Abstract

This study aims to identify the influence of work environment and work discipline on employee work performance at PT. PLN (Persero) ULTG Palopo. The research uses an explanatory and descriptive approach, with a population of 50 employees, which is also a sample through census techniques. Data was collected using a Google Form-based questionnaire with research variables including work environment and work discipline as independent variables, as well as work performance as dependent variables. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous) to test the hypothesis. The results of the study show that partially, the work environment and work discipline have a positive and significant influence on employee work performance. Simultaneously, the two independent variables also have a positive and significant influence on employee work performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determinethe influence of morale and work discipline on employee performance in PDAM Luwu Regency. The population of this study were all employees of the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) in Luwu Regency. The sampling technique used is the questionnaire method. Namely all employees of the Luwu District Drinking Water Company (PDAM) office, totaling 40 respondents. This research lasted for 3 days, starting on Monday, December 26, 2022 by filling in a sample questionnaire until Wednesday, December 29, 2022 at the Luwu District Drinking Water Company (PDAM) office. The results of this study indicate thatWork enthusiasm and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance variables in PDAM Luwu Regency.Based on the results of the calculation of multiple linear regression analysis, it can be seen that the amount of contribution given by the variable morale and work discipline to employee performance at PDAM Luwu Regency simultaneously (R2) is 0.566 or 56.6%, this means employee performance is 56.6% influenced by morale and work discipline and the remaining 49.0% is influenced by other factors not examined or outside the research model.Partially, work enthusiasm has no effect on the performance of PDAM Luwu Regency employees, while dWork discipline partially has a significant effect on the performance of PDAM Luwu Regency employees.

Abstract

urpose: This study aims to examine the influence of workload and work stress on the work quality of employees at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of North Luwu Regency. Methodology: The research employs a quantitative approach using a saturated sampling technique involving 55 employees. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression supported by classical assumption tests. Results: The findings indicate that workload and work stress simultaneously have a significant effect on employee work quality, with a coefficient of determination of 46.7%, suggesting that nearly half of the variation in work quality is explained by these variables. Novelty: This study provides empirical evidence on the combined impact of workload and work stress within a public-sector disaster management institution. Findings: Excessive workload and unmanaged work stress negatively affect employee work quality, highlighting the need for effective workload distribution and stress management. Originality: The originality of this study lies in its focus on BPBD employees in a regional disaster management context, which remains underexplored in prior research. Conclusions: Proper management of workload and work stress is essential to enhance employee work quality and organizational performance. Type of Paper: Empirical Research Paper.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of career development programs and training on employee loyalty in retail companies in Palopo City. The background of this research is the high turnover rate in the retail sector, which can disrupt productivity and service quality. The study employed a descriptive quantitative method with a population of 325 Hypermart employees and a sample of 76 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that career development has a significant effect on employee loyalty, training has a significant effect on loyalty, and both simultaneously have a significant effect. In conclusion, career development and training programs effectively enhance employee loyalty. The novelty of this research lies in its focus on the retail industry in Palopo City, which remains underexplored, thereby contributing new empirical insights into employee loyalty in regional retail sectors.

Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam organisasi menuntut tidak hanya kesiapan teknologi, tetapi juga kesiapan perilaku organisasi serta kepemimpinan yang mampu mendukung perubahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perilaku organisasi dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap adaptasi terhadap perubahan teknologi digital pada PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Kota Palopo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 119 karyawan, dengan sampel sebanyak 92 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin dan teknik probability sampling dengan pendekatan simple random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert dan dianalisis dengan metode regresi linear berganda menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap adaptasi terhadap perubahan teknologi digital. Sementara itu, kepemimpinan transformasional tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap adaptasi digital. Namun secara simultan, perilaku organisasi dan kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap adaptasi terhadap perubahan teknologi digital. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi yang adaptif, kolaboratif, dan terbuka terhadap inovasi menjadi faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kesiapan karyawan dalam menghadapi transformasi digital.

Abstract

The purposeof this study is to analyze the effect of Work Life Balance and Skill Mapping on Employee Performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of Palopo City. Using a quantitative approach,this study applied multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 22, involving 111 employees as respondents. The results of the validity test, reliability test, and multiple linear test show that Work Life Balance and Skill Mapping are valid and reliable in relation to Employee Performanceat the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of Palopo City. The results of thet test show that Work Life Balance and Skill Mapping have a positive andsignificant effect on employee performance. The results of the F Work Life Balance and Skill Mapping tests Based on the results of statistical analysis, it can beconcluded that Work Life Balance and Skill Mapping have apositive and significant effect on employee performance. These findings are supportedby the significant F test results, while the coefficient of determination test shows that Work Life Balance and Skill Mapping have apositive and significant contribution in explaining Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate how compensation and work environment conditions affect employee performance at PT Adira Finance, Palopo Branch. Using quantitative methods, data were obtained through a well-designed questionnaire. The study population was 50 employees at the branch. By applying the Slovin formula and random sampling techniques, we selected 50 respondents for analysis. Data management was carried out using SPSS version 25 software, which included partial checks through t-tests. The main findings indicate that compensation and work environment have a positive impact on employee performance. This study also enriches the literature with empirical evidence on the influence of these two factors on employee performance at PT Adira Finance, Palopo Branch, while providing valuable insights for company leaders to improve how to manage human resources more effectively.
