Abstract

Karangrejo Purwosari Pasuruan Village seeks to find business potential for its people there, especially among the new generation. Gutehan Hamlet is located in Karangrejo Village and Karangrejo Village itself has three Hamlets. So apart from Gutehan, ot her hamlets are named, Krajan and Karangtengah. Already in the early 30s in this village was part of weaving craftsmen, then masui in the 60s the community began to move from weaving to doormats and until now the most important thing is the doormat craftsmen. Not only doormats in the sense of cleaning feet, but also fabric loyalties for mopping and for cleaning households are also produced in this village. However, there are many problems faced by some residents who are involved in this business. Some of these problems come from the lack of trained human resources in this field, making it difficult for residents there to continue the learning and manufacturing process. Apart from that it comes from the factor of public awareness, the community is less aware of what it means that this is a cultural heritage that must remain and must be preserved. Many youths who run to the city choose to work as factory workers rather than in this business which, if calculated, is not inferior to the factory workers' salary, even if the turnover is calculated, it might be more. Then the last, lack of awareness of the importance of legalization and IPR, they think that without legalization and without a brand their business has been successful and they have had enough of it, they are very comfortable with that kind of thing. Several programs are broadly directed at increasing capacity and quality aimed at business actors, both employers and employees or craftsmen. Among other things, socializing to SME entrepreneurs to have a wider capacity through digital marketing. Then socialize to UMKM entrepreneurs about the importance of intellectual property rights and brand rights as an increase in the quality of the business that is currently being engaged.

Abstract

Abstract

From the outset, the Job Creation Bill was aimed at strengthening large-scale companies and investors. It is unfortunate because the formulation process was closed, rushed, including ignoring the principle of prudence in formulating changes to hundreds of articles of various laws without taking into account the social, economic, political and cultural impacts that will inevitably arise. Its formulation which involves business elites and pro-capital academics is also truly unfortunate. One of the legal issues highlighted is Law No. 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management (PPLH), especially related to Amdal (Analysis of Environmental Impacts). Where there is a legal issue that states this AMDAL is deleted. The purpose of this study is to examine the legal norms that contradict the constitutional rights of citizens as guaranteed in the 1945 Constitution in the formation of the Job Creation Law. The method used in this research is a qualitative method. The author uses a qualitative descriptive method in this research, as well as a literature study. The research in this paper is in the field of juridical-normative law. The results of the study Based on the various difficulties in the formation of the law, it seems that the Indonesian people have long felt as a developing country. The difficulties in the formation of this law are now more felt by the Indonesian people, who are currently facing various social problems based on multi-dimensional structural and cultural problems. In fact, the formation of this law now and in the future will continue to increase in response to the demands of the community along with the increasing complexity of the development and conditions of society. This can be seen from the demonstration against the Ratification of the Omnibus Law on Job Creation.

Abstract

Online learning methods or distance learning are an unavoidable choice, during the Covid-19 pandemic. The teaching-learning process, which is usually carried out in the classroom, is shifted to homes using existing technology, using computers, laptops, or cellphones. This is done to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus so that educators and students are both safe. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the implementation of online learning policies in Indonesia, along with the inhibiting and supporting factors. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data is collected by looking for journals and other sources on the internet or a literature study. Furthermore, the data obtained were analyzed using interactive model data analysis according to Miles, Huberman, and Saldana (2014). The results in this study are 1) communication has not fully worked well; 2) resources, it is still necessary to increase the capacity of human resources, facilities and infrastructure are still lacking; 3) disposition, there are still many teachers who are not committed to implementing online learning, some lecturers also do not understand the essence of online learning; 4) bureaucratic structure, most educational institutions already have standard operating procedures. The most dominant inhibiting factor is the poor internet network connection, while the supporting factors for some places have good human resources, as well as the facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

Making and extending a driver's license is one of the common needs of the Indonesian people, especially motorists. Based on this, the Polrestabes created a Mobile SIM innovation called "Cak Bhabin's SIM" for the extension and creation of a new SIM that can be reached by the public by increasing the number of locations for the "Cak Bhabin" SIM. Problems arise due to dissatisfaction from the community, namely regarding inadequate seating facilities, lack of socialization regarding daily service schedules and quotas, and often the E-AVIS application is not connected to the National Police Traffic Corps. The purpose of this study was to find out how to improve the service quality of SIM "Cak Bhabin" Surabaya City Police in dealing with some of these problems and the factors that influence service quality improvement. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method with primary data as the main reference. Collecting the data by conducting interviews and documentation methods. The results showed that the factors influencing the improvement of the service quality for "Cak Bhabin" SIM services included the number of locations for "Cak Bhabin" SIM service locations spread over 24 location points in each sub- district in Surabaya, facilities and infrastructure that were in accordance with Law Number 25 Year 2009, the creation of the Korlantas Digital application intended for online SIM extension and the creation of the E-AVIS application for making a new SIM, as well as schedules, requirements, fees, systems/mechanisms and service procedures which can be viewed on the internet.
