Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the fact that not all consumers behave rationally. There are still many consumers who behave iirationally in the form of consumptive behavior. Consumers in this case students who have consumptive behavior are suspected because consumers are lacking in economic literacy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of economic literacy on student consumptive behavior at STKIP Persada Kahtulistiwa Sintang. The research method used is quantitative with factual exposures. The population is students with 257 people. The sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling with a sample size of 65 people. Data collection tool in the form of questionnaires and test questions. The results showed that economic literacy had a negative and significant effect on students' consumptive behavior in STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang. This is confirmed by the results of the t test which shows the value of t count - 3,400> t table - 1,998 (Two Tailed) on df = n -2 = 65 - 2 = 63 and the error rate (α = 5%) or significance 0,000 <0.05 means null hypothesis is rejected and alternative hypothesis is accepted. Keywords: Economic Literacy, Consumptive Behavior Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kenyataan yang terjadi bahwa tidak semua konsumen berperilaku rasional. Masih banyak konsumen yang berperilaku iirasional dalam bentuk perilaku konsumtif. Konsumen dalam hal ini mahasiswa yang memiliki perilaku konsumtif diduga karena konsumen kurang dalam literasi ekonomi. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi ekonomi terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa di STKIP Persada Kahtulistiwa Sintang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan bentuk ekspos fakto. Populasi adalah mahasiswa  dengan jumlah 257 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Simple Random Sampling dengan jumlah sample 65orang. Alat pengumpul data berupa angket dan soal tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi ekonomi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap perlaku konsumtif mahasiswa di STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang. Hal ini dipertegas dengan hasil uji t yang menunjukkan nilai t hitung – 3,400 > t tabel - 1,998 (Two Tailed) pada dk = n -2 = 65 – 2 = 63 dan tingkat kesalahan (α = 5%) atau signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05 artinya Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kata Kunci : Literasi Ekonomi, Perilaku Konsumtif

Abstract

 The purpose of this study was to describe the use of snakes and ladders learning media in improving student learning outcomes in social studies subjects in Class VIII of Nusantara Indah Sintang Junior High School in the 2023/2024 academic year. The method used in this research is qualitative research method. The subjects in this study were all students in class VIII of Nusantara Indah Junior High School Sintang in the 2023/2024 academic year, totalling 13 students, including 10 female students and 3 male students. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, documentation and test questions. Based on data analysis, the research results are as follows: (1) the application of snakes and ladders learning media is in accordance with the steps specified on the observation sheet. Judging from the results of teacher activity observations in cycle I was 90% and in cycle II was 100% with the assessment criteria for teacher activity observation results very well. (2) the improvement of students' learning outcomes can be seen from the test results, average scores, and classical completeness of each cycle. Where the average value of cycle I was 63.07 and the classical completeness was 53.84%, while the average value of cycle II was 88.46 and the classical completeness was 92.30%, meaning that snakes and ladders learning media can improve student learning outcomes. (3) Students' responses to the snakes and ladders learning media expressed positive responses based on statements on the students' interview sheets. It can be concluded that through snakes and ladders media can improve the learning outcomes of students in social studies class VIII SMP Nusantara Indah Sintang in the 2023/2024 academic year. Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Snakes and Ladders Learning Media

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh media pembelajaran quizizz terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas X SMA Negeri 4 Sintang. Teknologi memberikan dampak yang positif bagi dunia pendidikan serta mempermudah guru dan peserta didik dalam mengakses informasi dari berbagai sumber dan dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi guru pada saat mengajar, oleh karena itu guru dituntut untuk menjadi guru yang inovatif, adaptif dan kreatif serta mampu membawa suasana pembelajaran yang menyenangkan bagi peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan Metode penelitian eksperimen dan bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi experimental desain. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 4 Sintang, sedangkan sampel penelitian adalah kelas XA dan kelas XD. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji prasyarat meliputi uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji hipotesis serta uji indek gain hake. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji Z dengan ? = 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai Zhitung > Ztabel sebesar 2,66 > 1,96 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha, artinya terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa pada pengukuran akhir (postest) pada kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Hasil uji indeks gain hake pretest dan postest kelas eksperimen, yaitu 0,38 dengan kategori sedang dan uji indeks gain hake pretest dan postest kelas kontrol, yaitu 0,28 dengan kategori kurang. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh media pembelajaran berbasis game edukasi quizizz  terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi SMA Negeri 4 Sintang tahun pelajaran 2023/2024. Kata kunci: Media Pembelajaran, Quizizz, Hasil Belajar, Ekonomi.

Abstract

service activities in 2023 were carried out in Martiguna village, Sintang sub-district, Sintang district, West Kalimantan. This service activity raises the theme of financial management for teenagers who drop out of school or are unemployed. They will be given training in financial management of a business with the aim that these teenage dropouts can start their own business. This training on financial management of a business is carried out due to the difficulty of employment at this time, so that rural communities, especially those who drop out of school or are unemployed, can have the knowledge to start a business both in terms of capital, financial arrangements and strategies for starting a business.

Abstract

This research aims to examine compensation for employee performance, motivation for employee performance. This research uses quantitative methods. The data analysis technique in this research is multiple linear analysis, instrument testing, classical assumption testing (normality, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity tests, coefficient of determination test and hypothesis testing. The population in this research is taking 30 employees who work at PT. Buana Hijau Abadi using primary data using saturated sampling, a sample of 30 respondents was obtained, processing the data using SPSS version 29 software. The results of this research show that compensation (X1) in the t test has no influence on employee performance (Y). This is proven by the calculated t value > t table is (0.129 > 0.05) and motivation (X2) there is an influence of motivation on performance (Y). This is proven by the calculated t value < t table with a value of (0.007 < 0.05, but in the F Compensation statistical test and Motivation have a simultaneous influence on employee performance, this is proven by the calculated t value < t table (0.004 < 0.05). The Adjusted R Square coefficient of determination of 3.34 states that the Compensation (X1) and Motivation (X2) variables have contribution is 33.4% to employee performance (Y) and the remaining 66.6% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Implementing the independent learning curriculum is a form of evaluation of the previous curriculum, namely the 2013 curriculum; the independent curriculum was launched to catch up with education during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research aims to describe the implementation of the independent learning curriculum. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The data sources in this research are primary data, namely teachers, school principals, curriculum assistants, and students. Secondary data are documents and field photos. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman interactive model: data collection, data display, data reduction, and conclusion. This research shows that the independent learning curriculum has gone well and smoothly, but teachers need some help implementing it. Disadvantages relate to teachers being required to strive for a more creative learning process and the obstacles they face, namely difficulties in cultivating interest in learning, limited references, uneven access to learning, and time management. To overcome the barriers to the independent learning curriculum, schools and teachers can utilize the independent teaching platform and facilitate learning for citizens by reaching digital access and internet networks.

Abstract

This research was motivated by students who lacked a clear goal orientation in choosing an economics education study program at STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang. This research aims to determine interest in becoming a teacher and job prospects regarding students' decisions in choosing an economics education study program at STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang. The method used in this research is quantitative and the form of this research is multiple linear regression research. The population in this study was 82 students of the STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang economic education study program with a sample size of 82 students. The sampling technique is saturated sampling technique. Data processing in research uses SPSS 26 with data processing techniques using validity tests, linearity tests, classical assumption tests, contribution tests, and hypothesis tests. The research results show that there is no partial influence of interest in becoming a teacher on students' decisions to choose the economics education study program at STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang. Furthermore, there is a partial influence of job prospects on students' decisions to choose the economics education study program at STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang. There is a simultaneous influence of interest in becoming a teacher and job prospects on students' decisions to choose the economics education study program at STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang

Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kota Sintang masih dalam kategori rendah karena banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi salah satunya adalah tingkat pendidikan dan indeks pembangunan manusia. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat pendidikan dan indeks pembangunan manusia terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kota Sintang tahun 2011-2020 baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Pendekatan penelitian adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa tingkat pendidikan dan indeks pembangunan manusia secara parsial tidak berpengaruh singnifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi hal ini ditunjukan nilai sig 0,123>0,05. Tingkat pendidikan dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia secara simultan tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi hal ini ditunjukan dengan nilai sig 0,284 > 0,05. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Tingkat Pendidikan dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia secara parsial dan secara simultan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kota Sintang tahun 2011-2020. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan, Pembangunan Manusia, Pertumbuhan Ekonomi

Abstract

Kampus mengajar merupakan salah satu program merdeka belajar kampus merdeka dari Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset dan Teknologi yang memberikan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa untuk belajar di luar kampus dan merasakan lingkungan disekolah penugasan selama satu semester. Dalam program ini salah satu tim bertugas di SDN 03 Mensiku yang bertempat di desa Mensiku Kecamatan Binjai hulu Kabupaten Sintang Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Rumusan masalah antara lain untuk mengetahui hasil dari program kerja bimbingan simulasi ANBK dan pelatihan menggunakan teknologi, Tugas utama program kampus mengajar ini adalah membantu para guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran di sekolah. banyak sekali program yang dirancang seperti pembelajaran literasi dan numerasi,adaptasi teknologi, administrasi sekolah dan SDGs,  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan peneliti bertindak sebagai observer. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa para siswa jadi lebih mengetahui pemanfaatan  teknologi program kampus mengajar ini diharapkan memiliki manfaat baik bagi mahasiswa, para guru, siswa, orang tua serta dosen pembimbing lapangan.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the low entrepreneurial intention of students of the Economic Education Study Program of STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang, even though students have received entrepreneurship education, many students are still afraid to start entrepreneurship and lack role models that inspire students in entrepreneurship. This study aims to determine the Role Model on Entrepreneurial Intention of students of the Economic Education Study Program of STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang. The method used is a quantitative approach with simple linear regression analysis. The population and sample of the study amounted to 42 students. The results of the analysis show that the t-count value of 4.725> t table of 2.023 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that role models have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. based on the results of the study it can be concluded that relevant role models are able to encourage students' entrepreneurial intentions to enter the world of entrepreneurship. The results of this study are expected to be a basis for the campus in developing a more inspiring entrepreneurial environment and encouraging the active role of role models around students..
