Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang hakekat dan tujuan umum pendidikan dalam perspektif Islam menurut pemikiran Israr Ahmad khan, seorang profesor dari IIUM yang menulis karya berjudul Towards Understanding Islamic Paradigm of Education, telah memaparkan tentang hakikat serta tujuan umum pendidikan dalam perspektif Islam. Pada tulisan tersebut terdapat gagasan-gagasan besar tentang sistem pendidikan Islam. Menurutnya, perlu dilakukan peninjauan ulang mengenai sistem pendidikan yang telah diterapkan di dunia Muslim untuk memajukan pendidikan tersebut. Selain itu perlu diterapkan beberapa prinsip penting. Prinsip-prinsip dasar tersebut diantaranya: 1) Penyatuan kurikulum sekuler dan agama, 2) Pendekatan rasional dan kritis dalam proses belajar mengajar, 3) Proses penelitian dan pengembangan secara terus-menerus berdasarka tiga hal yaitu pengetahuan, penerapan pengamatan dan penyelidikan mendalam ke dalam validitas ide-ide yang tergabung dalam pengetahuan dan pengembangan bentuk dan substansi pengetahuan yang baru, 4) Perbaikan dan reorientasi disiplin ilmu, 5) Hubungan guru dan siswa yang diatur berdasarkan cinta, hormat dan nilai-nilai dasar manusia lainnya.

Abstract

Merdeka belajar pada hakikatnya merupakan kebebasan seorang guru maupun siswa dalam proses pembelajran. Tujuan darri penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan konsep merdeka belajar, implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar pada jenjang sekolah dasar, serta penguatan peran guru dalam implementasi merdeka belajar.Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka (library reseach) untuk memperoleh data dan informasi mengenai penguatan peran guru dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar pada jenjang sekolah dasar dari kepustakaan yang relevan.Hasil dari penelitian ini diantaranya: 1) Hakikat merdeka belajar meliputi merdeka berfikir, merdeka berinovasi, belajar mandiri dan kreatif, serta merdeka untuk kebahagiaan, 2) Implementasi merdeka belajar pada jenjang sekolah dasar dapat dilakukan dengan langkah mempelajari dan memahami regulasi, melakukan koordinasi, mengisi angket form pendaftaran implementasi merdeka belajar, membuat tim implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar, guru menyiapkan perangkat merdeka kurikulum merdeka, melakukan sosialisasi kepada stakeholder/warga sekolah, menambah wawasan dengan sekolah lain yang sudah terlebih dahulu melaksanakan kurikulum merdeka. 3). Peran guru sangat bervariasi meliputi fasilitator pembelajaran merdeka belajar, guru inovatif dan kreatif, guru berkarakteristik sebagai guru, dan guru penggerak. Kata Kunci : Peran guru, implementasi kurikulum, merdeka belajar, sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam dunia pendidikan, terutama dalam desain dan penyampaian materi pembelajaran. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Muhammadiyah Tambaksari kabupaten Blora, sebagai lembaga pendidikan dasar berbasis agama, menghadapi tantangan dalam pemanfaatan teknologi kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence/AI) dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar akibat keterbatasan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru. melalui program pengabdian kepada masyarakat, pelatihan tentang desain pembelajaran interaktif berbasisi AI diberikan kepada 12 guru MI Muhammadiyah Tambaksari. Pelatihan terdiri dari empat sesi yang mencakup pengenalan AI, pelatihn desain pembelajaran interaktif, penggunaan aplikasi digital berbasis AI, serta evaluasi dan umpan balik. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan kompetensi guru, dengan rata-rata skor post test sebesar 88 dibandingkan skor pre test sebesar 53. Implementasi di kelas menunjukkan respon positif siswa terhadap pembelajaran berbasis AI, di mana 95% siswa menyatakan ingin belajar kembali dengan media serupa. Hasil program ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam merancang pembelajaran digital yang menarik dan adaptif, tetapi juga berdampak positif terhadap motivasi dan keterlibatan siswa dalam proses belajar

Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought significant changes in the field of education, particularly in the design and delivery of learning materials. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Muhammadiyah Tambaksari in Blora Regency, as a faith-based primary educational institution, faces challenges in utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology in teaching and learning activities due to limited understanding and skills among teachers. Through a community service program, training on interactive learning design based on AI was provided to 12 teachers at MI Muhammadiyah Tambaksari. The training consisted of four sessions covering an introduction to AI, training on interactive learning design, the use of AI-based digital applications, as well as evaluation and feedback. Evaluation results showed a significant improvement in teacher competencies, with an average post-test score of 88 compared to a pre-test score of 53. Classroom implementation demonstrated a positive student response to AI-based learning, with 95% of students expressing interest in learning again using similar media. The outcomes of this program not only enhanced teachers’ abilities in designing engaging and adaptive digital learning, but also had a positive impact on students' motivation and engagement in the learning process.

Abstract

Reading difficulties or dyslexia are learning disorders that affect a person's ability to recognize letters, words, or texts accurately and quickly. This study aims to identify effective guidance methods in helping individuals with dyslexia overcome their challenges. The research approach used is qualitative with a literature study method, which includes an analysis of various sources of theory and practice related to dyslexia. The results of the study indicate that the theory of dyslexia consists of the Phonology theory and the Double Deficit Theory. Teaching methods for children with dyslexia, namely the Fernald method, the Gilingham method, the Grass Analysis method, the Hegge-Kirk-Kirk method and the Neurological Impress method, personalized guidance, early intervention, the use of assistive technology, and a multisensory approach can improve the reading ability of individuals with dyslexia. These findings are expected to be a reference for educators, parents, and practitioners to develop more inclusive and effective guidance strategies in supporting the development of children with dyslexia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the application of character education for third grade students through a program to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students in elementary schools, and the benefit of this research was for readers to know how to apply character education to third grade students through a program to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students. The approach used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques carried out by researchers in the form of interviews, observations, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used in this study are data reduction, data presentation and conclude the data that has been obtained by researchers from observations. Based on the results of the researcher's interview with the third grade teacher at SD Muhammadiyah Blora, the answer to the researcher's question was that the third grade teacher had implemented character education in accordance with strengthening the profile of Pancasila students through the components of Pancasila student attitudes that were explained in the previous paragraph. The third grade teacher explained that there were almost 85% of students who had instilled the character of students according to the profile of Pancasila students, and 15% of students still did not have the character as students of the Pancasila profile. Character education through the Pancasila profile strengthening program is basically an activity to encourage the birth of good human beings, who have six main characteristics, namely, critical reasoning, creative, independent, faithful, devoted to God Almighty, noble character, mutual cooperation and global diversity. It is hoped that the implementation of character education through the program to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students is able to make students become better human beings and able to realize the values of character and noble character that can be realized in everyday life.Keywords: Independent Attitude, Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students, Elementary Schools

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki dua tujuan, yakni untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pendidikan karakter berbasis budaya sekolah dalam mengembangkan soft skill siswa di MI Ma’arif Al-Ma’shum Jepon Kabupaten Blora dan untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat pelaksanaan implementasi pendidikan karakter berbasis budaya sekolah dalam mengembangkan soft skill siswa di MI Ma’arif Al-Ma’shum Jepon Kabupaten Blora. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini diantaranya yang pertama, proses pengimplementasian karakter dalam mengembangkan soft skill siswa di sekolah dilaksanakan dengan metode pembiasaan dan metode pendukung (keteladanan guru, praktik lapangan, reward dan punishment, serta perintah dan larangan). Kedua, soft skill yang dapat berkembang dalam diri siswa dengan adanya implementasi pendidikan karakter berbasis budaya sekolah yaitu meliputi kesadaran diri, manajemen diri, motivasi diri, empati, dan ketrampilan sosial. Ketiga, faktor pendukung implementasi pendidikan karakter berbasis budaya sekolah dalam mengembangkan soft skill siswa yaitu sekolah, orang tua, dan siswa. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya yaitu orang tua, siswa, dan tantangan dari luar.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of educational supervision in enhancing learning quality through a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. Primary data were obtained through in-depth interviews with school principals, teachers, and educational supervisors, while secondary data were collected through document studies related to the implementation of supervision. Data analysis was conducted through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that educational supervision at MI Muhammadiyah Tambaksari, Blora Regency, plays a vital role in fostering teacher professionalism, enhancing learning effectiveness, and creating a culture of constructive evaluation. Structured and continuous supervision has proven effective in identifying challenges in learning, providing innovative solutions, and increasing collaboration between teachers and school administrators. However, the study also identified several obstacles, such as the heavy managerial workload of principals, insufficient preparation of teachers and principals, and inadequate facilities and infrastructure. To optimize the role of educational supervision, intensive training for supervisors, strengthened policy support, and improved communication between supervisors and teachers are required. This study concludes that educational supervision at MI Muhammadiyah Tambaksari, Blora Regency, is an effective instrument for driving improvements in learning quality.

Abstract

: Muhammadiyah is an Islamic organization founded by K.H. Ahmad Dahlan in 1912 in Yogyakarta and has become one of the largest Islamic organizations in Indonesia that has an important role in Islamic education reform. Muhammadiyah integrates Islamic values with modern science to create a generation that is intellectually and morally competent. To date, Muhammadiyah has managed more than 10,000 educational institutions, ranging from early childhood education to universities spread throughout Indonesia. Talking about Muhammadiyah education is certainly inseparable from the discussion of Muhammadiyah's educational philosophy which emphasizes the integration between religious and general knowledge, rejecting the dichotomy of "world science" and "hereafter". This approach is based on the values of the Qur'an and As-Sunnah, as well as the principle of tajdid which aims to educate the life of the nation. The dynamics of Muhammadiyah's education involve adapting to various socio-political challenges from the Dutch colonial period, Japan, to the modern era, including the development of a progressiveprophetic educational model. This study uses the literature study method to examine the concept, history, and implementation of Muhammadiyah educational reform. The results of the study show that Muhammadiyah has made a significant contribution to building Islamic education based on the integration of religious and scientific values, making it a pioneer in the modernization of education in Indonesia.

Abstract

Islam merupakan agama yang memiliki sumber ilmu pengetahuan maupun nila-nilai karakter yang komprehensif dan integral, yaitu Al-Qur'an dan hadis. Kedua sumber pokok tersebut sebagai pedoman kehidupan manusia agar memperoleh kebaikan dalam kehidupan dunia maupun akhirat. Sehingga, patut digunakan sebagai pedoman orang tua atau pendidik dalam menanamkan karakter seorang anak. Tulisan ini bertujuan memberikan paparan mengenai pendidikan literasi Islam sebagai upaya pembentukan karakter anak. Dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif interpretatif digunakan untuk memberikan penjelasan dan gambaran tentang pendidikan literasi Islam sebagai upaya pembentukan karakter anak. Hasilnya menjelaskan bahwa karakter anak dapat dibentuk melalui literasi Qur'ani dan kajian tokoh muslim yang memerlukan peran orang tua ataupun pendidik.
