Abstract

Kondisi jama’ah yang heterogen perlu disikapi secara empatik oleh pembimbing haji untuk meminimalisir konflik yang disebabkan oleh kesalahfahaman budaya baik antara jama’ah dengan pembimbing maupun diantara jama’ah sendiri sehingga tujuan dari pelaksanaan ibadah haji dapat tercapai. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan keterampilan empati multibudaya (multicultural empathy) menjadi sangat penting bagi pembimbing haji. Empati multibudaya tersebut meliputi kemampuan pembimbing untuk memahami dan berkomunikasi dengan jama’ah pada tingkat emosional, kognitif, dan perilaku. Artikel ini merupakan studi literatur yang berisi ulasan, rangkuman, dan pemikiran penulis tentang Peran Kecerdasan Emotional (Emotional Intellegence) Dalam Meningkatkan Empati Multibudaya (Multicultural Empathy) Pembimbing Haji. Data dibangun dengan menelusuri literatur berupa artikel-artikel konseptual yang relevan dan studi-studi terdahulu yang darinya kesimpulan dapat ditarik. Artikel konseptual ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi yang berharga dalam diskusi ilmiah serta menjadi data awal untuk penelitian tentang tema yang relevan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan kreativitas dan motivasi guru dalam pengembangkan media pembelajaran yang kreatif   AUD. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah guru dan  AUD di kecamatan Ujung Berung Kota Bandung. Teknik pengambilan sampel digunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan melibatkan 56 guru PAUD dan AUD dari 22 PAUD di kecamatan Ujung berung. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif desain korelasional dengan teknik analisis data korelasi product moment berdasarkan data angket motivasi guru dalam pengembangkan media pembelajaran yang kreatif  dan kreativitas AUD. Analisis data dibantu dengan aplikasi SPSS 22 diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan antara kreativitas dan motivasi guru dalam pengembangkan media pembelajaran yang kreatif   AUD dengan nilai korelasi 0,822 dalam kategori hubungan positif yang sangat kuat. Artinya apabila motivasi guru dalam pengembangkan media pembelajaran yang kreatif  mengalami peningkatan maka kreativitas AUD pun akan meningkat. Kata Kunci: Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran, Kreativitas, Motivasi Guru dalam pengembangkan media pembelajaran.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the process and existence of character education based on Sundanese culture in guidance and counseling forms individuals with superior character, which are implemented at SMP PGRI Cibeureum, both in terms of application background, the values of Sundanese local wisdom are developed to find out how important education is. character based on Sundanese culture in counseling guidance to form individuals with superior character is a kind of field study that takes a qualitative approach. Creswell (1998) A qualitative approach is defined as a process of study and understanding based on a methodology that explores social phenomena and human concerns. In this strategy, the researcher creates complex images, analyzes language, creates extensive reports from the perspective of respondents, and conducts investigations on natural scenarios. Abstract

This research aims to determine the career maturity profile of level XI students at SMA Negeri 2 Lembang in 2024. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with a survey research design. The research sample was 72 students from class XI majoring in Social Sciences. Data collection used was a career maturity questionnaire and analysis of research data using descriptive statistics. From the results of distributing student career maturity questionnaire profiles, it was found that 28% were in the very low category, 32% in the low category, 18% in the medium category, 14% in the high category and 8% in the very high category. So it can be concluded from the results obtained that 60% of students have low career maturity, this needs to be addressed immediately so that students can increase their career maturity so they are able to plan and make the right career decisions for their future. The implications of the results of this research are as reference material, both practical and theoretical, for guidance and counseling teachers or future researchers in the field of guidance and counseling related to planning career guidance programs in helping students achieve career development tasks.

Abstract

Low motivation to learn is still a problem for students at school. One of them is at a high school level. This certainly requires efforts to ensure that it doesn't continue to happen, considering that motivation is something that is very important for students to achieve their goals of success. The aim of this research is to increase students' learning motivation and to measure the effectiveness of group guidance using the WDEP technique. This research took a population of Level The research approach used in this research is quantitative. The effectiveness results of the N-gain pretest and posttest of student learning motivation in the control class were 0.1 in the low category and the experimental class was 1.2 in the high category, the results of the independent t-test were at sig. (2-tailed) is 0.00 < 0.05, which means that the learning motivation of experimental class students is better than the control class. Based on the research results, it shows that the WDEP technique is effective in increasing the learning motivation of Level XI high school students.

Abstract

The problems of family life are increasingly complex in line with the spirit of changing times and the paradigm of thinking of certain individuals and communities towards the nature or essence of marriage. the purpose of this study is to determine the strategies of single-parent women in meeting children's educational needs. Researchers used descriptive qualitative research methods. The location of this research was Desa Pasanggrahan, Kab. Tangerang. The process of collecting data through a series of observations and in-depth interviews. The researcher used data triangulation and informant review methods in assessing data validity. The research data were analyzed through (1) data collection, (2) data presentation, (3) data reduction, and (4) conclusion drawing. The results showed that the behavior of single-parent women in Pasanggrahan Village, Tangerang Regency in obtaining the fulfillment of household needs and children's education is based on different backgrounds for certain reasons. The conclusion of the research found that the strategy of single-parent women in Pasanggrahan Village in managing their household funds separates which ones are most needed for primary needs to which ones are only used as secondary and tertiary needs.

Abstract

Genogram as a tool in the counselling process has a long history and is not just a term, but it is based on a clear philosophical foundation. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method that includes primary articles and books. The results of the study indicate that a genogram is a diagrammatic representation of family conditions and information from several generations, which can explain status, work patterns, lifestyle, illness, gender, and other factors. By understanding the good or bad family history, individuals can use this information to anticipate and prevent future problems and guide them to achieve more positive conditions. The use of a genogram in counselling provides deep insight into hereditary patterns and dynamics, helps clients understand interpersonal relationships, and gives them strength to face life's challenges.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to reduce the bullying behaviour by implementing sociodrama method to second grade students in YPMI Islamic Junior High School Wanayasa - Purwakarta. The research method used in this research is quasi experimental; with pretest-posttest control group design. Purposive sampling is used to collect the sample and questionnaire is used to collect the data which has been statistically validated and accepted by Counselling Guidance Expert. The treatment is given to the experimental class in four session. The result of the pre-test score in experimental class has reduced from 47.13 to 41.29 in the post-test. Meanwhile, controlled class score has increased from 42.00 to 43.80. Based on the Sig. (2-tailed) experimental class is 0.000 < 0.05, so Ha is accepted, it means the sociodrama method could reduce the bullying behaviour in second grade students of YPMI Islamic Junior High School.

Abstract

Generation Z students, who were born and developed in the digital era, face unique challenges in career development and academic achievement. The characteristics of those who tend to rely on technology to communicate and learn often conflict with traditional academic and career expectations. This research aims to analyze the application of strengths-based school counseling in optimizing the potential of Generation Z students. Through a literature review approach, this study evaluates the impact of this approach on their academic motivation and career readiness. The findings show that strengths-based guidance can improve students' self-confidence, coping strategies, and emotional regulation. In addition, this approach, which utilizes digital technology as an interactive medium, provides positive results in supporting the development of student potential. Adapting coaching methods to the unique characteristics of Generation Z, such as their preference for technology and online communication, has been shown to strengthen the effectiveness of this approach. The research conclusions underscore the importance of adaptation in the implementation of strengths-based guidance to address the specific needs of Generation Z students, thereby helping them overcome academic challenges and achieve future career success. This research provides strategic insights for educators and school counselors to support holistic student development in an era that continues to change.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan internet di kalangan remaja Indonesia, khususnya kelompok usia 15–24 tahun yang tercatat sebagai pengguna internet tertinggi menurut BPS, menghadirkan manfaat sekaligus risiko seperti prokrastinasi akademik, kecemasan, dan perundungan digital. Kondisi ini menuntut adanya strategi penguatan karakter, termasuk disiplin positif, yang relevan dengan konteks perkembangan generasi digital. Objektif: kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta didik dalam menerapkan disiplin positif sebagai strategi menghadapi tantangan digital, serta mengukur respons dan capaian peserta dalam merumuskan rencana tindak lanjut yang konkret. Program dilaksanakan melalui metode workshop yang bersifat partisipatif, meliputi penyampaian materi konseptual, diskusi interaktif, simulasi, refleksi, serta penyusunan rencana tindak lanjut. Kegiatan dilakukan pada 180 peserta didik kelas XI dan 7 guru SMA Assalaam Kabupaten Bandung. Hasil workshop menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terkait konsep dan praktik disiplin positif, ditunjukkan melalui keaktifan diskusi, kemampuan peserta merumuskan rencana harian berbasis prioritas, serta respons positif dari pihak sekolah terhadap implementasi lanjutan program. Peserta juga menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran mengenai risiko penggunaan internet berlebihan berdasarkan evaluasi akhir workshop. Program ini menawarkan kebaruan berupa model workshop disiplin positif berbasis analisis SWOT yang mengintegrasikan kesadaran risiko digital, refleksi diri, dan rencana tindak lanjut personal. Pendekatan ini terbukti efektif dalam memperkuat kontrol diri remaja dalam konteks digital, serta menjadi dasar bagi pengembangan intervensi kolaboratif sekolah orang tua profesional dalam membangun kebiasaan positif. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pembelajaran karakter berbasis pengalaman langsung dapat menjadi strategi preventif yang potensial terhadap masalah perilaku digital pada remaja.
