Abstract

The Government of Indonesia through the Ministry of Health has implemented a work program called clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS). In practice, PHBS has five scopes including household arrangements, workplace arrangements, health facility arrangements, educational institution arrangements and public place arrangements. One of the socializations that can be done for the practice of clean and healthy living behavior is in the education unit or school. Based on the results of interviews with teachers, students still get very little education about clean and healthy behavior. In order to provide solutions to these problems, it is necessary to hold a socialization activity about clean and healthy living behavior. Activities carried out include joint gymnastics, material presentation, discussion, and nutritious feeding. The purpose of this activity is for students to get education and practice about the importance of clean and healthy living behavior. The conclusion of the service is that this activity has successfully provided education about students' understanding and practice of clean and healthy living behavior in daily life both at home and at school. Forms of practicing clean and healthy living behaviors include doing physical activity with sports, doing physical activities other than sports, consuming nutritious foods, and keeping the environment and yourself clean every day.

Abstract

Produksi buah durian di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah cukup melimpah sehingga biji durian yang dihasilkan sepanjang musim cukup banyak dan belum sepenuhnya dimanfaatkan sebagai produk pangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memanfaatkan biji durian dan kacang merah sebagai bahan baku yang selalu tersedia, diubah bentuk menjadi tepung sebagai produk olahan kudapan sehat dalam pembuatan waffle. Jenis penelitian ini adalah experimental menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 3 perlakuan dan 2 kali pengulangan dengan 3 formulasi perbandingan tepung biji durian : tepung kacang  merah F1 (25:25), F2 (20:30) dan F3 (15:35). Berdasarkan uji daya terima diperoleh formulasi yang terpilih adalah F2. Waffle tersebut mengandung zat gizi per 100 gram yaitu kadar air 31,977%,  abu 1,887%, protein 6,161%, lemak 16,093%, karbohidrat 45,290%. Porsi waffle untuk anak-anak 50-100 gram atau ½-1 porsi dan porsi waffle untuk orang dewasa berdasarkan kebutuhan selingan yaitu 100-150 gram atau 1-1½ porsi. Tidak ada pengaruh daya terima terhadap formulasi, namun ada pengaruh kandungan gizi terhadap formulasi. Waffle penambahan tepung biji durian dan tepung kacang merah telah memenuhi kebutuhan zat gizi sebagai alternatif kudapan sehat.

Abstract

Basic life skills serve as a fundamental pillar in shaping students' character to become healthy, independent, and empowered from an early age. This programme aimed to enhance students’ basic life skills through the implementation of the Healthy School Programme at SDN 2 Petuk Katimpun, Palangka Raya. Activities were conducted over a three-month period, from August to October 2024, encompassing the following stages: problem identification, socialisation, focus group discussions, training, mentoring, and evaluation. The interventions included the formation of peer support groups, education on balanced nutrition, life skills training, waste management based on the 3R principles (reduce, reuse, recycle), and the organisation of the Healthy and Creative Children’s Festival. The results indicated a significant improvement in students' knowledge scores (from 65.1 to 73.6) and attitudes (from 55.2 to 70.4) regarding healthy behaviours. The establishment of peer groups as educators proved effective in supporting behavioural changes, particularly in promoting healthy packed meals and waste sorting. Educational activities such as the nutrition-themed snakes and ladders game and crafts made from plastic waste successfully increased students’ engagement in an enjoyable and participatory manner. In conclusion, an educational and participatory approach grounded in life skills development was found to be effective in supporting the implementation of a healthy school environment. Sustainability of the programme is recommended through cross-sectoral collaboration and the development of replicable educational media. This model may serve as a reference for similar initiatives in other schools, particularly in areas facing environmental and behavioural challenges.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang masif telah mengubah lanskap operasional di berbagai sektor, termasuk industri perbankan. Di era digital ini, sistem informasi akuntansi (SIA) tidak lagi hanya berfungsi sebagai alat pencatatan transaksi, melainkan telah menjadi tulang punggung strategis yang sangat vital dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan manajerial serta meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas operasional. Penelitian ini secara komprehensif mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis pengaruh signifikan dari penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan di PT. Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional (BTPN) Tbk Kantor Cabang Makassar. Kinerja karyawan merupakan suatu indikator kunci keberhasilan organisasi yang mencerminkan sejauh mana individu dapat mencapai target dan standar yang telah ditetapkan, baik secara kualitatif maupun kuantitatif. Oleh karena itu, kemampuan SIA dalam memfasilitasi proses bisnis, mempercepat akses informasi, dan menyajikan data yang akurat menjadi faktor penentu dalam mengoptimalkan kontribusi karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi sebanyak 85 karyawan tetap di kantor cabang tersebut. Sampel diambil dengan teknik sensus, di mana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada seluruh responden, dan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel sistem informasi akuntansi memiliki pengaruh yang sangat signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Koefisien determinasi (R-Square) sebesar 0,712 mengindikasikan bahwa 71,2% variasi dalam variabel kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel sistem informasi akuntansi. Sementara itu, 28,8% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar lingkup penelitian ini, seperti motivasi, lingkungan kerja, dan kepemimpinan. Dengan demikian, temuan ini menegaskan kembali peran krusial SIA sebagai aset strategis yang mampu mendorong peningkatan kinerja operasional dan manajerial secara berkelanjutan di PT. Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Tbk. The massive development of information technology has transformed the operational landscape in various sectors, including the banking industry. In this digital era, the accounting information system (AIS) no longer merely functions as a transaction recording tool but has become a vital strategic backbone that significantly supports managerial decision-making and enhances operational efficiency and effectiveness. This study comprehensively explores and analyzes the significant impact of implementing an accounting information system on improving employee performance at PT. Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional (BTPN) Tbk Makassar Branch Office. Employee performance is a key indicator of organizational success, reflecting the extent to which individuals can achieve established targets and standards, both qualitatively and quantitatively. Therefore, the ability of AIS to facilitate business processes, accelerate information access, and provide accurate data is a determining factor in optimizing employee contributions. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a population of 85 permanent employees at the branch office. The sample was taken using a census technique, where the entire population was used as the sample. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to all respondents, and data analysis was performed using simple linear regression. The results of the study show that the accounting information system variable has a very significant influence on employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R-Square) of 0.712 indicates that 71.2% of the variation in the employee performance variable can be explained by the accounting information system variable. Meanwhile, the remaining 28.8% is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study, such as motivation, work environment, and leadership. Thus, this finding reaffirms the crucial role of AIS as a strategic asset capable of driving continuous improvement in operational and managerial performance at PT. Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Tbk.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan media pembelajaran berbasis video untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran Informatika Kelas X Perhotelan 3 SMK Negeri 7 Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian kuantitatif metode penelitian yaitu desain one grub pretes-posttest. Digunakan untuk meneliti pada Populasi atau sampel tertentu, pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen penelitian, analisis data bersifat Kuantitatif/Statistik, dengan tujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Subjek utama dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X Perhotelan 3 SMK Negeri 7 Kota Bengkulu yang berjumlah 25 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode obervasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara Kuantiatif dengan menggunakan Software Statistical Produck and Service Solutions (SPSS 27) Dapat dibuktikan bahwa hasil uji hipotesis yang telah dilakukan diperoleh nilai Pretest-Posttest menunjukkan bahwa Sig (2-tailed) bernilai 0,001<0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, yang artinya Terdapat Menerapkan dalam menggunakan media video pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar siswa
