Abstract

Monopoli (pemasaran sudut) adalah perolehan suatu usaha oleh perorangan atau kelompok. Seperti yang Anda ketahui, monopoli merupakan fenomena yang berkaitan dengan bisnis. Dalam konteks ekonomi, monopoli adalah hal yang buruk. Sebab, perekonomian bisa melemah. Dan hanya pihak-pihak tertentu yang bisa mendapatkan keuntungan dari monopoli. Monopoli bukanlah hal yang buruk dalam sistem apa pun. Di satu sisi, monopoli mutlak diperlukan. Monopolinya adalah Perusahaan Listrik Umum (PLN), Pertamina, dan Perusahaan Air Minum (PAM). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan penelitian literatur/perpustakaan.

Abstract

The phenomenon of sensual hedonism among students is increasingly worrisome as it negatively impacts morals, academic performance, and life balance. This paper aims to analyze the correlation between character education in Islam and the hedonism of students from the perspective of hadith, specifically Bukhari’s hadith number 6436 regarding greed. The research method used is qualitative, employing a literature review approach and thematic analysis of the hadith. The results of the study indicate that this hadith contains values of character education such as asceticism, self-control, and spiritual awareness that contrast with hedonistic values. By internalizing these values through character education, students can be directed to avoid a consumerist lifestyle and harmful social imaging. This study emphasizes that hadith-based character education can serve as a preventive solution to the deeply rooted hedonistic lifestyle in the modern era.

Abstract

In the process of development, one of the important aspects for the gross motor development of children is body movement which is based on the movement of large muscles, therefore great attention is needed for the development of children's gross motor skills from parents as well as teachers, because children's motoric development is very important in life. children later, the role of parents is very necessary in controlling or monitoring the growth and development of children physically, cognitively or socially. In monitoring children must be regularly and continuously. This study aims to determine the relationship between parenting style and gross motor development of preschool-aged children in kindergarten. Islam Marga Kaya Makassar. This study uses a correlational descriptive research design with a cross sectional study approach. The sampling technique was carried out using a total sampling technique with a total sample of 30 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using univariate and bivariate analysis through the Chi-Square statistical test at a significant level of α <0.05. 5 people (16.7%) and children with gross motor development according to as many as 22 children (73.3%) while children with inappropriate categories totaled 8 children (20.0%), statistical tests obtained p value = 0.016 <α value (0.05) . The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between parenting parents and children's gross motor development in kindergarten. Makassar Rich Marga Islam. From the results obtained, it is suggested that parents can apply proper parenting, as well as monitor the growth and development of their children from a physical, cognitive and social perspective.

Abstract

Hutan Desa Pematang Rahim merupakan salah satu skema perhutanan sosial yang ditawarkan oleh pemerintah. Balai Pengelolaan Hutan Desa Pematang Rahim menjadikan ekowisata sebagai dasar pengelolaannya. Ekowisata di ekosistem gambut di hutan desa menjadikan keanekaragaman hayati di dalamnya, terutama tumbuhan, sebagai dasar ekowisata terencana. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan data dan informasi tentang potensi flora dalam mendukung pengelolaan hutan desa berbasis ekowisata. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama 8 bulan mulai Maret hingga Oktober 2021 dengan lokasi di Hutan Desa Pematang Rahim Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur dan analisis lebih lanjut di Herbarium dan Laboratorium Manajemen, Jurusan Kehutanan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jambi. Hasil penelitian di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa hutan gambut yang dikelola sebagai hutan desa di Pematang rahim secara umum dalam kondisi baik. Ada berbagai jenis pohon dan tanaman lain dalam berbagai bentuk kehidupan. Hasil penelitian ditemukan 26 famili, 58 marga dan 104 spesies dengan total 2.831 individu yang terdiri dari 855 anakan, 880 anakan, 546 tiang dan 550 pohon. Indeks keanekaragaman menunjukkan nilai yang tinggi (>3) untuk setiap tahap pertumbuhan dari semai sampai pohon (3,39; 3,56; 3,65; 3,79). Keberadaan berbagai jenis spesifik gambut dengan kondisi ekosistem yang masih terjaga diharapkan dapat menjadi nilai tambah dalam kegiatan ekowisata di kawasan Hutan Desa Pematang Rahim di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Digital transformation and the Society 5.0 paradigm require Islamic educational institutions to adapt strategically, not only in terms of technology, but also in values, ethics, and their social role. Ma’had Al-Jami’ah IAIN Pontianak, as an institution for character, spiritual, and intellectual development, holds a strategic position in preparing students to become navigators of digital change. This Community Service with Scientific Orientation (PKM-KI) was carried out in the form of a socialization program entitled “Digital Transformation as a Pillar for Strengthening the Role of Ma’had Al-Jami’ah IAIN Pontianak in Society 5.0”, targeting Ma’had administrators, musyrif/musyrifah, and resident students. The methods used included interactive lectures, presentation of national digital data, group discussions, and participatory approaches in a two-hour session. The results indicate five main outcomes: (1) increased awareness of the urgency of digital adaptation within Ma’had; (2) better understanding of the concept and position of Society 5.0; (3) strengthened digital literacy, ethics, and cyber security awareness, leading to the initiative to formulate a Ma’had Digital Ethics SOP; (4) broader insight into digitalpreneurship opportunities and the use of creative content as a medium for da’wah, education, and the creative economy; and (5) growing awareness of the importance of a collaborative digital ecosystem involving Ma’had, the wider campus, communities, government, and industry. Overall, this PKM-KI program provides an initial foundation for strengthening the role of Ma’had Al-Jami’ah in shaping adaptive, competitive, and solution-oriented students in the era of Society 5.0.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the leadership strategies of the school principal in the digital age to enhance innovation and teacher commitment at UPTD SDN 399 Siwa. The development of digital technology requires school principals to act not only as administrators but also as astute leaders capable of adapting to technology, fostering innovation in learning, and strengthening teachers’ commitment to the school. A qualitative descriptive method was used in this study, which collected data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research sample consisted of the school principal and teachers from grades one through six. Triangulation techniques were used to test data validity. The results indicate that school principals who demonstrate the use of technology, provide opportunities for participation, and support teachers’ professional development can enhance teachers’ sense of ownership, commitment, and performance. Humanistic, participatory, and digital technology-based leadership are key factors in creating an innovative school environment and enhancing teacher loyalty. Mentoring strategies and a phased approach have proven effective in overcoming barriers such as disparities in digital literacy and resource limitations.
