Improvement of Human Resources (HR) is an effort made to form quality human beings with skills, work abilities and work loyalty to an organization or government. The flow of technology and information as well as the mobility of human resources from one place to another. One of the HR improvements that must be done is through training, education, and coaching. Information technology is a concept where certain objects have the ability to transfer data over a network without requiring human-to-human or human-to-computer interaction. Sirnoboyo Village, Giriwoyo District, Wonogiri Regency. The purpose of raising the theme of improving human resources in the field of information technology for posyandu cadres and village officials is to provide insight and improvement on the basis for using Ms. Word and digital form creation with Google - Forms. The method of implementing the service includes a basic computer workshop using Microsoft Office 2013. Then a workshop on improving the ability of posyandu cadres in making digital forms using Google-Form. The resulting output is the implementation of a workshop and an increase in the capacity of Sirnoboyo village human resources, namely posyandu cadres and village officials. Intensitas hujan tahunan di daerah aliran sungai (DAS) Bengawan Solomengakibatkan debit aliran sungai besar di beberapa anak sungai. Debit aliransungai yang besar mengakibatkan tinggi muka air di beberapa pos pemantauanmeningkat. Tinggi muka air di setiap pos pemantauan diukur setiap hari denganperiode yang sama, pagi (06.00), siang (12.00), dan sore (18.00). oleh karena itu dataÂ tinggi muka air merupakan data runtun waktu. Salah satu metode peramalan dataÂ runtun waktu adalah single exponential smoothing dan Brownâ€™s double exponentialÂ smoothing. Dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan pemodelan data tinggi muka airÂ sungai Bengawan Solo pada pos pemantauan Wonogiri Juni â€“ Desember 2018.

Along with the development of technology, some students have left learning with books because it is easier to find knowledge on the internet. But everything listed on the internet is abstract, and not all can be accessed by Android. Therefore an android application is needed to make it easier for students. The design of this android contains learning Mathematics, rules of enumeration and opportunities for multiple events for high school. This application uses data collection methods in the form of material from books, the internet, and various other sources. Development methods include system analysis, system design and system testing. The design of this application uses Adobe Flash to make applications and Android as compailer. The programming language used is action script 3.0.Â

Bioinformatics is a science that studies the management and analysis of biological information. Bioinformatics includes application of mathematics, statistics, and informatics to biological problems to solve. Bioinformatics can store data generated by the genome project with regular and high degree of accuracy. Basic local alignment search is one of the methods used to process penyejajaran molecular data sequences. In 2009, there is a virus that attacks the respiratory tract that is the swine flu. The virus is spread around the world, so that retrieved the journal research on diverse virus DNA sequences in different endemic countries. Therefore, in this study will be explained about the process sequence alignment of the H1N1 swine flu virus. H1N1 Weiss AF 250365.2 and H1N1 Swine AF250364.2 have 90% similarity level.

Sukoharjo rice yields fluctuate every year. There is no system used for predicting rice yields in the Sukoharjo region, this results in a lack of information to increase rice production in Sukoharjo Regency.The purpose of this study is to apply the Cubic Nonlinear regression method to predict rice yields in Sukoharjo Regency, taking into account the influence of average rainfall on the prediction of rice yields.The design method uses Unified Model Language (UML), the application is designed with the vb net programming language and sql server database system, testing the functionality using the Black Box Test and testing the validity using MAPE. The calculated data is the 2016 data. The results of the study show predictions in 2017 have a MAPE of . This shows the prediction error rate of Based on the results of the functionality test, 100% of the applications function.

Economically, most of the residents of Pentur Village are farmers, both working in paddy fields and fields, apart from that, it is also a center for the bamboo woven craft industry which is the livelihood of some of the residents. In fact, Pentur village also has a fairly well-known foundation called "Tumpi Redhouse" which was founded on July 16 2012. In this library there are 2500 book collections, hundreds of film collections, various magazines and reference books. Apart from being a place to read, this library also holds various community empowerment activities such as agricultural activities and MSME groups. Several arts live in this village, various traditional ceremonies such as cleaning the village with shadow puppet performances are still held every year, apart from that, reog art, music and painting are also the breath of artistic activities in this village. The aim of this service is to implement visuals in content and digital marketing formats to improve the economy of Pentur village. Methods for implementing the service include content creator and digital marketing workshops for MSMEs in Pentur village. The resulting output is the implementation of the workshop. At the end of this program, activities will be published via print and online media.

Y2K Batik is an SME (Small and Medium Enterprise) engaged in batik. Y2K Batik produces and sells beach wear with various motifs. One of the important things in business is inventory of merchandise, inventory of merchandise is a factor in determining the success of a trading company to achieve its goals, because the goods sold affect the level of income to increase company profits. With these considerations, it is necessary to analyze the production of beach wear for the availability of merchandise in fulfilling customer orders. Based on the above background, the scope of the problem in this study is master data collection obtained from records of selling beach batik cloth periodically from time to time. By utilizing the existing data and applying certain methods, a sales forecasting prediction can be made using the Double exponential Smoothing method. From the results of calculations and testing of forecasting data on the Mandala Motif Beach Fabric variable with the most optimal value using = 0.9 of 2127 with an error value of 19.46% and an accuracy rate of 80.54% (Good). The Canting Motif Beach Wear variable with the most optimal value using = 0.9 of 3174 with an error value of 3.61% and an accuracy rate of 96.39% (Very Good). Double Exponential Smoothing is the most widely used method to determine the trend equation of the second smoothing data through a smoothing process. The programming language uses Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 and the DBMS uses Microsoft SQL Server 2012. The purpose of this research is to create a system that can simplify the process of analyzing the production of beach wear in order to meet the availability of goods ordered by customers

The aim of this research is to improve speaking skill of elementary teacher by using Role Play. . Data of this research uses pre – test and post – test of 30 teachers in SD IT ANNUR Gemolong Sragen. Meanwhile, this research was conducted using proportional stratified random sampling for taking its data sample andindependent sample t-testfor analyzing its data. According to the research result, the average of pre-test in 4th grade, 5th grade and 6thgrade (before any treatment) is lower than the post test. The data analysis shows that the average of pre-test is 54 and post-test is 72 for the teachers of 4th grade, the pre-test is 51 and post-test is 73,5 for teachers of 5th grade, the pre-test is 49,5 and post-test is 82 for the teachers of 6th grade. Students had improvement in understanding the materials after Role Play Method was given. It means that Role Play Method can improve teachers’ English speaking skill.Keywords: Teaching, English Teaching Method, Teaching Speaking, Role Play Method

The aim of this research is to improve English grammar skill of private vocational students by using Grammar Translation Method (GTM). The grammar itself focuses on simple present tense and simple past tense. Data of this research uses pre – test and post – test of 35 students majoring accounting in SMK Saraswati. Meanwhile, this research was conducted using proportional stratified random sampling for taking its data sample and independent sample t-test for analyzing its data. According to the research result, the average of pre-test (before any treatment) is lower than the post test. The data analysis shows that the average of pre-test is 52 and post test is 76. In this case, students had improvement in understanding the materials after the application of grammar – translation method in classroom. It means that Grammar – Translation Method can improve students’ English grammar skill, especially students having trouble to comprehend grammar material in fully English.

Janti Park is a new water attraction that was released at the year 2020. The place is suitable for family gatherings, often many visitors book places for social gatherings, birthdays and meetings. But in the process there are often obstacles in recapping reservations or ordering a place because the system is only via WA and comes directly to Janti Park. To be able to improve service to visitors in booking place, one solution that can be done is to Design a System Web-Based Place Reservation which has the aim of being able to makes it easier for visitors to book a place and no longer need to come to janti park and makes it easier to record reservations for places that have been booked by visitors. In designing this place ordering system using the Single method Channel – Multi Phase with analysis and implementation stages. At the coding stage using web programming languages (HTML, CSS, PHP and). The final results of this research were carried out using black box testing and user acceptance test.
