Abstract

Lake Toba is one of the tourism destinations in Indonesia which is the main destination for domestic and foreign tourists. However, the natural beauty of Lake Toba is not enough to develop quality tourist destinations, so analysis needs to be carried out in order to develop tourist destinations that suit tourist needs with the aim of improving the economy from tourism, especially at Lake Toba. One aspect that must be analyzed is comments from tourists who have visited Lake Toba via various platforms. This is very influential for potential future tourists to have a reference for Lake Toba tourism. The analysis process can be carried out by analyzing comments using the Naive Bayes method so that managers of the Lake Toba tourist destination can improve tourist attractions and provide tourist satisfaction and develop various tourism innovations to meet various tourist needs in a sustainable manner. The results of the sentiment analysis of Lake Toba tourist reviews using Naive Bayes detected 31 positive labels, 378 neutral labels and 7 negative labels with an accuracy result of 77.49% from 1260 data, where training data was 1008 and test data was 252 data.

Abstract

During a pandemic like now, ways to improve the quality of learning activities really require the application of technology and learning tools to support the process of teaching and learning activities. Technological developments make it easier to access existing learning tools. Today's learning tools must be accessible to many people and without any limitations of space and time. The application will be made as attractive and interactive as possible for its users. The application is designed to be mobile based and uses the Android operating system. Application development is supported by Google Android. The designed learning mobile device application includes syllabus, RPS, open materials and other supports. Abstract

In the era of rapid development of information technology, data security is a crucial aspect that must be considered. The transfer and storage of information involves various media, including text and video. Unfortunately, most data sent or stored tends to be vulnerable to security threats. The purpose of this research is to implement text file steganography on video using the Least Bit Significant (LSB) method that can be used to hide secret messages. The method used in this research are LSB and Waterfall development method. The results of the study concluded that the LSB algorithm can be used in the process of insertion and extraction of text messages on video, text messages in this study are text contained in a text file with the txt extension. Videos that have been inserted text messages will have an extension of mp4 and cannot be played on video file playback media, The application produced in this study can be run through a web browser application, The application in this study was built using Visual Studio Code software using the HTML and Javascript programming languages.

Abstract

This study examines public perception of the performance of Indonesia’s Vice President in 2025 by utilizing opinion data from social media X/Twitter. The research addresses the lack of up-to-date quantitative insights into public sentiment polarity following the inauguration, particularly regarding Gibran Rakabuming Raka, whose appointment has sparked mixed reactions. The objective of this study is to classify sentiments as positive or negative and to evaluate the performance of the classification model on a corpus of user posts. The dataset consists of 898 tweets collected using the hashtags #wapres, #Gibran, and #WapresGibran. Data processing involved cleaning the text, converting all characters to lowercase (case folding), tokenization, normalization, removal of stopwords, and stemming. Feature representation was carried out using Term Frequency–Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF), while modeling was performed with the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm. Results show 647 tweets with positive sentiment and 251 tweets with negative sentiment, indicating a generally positive tendency while maintaining some diversity of opinion. The SVM model achieved an accuracy of 80.68%, demonstrating reliable performance on high-dimensional textual data. These findings provide a concise overview of public opinion that can serve as a reference for policymakers and government communication strategies. The study’s main contribution lies in offering empirical evidence from social media on sentiment dynamics toward the Vice President’s performance, while also highlighting the effectiveness of combining TF-IDF and SVM in contemporary political sentiment analysis.

Koperasi, usaha mikro, dan badan usaha merupakan badan usaha produksi yang melakukan pengawasan terhadap standar produksi bagi perorangan atau kelompok usaha.Usaha kecil dan menengah terlibat dalam produksi makanan jenis ini di kota-kota.Wisatawan yang mencari tempat berbisnis yang baik akan menemukan usaha kecil dan menengah di Sibolga Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java dan database MySQL, query pencarian dikembangkan untuk usaha kecil dan menengah di desa Sibolga. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan GIS berbasis Android yang membantu pengunjung dan menemukan rute terpendek bagi usaha menengah dan menengah di Sibolga menggunakan Google Fire Field Shows.

Abstract

Dengan banyaknya pembangunan akses jaringan oleh unit Network Deployment & Project Supervision yang di awasi oleh bagian Planning Engineering dan Deployment (PED) dikarenakan kebutuhan pengguna telekomunikasi semakin banyak,Oleh karena itu penulis berupaya untuk menemukan solusi dengan cara melakukan perancangan aplikasi dengan merancang aplikasi sistem informasi berbasis web agar dapat mengolah dan mengakses data project menjadi lebih efesien. Dengan menerapkan tampilan yang sederhana yang akan memberikan kemudahan dalam penggunaannya termasuk pada saat mengakses dan mengolah data project tersebut. Aplikasi yang dirancang merupakan bentuk suatu aplikasi berbentuk WEB yang dirancang bersama menerapkan bahasa PHP, serta database manajemen berupa sistem MySQL dan dengan tampilan interface menggunakan CSS.

Abstract

Proses absensi pada kegiatan magang sering kali masih dilakukan secara manual atau menggunakan aplikasi berbasis web yang belum dilengkapi dengan validasi lokasi secara akurat, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan kecurangan, seperti melakukan absensi dari luar area kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem absensi magang berbasis geolocation dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan Prototyping. Sistem ini memanfaatkan Geolocation API untuk memperoleh koordinat lokasi pengguna serta menggunakan arsitektur serverless Firebase Cloud Functions sebagai backend dalam memproses data kehadiran. Validasi lokasi dilakukan dengan membandingkan posisi pengguna terhadap titik lokasi kantor menggunakan perhitungan jarak berdasarkan rumus Haversine. Pengujian dilakukan melalui tiga skenario, yaitu absensi di dalam radius, di luar radius, dan saat izin lokasi ditolak. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mendeteksi lokasi dengan akurasi tinggi dan menolak absensi di luar area yang ditentukan. Dengan demikian, sistem ini efektif meningkatkan keaslian data kehadiran serta mengurangi potensi kecurangan dalam absensi magang.

Abstract

One application of computer technology in the medical world is to determine the ideal body weight (BMI) of a patient by comparing the body weight, height, and size of the patient's own skeleton, so doctors can determine the diet menu that is most suitable for such patients. This becomes very important, especially in the field of medicine, such as the field of beauty, athletes, or other fields that require ideal body shapes such as models, artists and so forth. This ideal body weighting system is done by the ratio of height to body weight, and the size of the patient's frame. While the K-Means Clustering algorithm is an algorithm that can classify data based on benchmark values given and calculate the data group. This system can be used to determine ideal body weight by applying BMI values as X coefficients and the patient frame size values as the Y coefficients and cluster central points are set first. However, this system still needs further development because there is no change facility to clustering data category, grouping process is shown in the form of animation, and the need of clustering category in store in one structured database. Abstract

Permasalahan perekonomian global yang terjadi dalam beberapa tahun terakhir memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap berbagai sektor industri, termasuk industri meubel. Ketidakstabilan kondisi pasar menyebabkan fluktuasi permintaan yang berdampak langsung pada perencanaan produksi dan pengelolaan persediaan barang. Kesalahan dalam memperkirakan jumlah permintaan sering menimbulkan penumpukan stok atau kekurangan barang, sehingga perusahaan berpotensi mengalami kerugian akibat biaya penyimpanan yang tinggi maupun kehilangan peluang penjualan. Kondisi ini juga terjadi pada PT. Wira Utama yang beralamat di Jl. Prof. H. M. Yamin No. 23, Gg. Buntu, Kota Medan yang bergerak di bidang penjualan meubel di Kota Medan, dimana proses peramalan sebelumnya masih dilakukan secara konvensional berdasarkan perkiraan tanpa perhitungan matematis yang terukur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meramalkan kebutuhan stok dan produksi pada periode berikutnya dengan menerapkan metode Single Moving Average dan Exponential Smoothing berbasis data historis penjualan tahun 2019–2022. Kedua metode dibandingkan menggunakan parameter pengukuran kesalahan, yaitu Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD), Mean Squared Error (MSE), dan Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) untuk menentukan tingkat akurasi peramalan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode peramalan berbasis time series mampu menghasilkan estimasi yang lebih objektif dan sistematis dibandingkan metode manual. Nilai rata-rata MAPE sebesar 14% menunjukkan tingkat kesalahan yang relatif rendah, sehingga model yang diterapkan dinilai layak digunakan sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan dalam perencanaan produksi, pengendalian persediaan, dan optimalisasi manajemen stok perusahaan.
