Abstract

To support health services at nuclear medicine installations certainly requires various types of goods, ranging from medical devices, radioactive materials, medicines, and various other needs. The right procurement process is key in ensuring the smooth running of quality nuclear medicine installation health services. The process of procurement of goods at nuclear medicine installations in public hospitals is still carried out conventionally and separately between divisions or sections, this can cause communication problems, lack of data integration, and difficulties in monitoring stock and fulfilling requests quickly. Therefore, a system that can manage the procurement of goods is needed. ERP system development using open-source Odoo to support the integrated procurement process using the Quickstart method. The ERP system can facilitate the procurement of goods for nuclear medicine installations in designing systems starting from the bidding process to vendors, purchasing goods, receiving goods to enter the warehouse, to the payment process to vendors. The ERP system will combine business processes and data from various divisions or parts in one centralized database. This integration allows the use of consistent and real time information in decision making, transparency, and data accuracy. The results of this research are in the form of a system design using the ERP purchase module to support the procurement of nuclear medicine installation goods.

Abstract

Abstract

The development of technology in Internet banking services facilitates customers’ financial transactions. However, this can also create opportunities for cybercrime threats, including a quishing attack. A quishing attack is a type of phishing attack that uses a QR Code to redirect victims to a fake website to steal sensitive information. This research formulates an attack tree model for quishing attacks by combining OSINT, social engineering, and QR Code exploitation, structured using data flow diagrams and evaluated with time-based metrics. The attack was simulated as a Proof of Concept (PoC) to realistically depict the stages of exploitation. Results from the experiments show that the fastest attack path using the OSINT tool Truecaller, the social engineering tool SEToolkit, and the QR Code tool Qrencode takes 248.31 seconds. This path is considered more efficient, outperforming the second fastest combination, which uses the OSINT tool Find Mobile Number Location by 25.15 seconds, with a total time of 273.46 seconds. Truecaller’s advantage lies in its ability to obtain data quickly without requiring a geographic location process like the Find Mobile Number Location tool. This approach shows that banking institutions can integrate time-based metric attack trees to assess vulnerability response times, simulate realistic threat scenarios, and develop more effective incident response strategies to prevent unauthorized access during quishing attacks.

Abstract

Laboratory management in Educational Institutions is important to support students' practical learning because laboratories are a means for students to delve into the material directly. An important aspect of laboratory management is budget management and consumables. Not a few Educational Institutions use spreadsheets to manage the budget and procurement of Consumables, which are often inefficient and poorly integrated. These limitations make it difficult to monitor budgets and the status of goods requests in real-time, hinder transparency, and increase the risk of human error, which can ultimately reduce accountability in laboratory management. This research aims to develop a more integrated budget management and procurement system for Consumables using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) with  Odoo software, involving the Accounting and Purchase modules. The QuickStart method is used to ensure smooth implementation by actively involving users throughout the development cycle. This system includes budget creation and monitoring, purchase order creation, and validation of goods received. The results of the Black Box Testing and Expert Judgement show that the developed system has met all the testing objectives, although improvements are still needed, such as the addition of graphs for budget visualization. The implementation of this system is expected to increase transparency and accountability in budget management and procurement of consumables in educational institutions.
