because not all companies are able to achieve the best quality. This study aims to analyze product quality with the Six Sigma method at PT. XYZ. The analytical method used in this study uses the six sigma method, namely the method (DMAIC) define, measure, analyze, improve and control. The results of this study indicate that the sigma value of the product is 3.4 sigma with CTQ 1. The total production is 61,148 and defective products are 1,727. There are 4 types of defects, namely break up 1,696, falll out 21, lump 10, and un twist 0. Proposed improvements that must be done are to conduct regular training for employees, clean up machine components related to the production process, and machine maintenance. periodically.

Abstract

The implementation of a building construction project consists of several stages of work that must be passed. Implementation of structural work requires methods that can be carried out effectively and efficiently. This study aims to determine the method of carrying out reinforced concrete structure work for columns, beams, and floor plates in the Majalengka Creative Center Building project. The results of the study are that the implementation method carried out on column, beam and floor plate work on the Majalengka Creative Center building project is in accordance with the planning and refers to the RKS (Work Plan and Requirements) for structural work. The process of carrying out reinforced concrete structure work for columns, beams, and floor slabs briefly includes preparatory work, formwork work, ironing work, casting, and curing of concrete structures.

Abstract

This practical work report explains the process of making the Bracket Pipe Main P/Side 844A7-17000part using a stamping press machine and operating procedures for the stamping press machine at PT Persada Selaras Indonesia. The aim is to find out directly the process of making the Bracket Pipe Main P/Side 844A7-17000 part, and to know how to operate the stamping press machine. The process of making the Bracket Pipe Main P/Side 844A7-17000 consists of several stages starting from checking the material using SPHC-PO, checking the product design, the Stamping Press process with four stages of the production process (blanking, bending 1 and forming, bending 2 and restrike, & Piercing). Apart from that, this report discusses how to operate a stamping press machine starting from the machine inspection stage to setting up the stamping press machine. Through this practical work report, it is hoped that readers will gain insight into the process of making the Bracket Pipe Main P/Side 844A7-17000 and the company's contribution to maintaining product quality.

Abstract

Advances in welding technology are very helpful in making, repairing or repairing chassis jobs that have a high level of difficulty and requirements. Especially in the chassis, many welding elements are involved because welded joints have an important role to support the body, engine, and vehicle load. In practical work at CV. Pringgandani Welding Analysis Comparing the Strength of Welding Results of Single Electrode Core Wire and Double Electrode Core Wire (Filler Rod) Using SMAW welding which is carried out for chassis welding which is claimed by mechanics in welding with a depth and width of more than 5 mm, it is better to use double electrode core wire which can speed up and strengthen the weld. Then a test is carried out to prove the results of the Single Wire Electrode Core and Double Electrode Core Wire (Filler Rod) welds which are stronger and faster in the process. By testing the weld results on an iron plate with dimensions of 250 mm x 50 mm x 10 mm, the welding process uses the SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding) welding method. Using an E6013 type electrode with a diameter of 2 mm with a current of 90 A, polarity DCEP (Direct Current Electrode Positive) The welding position used is the 1G position or horizontal position with the welding process using a single v-groove bevel butt joint and an angle of 60o with a weld width of 10 mm and a weld depth of 8 mm. The plate samples used were two samples. In sample 1 using a single wire core electrode, and sample 2 using a double wire core electrode. All samples were made of tensile test specimens with the ASME-IX standard, a tensile test was carried out to determine and prove the respective strengths of the welding results of Single Wire Core Electrode and Double Wire Core Electrode (Filler Rod).
