Abstract

Stunting merupakan masalah gizi kronis yang berdampak pada pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak. Pemberian Makanan Tambahan (MPASI) yang tepat dan berkualitas sangat penting dalam mencegah stunting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas edukasi MPASI terhadap pengetahuan dan praktik ibu dalam pemberian MPASI pada balita. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi-experimental dengan desain pre-test dan post-test pada kelompok intervensi. Sampel penelitian adalah ibu yang memiliki balita usia 6-24 bulan di wilayah kerja Posyandu Dusun Wage. Intervensi berupa edukasi MPASI yang diberikan dalam beberapa sesi dengan edukasi frekuensi, jumlah, dan variasi MPASI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan pada pengetahuan dan praktik ibu dalam pemberian MPASI setelah diberikan edukasi. Edukasi MPASI terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan praktik ibu dalam pemberian MPASI pada balita, sehingga berpotensi menurunkan risiko stunting.

Abstract

Central Lombok Regency, the average waste production reaches 50 tons per day. The high production of waste requires counseling activities and waste management training. The purpose of waste management counseling and training is to help the community in understanding the correct procedures for sorting and managing waste with the 3R principle as the application of the zero waste concept so that the amount of waste heaps can be reduced. Counseling and training were held in Tiwu Galih Village, Praya District, Central Lombok at the end of June to early August. The methods applied in activities are approaches with residents, counseling, questions and answers and practices of using waste. Counseling and training in providing an understanding to the community about the correct procedures for sorting and managing waste so that the amount of waste can be reduced and the community is able to use inorganic waste into useful products and has economic value that can be used as a new business opportunity for the community, the concept of zero waste develops in the Tiwu Galih Village environment.

Abstract

Batik is one of the archipelago's treasures that is increasingly being marketed optimally. Batik 786 ‘Batikna Urang Banten’, one of the MSMEs in Kolelet Wetan Village, Rangkasbitung, Banten, has been in existence for five years but has not yet been touched by digitalization. As a result, its marketing is still done in a conventional manner. The production site is also not easily accessible to a wider market, so Batik 786 needs additional efforts to boost its sales and brand recognition. This initiative aims to expand Batik 786's target market through digital marketing by creating an account on one of Indonesia's e-commerce platforms, Shopee. The initiative is carried out in the form of training sessions with four meetings. From an introduction to e-commerce to a simulation of the checkout process until the product reaches the consumer. The materials provided by the Student Work Study Program (KKM) Group 56 of Bina Bangsa University have helped Batik 786 become digitally literate and ready to compete in the national market. The results of this community service initiative demonstrate an increase in Batik 786's capacity in digital marketing. The owner of Batik 786 can now easily expand their marketing efforts optimally through digital marketing.

Abstract

Advances in digital technology in global competition are encouraging Generation Z to develop competencies in digital marketing. Therefore, through the ‘Gen Z Melek Digital’ training at SMK Darul Ulum – Rangkasbitung, Banten, digital literacy among students can be strengthened. The objective of this study is to encourage the formation of a mindset about digital entrepreneurship, particularly in vocational schools, by increasing interest in digital business through online platforms. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach using data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation during the training. The research subjects are 12th grade students at SMK Darul Ulum – Rangkasbitung, Banten. The findings indicate that this enhancement plays a crucial role in preparing Generation Z to adapt to technological advancements aligned with industry needs. This training program is effective in improving students’ understanding of digital marketing, social media optimization strategies, and practical content creation skills. Based on these findings, digital literacy enhancement for Gen Z can be conducted continuously by collaborating with industry as a support for practical learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap keputusan struktur modal dan inklusi keuangan sebagai variabel pemoderasi pada UMKM.   Penelitian ini dilakukan pada UMKM klaster mebel dan furnitur di kota Semarang. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 100 UMKM, dengan model penentuan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda serta uji path dan uji sobel untuk menguji hipotesis tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel inklusi keuangan mampu memperkuat hubungan antara literasi keuangan terhadap keputusan struktur modal UMKM di kota Semarang. Variabel literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan struktur modal dan variabel literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap inklusi keuangan. Namun, variabel inklusi keuangan berpengaruh negatif terhadap keputusan struktur modal.  Kata kunci : Literasi Keuangan, Keputusan Struktur Modal, Inklusi Keuangan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh etos kerja dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai, dengan mempertimbangkan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening, di UPTD KPHL Lima Puluh Kota Dinas Kehutanan Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei analisis dengan melibatkan seluruh pegawai UPTD KPHL Lima Puluh Kota, yang berjumlah 34 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa etos kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sedangkan pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai tidak signifikan. Selain itu, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan etos kerja terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai, sementara pengaruh kompetensi terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai tidak signifikan. Motivasi kerja juga ditemukan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, serta mampu memediasi pengaruh etos kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Namun, motivasi kerja tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penggunaan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi (SIA) dalam pengembangan usaha pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) Paidi Thrift dan Pecel Lele Thrift. Melalui pendekatan studi kasus, penelitian ini juga mengevaluasi bagaimana SIA mendukung efisiensi operasional dan pengembangan bisnis di kedua UMKM tersebut, serta pengaruh penerapan aplikasi Zahir Accounting terhadap akurasi informasi keuangan dan pengambilan keputusan terkait ekspansi usaha. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SIA memiliki peran penting dalam mengoptimalkan pengembangan bisnis UMKM, meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, dan memfasilitasi pengambilan keputusan strategis. Penerapan aplikasi Zahir Accounting juga memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap akurasi informasi keuangan dan pengambilan keputusan ekspansi usaha. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang manfaat SIA dalam konteks UMKM dan dapat menjadi panduan bagi UMKM lainnya yang ingin meningkatkan kinerja bisnis mereka melalui penerapan teknologi informasi akuntansi.

Abstract

Communication skills are one of the important aspects in mathematics education, which aims to make students more enthusiastic, broad-minded, and focused on a problem. Efforts to improve students' mathematical communication skills include applying appropriate learning models. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) learning model on students' mathematical communication skills. This study adopted a quantitative method through a quasi-experimental design. The population studied consisted of all seventh-grade students at SMP Swasta Dharma Patra Pkl. Susu. Two classes were selected as samples: class VII-1 with 30 students as the experimental class and class VII-2 with 30 students as the control class. The research tool used was an essay test on the topic of quadrilaterals measured by providing pretest and posttest questions. The data analysis process was carried out using the T-test in the SPSS 22 application. The results of the study showed a difference in mathematical communication skills between students who received learning through the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) model and students who received conventional teaching. Based on the results of the T-test at a significance level of 5% with degrees of freedom (dk) = 58, the t-value obtained was 2.589, which exceeds the t-table value of 2.0017. This means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that students taught with the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) learning model have better mathematical communication skills than students taught through conventional learning.

Abstract

Service is an act to provide comfort to customers. Good service is a service that is economically profitable and procedurally easy and enjoyable as a separate image for BMT progress by showing truly satisfying performance to customers. So it can be said that service quality has considerable influence in determining customer interest in using services which in this case is saving. Even though the desired expectations for satisfying customers from good service are not as easy as imagined. because customers do not always tell about their wishes about things that exist in the BMT structure, unless we watch ourselves and anticipate various kinds customer mindset. To facilitate understanding in this study, the researchers used qualitative research methods. By multiplying digging data sources from various literature relating to good service procedures. The data obtained by researchers in the field included interviews with the leadership of the BMT NU Guluk-Guluk Sumenep Branch to find out the service system implemented by the BMT NU. In addition, data collection techniques were carried out by researchers by means of interviews, observation and documentation. In this study, the presence of researchers is very important because researchers are human instruments as well as data collectors.
