Abstract

Blockchain has several features that guarantee security and consistency in transaction and data storage.Blockchain has been applied in various fields. The application of blockchain is popular in the financialsector in the form of cryptocurrency. In the political field, the option of implementing blockchain has alsobeen initiated, especially for e-voting process. The idea developed through various researches. Thisresearch tried to propose an initial simulation of blockchain implementation in the presidential election inIndonesia.

Abstract

XYZ Company is a distributor focused on distributing floor and wall ceramic tiles. XYZ Company has its own warehouse for storing finished goods with Last In First Out rotation. The XYZ Company Warehouse has an area of 12,312 m2 with floor stack system. An issue currently risen to the warehouse is that the warehouse is currently overcapacity that urges the company to store some of its SKUs to be stored out of the block or even outside the warehouse. The overcapacity causes some problems including accessibility problem, distribution of storage and retrieval activities, and damaged product. In addition, higher throughput items allocation were not placed near to the input/output point so the material handling went through long travel to do its activities and it caused higher total travel distance. This research is focused on determining the warehouse layout to increase warehouse storage capacity and reduce travel distance. The procedure taken to solve the issue is by redesigning warehouse layout through heuristic approach method. The heuristic approach method is comprised by algorithms that can determine dimensions of storage zone and material assignment needed in designing warehouse layout. It is aimed at having some combinations of lane depths and storage zones to increase the warehouse storage capacity by considering the throughput of each SKU. The next step is allocating the items so it can reduce the monthly travel distance. The proposed design layout, shows that warehouse capacity increases by 35.53% or 5,319 pallet positions and monthly travel distance decreases by 24.58% or 216,032 meters. Abstract

The objective of this paper is to compare two PHP frameworks with execution time, peak memory usage and throughput metrics. This performance comparison was done for Laravel and Yii2 frameworks using MySQL employee database [26] which freely downloaded for testing necessary. The database provided a large amount of data included million entry records. Using a large amount of record, we try to give some view to another developer for considering when choosing the PHP framework for their development. The result in this paper give Laravel has better performance in execution time and throughput measurement but not in memory usage. This result can be affected by many factors including the testing environment in when comparison process implementation. Keywords—Laravel, Yii2, PHP Framework, Performance Comparison.

Abstract

XYZ is a pasteurization milk processing company that produce milk drink from pure cow milk. PT. XYZ don’t sell their product directly to end user, instead they distribute their product to many companies which serve milk for their employees or operators in lunch time. So, their customer is mostly a manufacture company from various kinds of industry. They have about 40 customers and most of them are outside Bandung. However, the delivery may not be done as planned. The average on time delivery is around 96%. it is below PT. XYZ target which is 98%. The impact of the delay itself is vary between customers. Because when delay occur, each customer has their own regulation that has been settled in agreement contract. Based on the delay recapitulation above, there are several factors that caused this problem. Delay in departure is the most influential factors. It is because PT. XYZ don’t have fixed schedule of delivery and they miscalculate the departure time because of improper route determination that also leads to longer travel time. This case is categorized as Vehicle Routing Problem with Heterogeneous Fleet and Time Window (VRPHFTW) that will be solved using one of meta-heuristics algorithm which is Two Phase Tabu Search Algorithm to minimize travel distance. In the end, the travel distance can be minimized 19.48%. Keywords—Vehicle Routing Problem with Heterogenous Fleet and Time Window (VRPHFTW), Meta-Heuristics, Two Phase Tabu Search Algorithm.

Abstract

XYZ is one of the companies engaging in fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector and produce soft drinks as its main product. In supporting the product distribution to its customers, PT XYZ has several administrative offices and distribution centers (DC) which spread across each region. The DC has main function as the warehouse which has storage activity before the products are distributed. One of the DC is located in Bandung, West Java. DC Bandung itself received product shipments from three factories, such as Cibitung, Cakung and Tambun. Related to the product shipment, DC Bandung has not determined the replenishment policy, and this condition results over stock at some periods, due to the unscheduled delivery time and undetermined product quantity. This condition gives a big impact to the total inventory cost that has to be borne by DC Bandung. This research was conducted to give the proposal of product replenishment policy using mathematical model with mixed-integer programming method as one of the linear programming types, which aimed to minimize over stock and total holding cost in DC Bandung with several constraints. Mathematical modeling is involved in this research as an approximation to the real replenishment system in the DC. The results of application of the proposed method are in the form of analytical solution, such as order quantity, and reorder point of each product that will give an impact to the total unit inventory and the total holding cost in the DC. The results calculation of replenishment policy provide savings on total inventory costs as much as IDR 23,800,981.20 Keywords—Mixed-Integer Programming, Order Quantity, Over Stock, Replenishment Policy.

Abstract

OPQ is a company engaged in the automotive manufacturing industry. The company produces bolts for the safety area, it is related to the lower body of the four-wheeled vehicle. PT. OPQ was established in 2014 and today has already been the supplier for several major automotive companies in Indonesia. The demand of PT OPQ that must be fulfilled is increasing as the amount of consumer is increasing too. Due to the high demand, so the raw material stockout occurs. This make the company's service level is below the standard. This study involved 48 sku of material raw materials that have normal distributed demand. Inventory policy applied in this research is periodic review (R, s, S) with the aim to minimize total cost of inventory and improve service level of company. The result of this research was found to decrease total inventory cost by 15% with the value of existing inventory cost Rp1.100.879.479,- to Rp 936.061.349,- . In addition, service level at PT. Abstract

Abstrak—Tengah Kota Coffee and Resto adalah suatu nama cafe dan resto yang terletak di Jl. Cempaka Putih Tengah, Kota Jakarta Pusat, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta. Menu makanan dan minuman yang ada pada tempat ini tidak jauh berbeda dengan cafe dan resto lainnya. Dengan data yang didapatkan, dapat dilihat bahwa terdapat peningkatan terhadap minat orang untuk datang ke cafe dan resto dari tahun ke tahun termasuk di Kota Bandung. Hal ini merupakan suatu peluang yang besar untuk memperluas pasar dengan cara membuka cabang baru di Kota Bandung. Pembukaan cabang baru tentunya akan membutuhkan investasi yang besar sehingga diperlukan perancangan bisnis terlebih dahulu. Penelitian ini melakukan perancangan bisnis untuk pembangunan Tengah Kota Coffee and Resto dari aspek pasar, aspek teknik, dan aspek finansial di Kota Bandung. Dari perhitungan yang didapatkan, dengan MARR 10%, rencana pembukaan cabang baru di Kota Bandung dikatakan layak untuk dilakukan dengan PBP pada 4.28 tahun, NPV sebesar Rp35,122,673, dan IRR sebesar 18%. Selain itu, analisis sensitivitas menunjukkan bahwa investasi ini tidak terlalu sensitif terhadap peningkatan harga bahan baku karena peningkatan bahan baku sebesar 19.28% baru dapat mempengaruhi kelayakan investasi. Kemudian, investasi ini juga relatif sensitif terhadap penurunan harga jual. Penurunan harga jual sebesar 2.51% dapat mempengaruhi kelayakan investasi. Abstract

Abstrak— PT. Rimbun Nan Hijau atau RNH merupakan industri yang bergerak dalam pembuatan pupuk non subsidi. PT. RNH memproduksi beberapa jenis pupuk anorganik berkualitas tinggi. Saat ini perusahaan masih dalam proses berkembang dan menghadapi masalah berupa tidak tercapainya target penjualan dikarenakan adanya kekurangan SDM, kurangnya media pemasaran produk dan konten promosi yang tidak menarik, serta keterlambatan pengiriman produk ke konsumen karena kurangnya armada pengangkutan. Salah satu alternatif solusi yang dapat ditempuh untuk menyelesaikan persoalan ini adalah dengan mengevaluasi dan merancang model bisnis PT. RNH menggunakan business model canvas. Dalam melakukan penelitian kali ini, data yang diperlukan adalah model bisnis saat ini yang didapatkan dari hasil wawancara terhadap pemilik PT. RNH, kemudian customer profile yang didapatkan dari wawancara dengan konsumen PT. RNH serta hasil analisis lingkungan bisnis yang diperoleh melalui studi literatur. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis SWOT yang hasilnya digunakan untuk merancang strategi, yang digunakan dalam merancang value proposition canvas dan business model canvas secara lengkap. Setelah itu dilakukan pencocokan antara customer profile dengan value proposition canvas yang digunakan untuk menentukan usulan tersebut sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelanggan. Sehingga diperoleh hasil rancangan model bisnis yang diusulkan untuk PT. Abstract

Abstrak—Pandemi Covid-19 menimbulkan dampak tidak hanya pada sektor kesehatan namun hingga sektor ekonomi. Hal tersebut dikuatkan oleh data laju pertumbuhan ekonomi Jawa Barat yang berada di bawah nilai nasional. Pemerintah berupaya mencapai keseimbangan antara stabilitas ekonomi dan penanggulangan kasus Covid-19 sehingga sumberdaya semakin terbatas. Pembangunan berkelanjutan harus mengutamakan sektor yang memiliki keterkaitan yang kuat dengan sektor-sektor di hulu dan hilirnya, sehingga berimplikasi pada pertumbuhan ekonomi kedepannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui keterkaitan sektor ekonomi Provinsi Jawa Barat dan merancang roadmap sektor prioritas pembangunan dalam perekonomian Provinsi Jawa Barat menggunakan analisis input output. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa sektor industri pengolahan, pengadaan listrik dan gas, dan perdagangan besar dan eceran; reparasi mobil dan sepeda motor memiliki nilai keterkaitan langsung dan tidak langsung ke belakang yang tinggi. Kemudian, sektor pengadaan listrik dan gas, industri pengolahan, dan konstruksi memiliki nilai keterkaitan langsung dan tidak langsung ke depan yang tinggi. Terdapat tiga industri yang terkategori sektor unggulan di jawa barat, yaitu industri pengolahan, pengadaan listrik dan gas, transportasi dan pergudangan. Manfaat dari tugas akhir ini adalah sebagai bahan pertimbangan bagi pembuat kebijaksanaan dalam menyusun strategi pembangunan Provinsi Jawa Barat dan masukan pertimbangan investor melalui aktivitas investasi. Abstract

Abstrak—Administrasi di sebuah perusahaan merupakan hal yang berkaitan erat dengan proses bisnis perusahaan yang membutuhkan waktu dan biaya. Pada era digital saat ini, diperlukan cara untuk dapat mengefisiensikan waktu yang digunakan untuk proses administrasi. Oshwin Washing adalah sebuah perusahaan yang menyediakan jasa washing di Kota Bandung yang proses administrasinya masih konvensional. Akibat dari proses administrasi yang masih konvensional ini adalah biaya operasional administrasi yang cukup tinggi dan memakan waktu yang lama. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan strategi berbasis digital dengan menggunakan QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) untuk menentukan alternatif strategi terbaik. Hasil perancangan QSPM diperoleh nilai TAS tertinggi yaitu 6,042 dengan strategi usulan adalah merancang sebuah platform berupa aplikasi untuk memudahkan proses administrasi. Perancangan strategi ini berdampak pada seluruh aktifitas administrasi perusahaan yang menjadi digital sekaligus dapat mengurangi biaya administrasi perusahaan yang cukup tinggi dan mengefisiensikan waktu proses administrasi yang memakan waktu yang lama.Kata Kunci — strategi digitalisasi, transformasi digital, matriks SWOT, Matriks IE, dan QSPM
