Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technologies has significantly transformed human resource (HR) practices, influencing workforce resilience and organizational innovation. As organizations navigate evolving work environments, the integration of technology-driven HR strategies has become essential for maintaining competitiveness. Traditional HR models are being replaced by more automated and data-driven systems, shaping the future of workforce management. This study aims to examine the intersection of HR practices and digital transformation, with a particular focus on how digital tools enhance workforce resilience and foster organizational innovation. It explores the role of AI-driven talent management systems, data-driven decision-making, and adaptive HR strategies in optimizing recruitment, performance evaluation, and employee engagement. A mixed-method approach was employed, combining qualitative and quantitative analyses. Data was collected through a systematic literature review, multiple case studies, and in-depth interviews with HR professionals across various industries. These methods provided comprehensive insights into the evolving landscape of digital HR practices. The findings highlight the critical role of continuous learning, agile work structures, and active employee engagement in fostering a resilient workforce. The adoption of AI-powered HR tools has proven effective in improving decision-making, employee retention, and performance management, ultimately leading to greater organizational adaptability and innovation. This study concludes that digital transformation in HR is not merely an operational shift but a strategic necessity. By successfully integrating digital tools, businesses can create a more flexible, agile, and responsive work environment, fostering long-term growth and sustainability in an increasingly competitive market.

Abstract

The low science learning outcomes among fifth-grade elementary school students indicate the need for innovation in learning models that can enhance students' understanding and engagement in the learning process. The Index Card Match learning model is one alternative that can be applied to address this problem. This study aims to determine the effect of the Index Card Match learning model on science learning outcomes of fifth-grade elementary school students. This study used an experimental method, namely True Experimental Design with a Posttest-Only Control Design. The sample in this study consisted of students from classes V.B and V.D, totaling 61 students, selected using Simple Random Sampling technique. Based on the hypothesis test conducted by the researcher using the Independent Sample T-Test, the calculated t value = 7.217 with a t table value = 1.671 at a significance level of 0.05. Thus, after examining the t-test results, it can be stated that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected because the calculated t value > t table value (7.217 > 1.671). It can be concluded that there is an effect of the Index Card Match learning model on science learning outcomes of fifth-grade Elementary School Students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of implementing Picker Wheel learning media to improve students' reading literacy in Indonesian language subjects of grade IV of state elementary school 90 Palembang. This study is an experimental study in the form of Quasi Experimental Design, with Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The population in this study was all grade IV of state elementary school 90 Palembang. The determination of the sample used a purposive sampling technique, so that there were 2 classes, namely IV.C as an experimental class consisting of 28 students and IV.B as a control class consisting of 28 students. The data collection techniques used by researchers in this study were observation and interview techniques, tests, and documentation. For the test technique, multiple choice questions were given to determine the reading literacy of students at the beginning and after being given treatment. And finally, the documentation technique was used to obtain photos of activities during the research process. The data analysis technique in this study used parametric statistical tests in the form of normality tests, homogeneity tests, and Independent Sample T-Tests. The results of the normality test, obtained pretest and posttest value data were normally distributed. Furthermore, through hypothesis testing using the Independent Sample T-Test test, it was obtained t_count = 5.787 and t_table = 2.004 and a significant value of 2 tailed of 0.000. Thus, the results of the T test show that 5.787> 2.004 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, then H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted. Thus, there is an influence of the Picker Wheel learning media to improve students' reading literacy in the Indonesian Language subject of grade IV of SD Negeri 90 Palembang.

Abstract

Language skills consist of 2 (two) categories: written and spoken skills. Students with good listening skills can increase their thinking power and make their speaking skills good so that teaching and learning activities become active and learning objectives can be achieved. However, in reality, the learning process that occurred during this pandemic did not improve the students' skills because students were required to understand the material and do the assignments independently at home. It means that students' listening and speaking skills were not trained. Based on this, the problem in this study was to see a relationship between listening to information skills and speaking for conveying the information conclusions of the third-grade students at SDN 20 Banyuasin III. This study aimed to determine the relationship between the students' listening and speaking skills. The method used in this study was a correlational method with a quantitative research approach. The results showed that the students' ability to listen to information was strongly correlated to their speaking for conveying information conclusions skills. It was seen from the data obtained from the Pearson product-moment correlation formula, which found that rcount = 0.894.
