Abstract

The method used in the development of the Analytic Hierarchical Process (AHP) varies one time, including approaches using geometric averages. This approach uses a technique that is much different because it is done with a Multi-Criteria Analysis approach and its derivatives. In the selection of facilities in residential areas, it is necessary at all levels to measure the priorities of a number of criteria and sub-criteria used. Therefore the geometric mean approach is used as a barometer in the solution approach to determine its priority weights. There are several criteria used to assess the environment for selecting housing facilities that include criteria for benefits, the role of public contributions, the role of local government, and community aspects of these criteria. This criterion will be assessed as the main criterion in the discussion of this paper, which is used as an alternative while the viewing facilities include entertainment facilities, sports facilities, transportation facilities, and shopping facilities. From the discussion, this paper obtained the priority level of the synthesized value as follows: ranking of the first and subsequent decisions including transportation, entertainment facilities, shopping facilities, and final ranked sports facilities, with their respective predicates in the order, were 0.397; 0.273; 0.173; 0.157. The value of this decision is the final synthesis.

Abstract

Wireless Internet usage is now a major requirement virtual world, even the role of information and communication technology to support the advancement of the use of internet facilities. All forms of life in the media business online communication is needed at all because the information needs to be a necessity for business users and players. Lines of communication can be done in various ways, one of which can use online media, such as e-books, e-magazines, newspapers online through the websites of online media. There are so many online media sites which are known among the better-known as seconds, tempo, Republika. To analyze online media sites to the needs of the user takes an objective measurement methodology that can be known empirically. The methodology used using Multi-Criteria Decision Making approach (MCDM). In Analytic Hierarchical Process ( AHP ) to know a lot of approaches to decision making. MCDM approach of choice in this paper on the grounds will be applied using the Expert Choice. Advantages of this application are more precise analysis results used directly to prove the MCDM approach. The main criteria used include interfacing, simplicity, quality, satisfaction, and benefits, each criterion has sub- criteria as detailed analysis. The Acquisition of the analysis conducted on the three sites mentioned above with MCDM approach and a kind to using Expert Choice application by the end of the following synthesis Media such as, Republika online with a priority value of 0.476 , followed by the second and subsequent online media due to the sequential priority value is 0.293 and 0.231 . The results obtained have the same priority value analysis done with matrix algebra approach by mathematical concepts.

Abstract

Progress in the field of business needs the support of the promotion, promotion measures can be done in various ways, one of which is measured in the areas of advertising, as outlined in a manuscript copy. There are a number of methods to evaluate the manuscript copy of which Direct Rating Method (DRM), EPIC Model and Customer Response Index (CRI). For an evaluation copy of the script there is a measurement method of comparison can be done with the Analytic Hierarchical Process (AHP). AHP is a method that is widely used in decision making and scientific part of the decision support system, known as Dicission Support System (DSS). In the discussion of this paper is intended to evaluate the effectiveness of each level, from the three models are used as a measure to assess the effectiveness of course seen the manuscript copy of each of the variables used. AHP didigunakan as advanced testing seen from some of the other variables if the data, formulation, design output, and transfer knowledge. At the end of the method will be seen each grade level of importance of each variable AHP. It describes the advantages in terms of where each model is used, so that the decision in the form of a score variable AHP can provide valuable information for anyone who will take measurements of the effectiveness of the manuscript copy. Acquisition synthesis analysis results obtained based on the priority level of 0.507 the top priority is DRM, second and third priorities respectively 0.327 and 0.166 for the EPIC models for CRI, this is becoming a final decision by the AHP process.

Abstract

Vendor selection techniques are very important to maintain supply chain services, optimal service creates strong consistency in maintaining the continuity of supply chain business processes. The aim of this research is to provide an objective and consistent understanding of the best techniques in vendor selection which are implemented openly through the collaboration of multi-criteria decision making-analytic hierarchy process (MCDM-AHP) and ELECTRE. Empirical studies show how this approach is able to provide optimal decision-making support for the vendor selection process. Eight criteria are required which have contradictory meanings in their apps. These criteria include quality of goods (QG), payment methods (PMs), payment terms (PTs), minimum transactions (MTs), discounts (DS), delivery times (DTs), inventory (IN), and service (SV). The comparison importance value of the criteria is used as a measure of weighting the criteria through two testing approaches, namely mathematical algebra matrices and expert choice apps, through accurately assessing the optimal eigenvector from the two test approaches. Decision making support was carried out by comparison using 342 preference matrices which were developed into concordance and discordance matrices, the elimination process with threshold matrices found that the ranking results of four vendors were ranked first as worthy of being a selection priority and fifteen other vendors were ranked below.

Abstract

Abstrak - Perkembangan dunia usaha kini mengalami kemajuan yang sangat pesat. Semakin majunya perkembangan teknologi merupakan salah satu indikasi era globalisasi yang menyebabkan persaingan antar perusahaan semakin gencar. Sedangkan keberhasilan dalam persaingan itu sendiri akan tercapai apabila perusahaan dapat menciptakan inovasi yang berbeda dan mampu mempertahankan customernya. Masalah dalam skripsi ini adalah 1) Banyak customer merasa kesulitan dalam menyeleksi produk teknologi berupa Tablet. 2) Sulitnya memilih metode yang tepat terhadap produk teknologi seperti Tablet. sejumlah variabel untuk mengukur penyeleksian dan evaluasi terhadap produk berbasis terknologi berupa Tablet, Sebuah metode untuk memberikan penilaian tehadap penyeleksian dan evaluasi produk berteknologi berupa Tablet, adapun pendekatan metode yang akan diterapkan untuk penyeleksian dan evaluasi menggunakan metode Vikor. Data yang digunakan berupa data Deskriptif Kuantitatif, data primer didapatkan dari buku dan jurnal yang terkait dengan penelitian ini, dan data sekunder didapat dari hasil wawancara dengan kepala toko dan sales, dan melakukan observasi ke toko yang bersangkutan. Data yang diperoleh diolah menggunakan metode model VIKOR. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan sebagai berikut, 1) Metode VIKOR digunakan untuk membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan multikriteria dengan tujuan untuk memberikan solusi kompromi yang paling dekat dengan solusi ideal. Data ini mewakili berbagai kalangan responden dan kriteria yang relevan dengan kebutuhan dan preferensi customer dalam memilih tablet Android. 2) Dengan menggunakan metode VIKOR, kita dapat melihat bagaimana setiap tablet diukur berdasarkan berbagai kriteria dan bagaimana mereka dibandingkan satu sama lain dalam hal kinerja keseluruhan. The increasingly advanced development of technology is an indication of the era of globalization which causes competition between companies to become more intense. Meanwhile, success in competition itself will be achieved if the company can create different innovations and is able to retain its customers. The problems in this thesis are 1) Many customers find it difficult to select technology products in the form of tablets. 2) It is difficult to choose the right method for technology products such as tablets. a number of variables to measure the selection and evaluation of technology-based products in the form of tablets. A method for providing an assessment of the selection and evaluation of technology-based products in the form of tablets. The method approach that will be applied for selection and evaluation uses the Vikor method. The data used is Quantitative Descriptive data, primary data was obtained from books and journals related to this research, and secondary data was obtained from interviews with shop heads and sales, and conducting observations at the shop concerned. The data obtained was processed using the VIKOR model method. This research produces the following conclusions, 1) The VIKOR method is used to assist in multi-criteria decision making with the aim of providing a compromise solution that is closest to the ideal solution. This data represents various groups of respondents and criteria that are relevant to customer needs and preferences in choosing an Android tablet. 2) Using the VIKOR method, we can see how each tablet measures up against various criteria and how they compare to each other in terms of overall performance. Abstract

Educational progress is largely determined by human resources who have the best qualifications, with the ability of human resources to provide hope for educational development for a creative and potential future. The ability of human resources to create various variants of knowledge that can be developed to enlighten the progress of thinking through education to create expert education personnel. The aim of this research is to provide techniques to guarantee the quality of the selection process for expert education personnel for the competitive progress of mastering educational technology who are able to independently increase the creative and potential thinking of graduates. To achieve this, of course, strict collaboration techniques are needed in the selection process to obtain expert education personnel. The method proposed in this research is MCDM-AHP in collaboration with CODAS. These two methods can collaborate in providing guarantees for an optimal selection process for education personnel through eight selected assessment criteria and twelve alternatives. From the results obtained, the highest priority was obtained by ALT10 with a weight of 0.229. This gain goes through the stages of normalizing criteria and alternatives with the optimization results of both. With the research results that have been described in detail, the collaboration of the MCDM-AHP and CODAS methods can be used as a measuring tool for optimal assessment of the acquisition of decision support results and can be used as a comparison with other methods for measuring the level of optimization of results.

Abstract

The evaluation process of employee selection is very important for organizations that want to carry out quality leadership, the purpose of this study is to objectively prove the results of the selection of job promotions that have been evaluated continuously every time leadership occurs. The evaluation results of the leadership selection process become routine, so that the results of leadership promotions can provide improvisation to organizations that are increasingly advancing towards future leadership targets. The proposed method for the evaluation and selection process uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and specifically Stepwise Weight Assessment Ratio Analysis (SWARA). Both of these methods utilize expert intervention in providing input in providing assessments of multi-criteria and alternatives. So that the priority of the criteria is carried out by an index process similar to that owned by the two methods, thus providing more optimal results for decision-making support. The assessment of the results requires seven criteria and twenty-four alternatives. The results obtained require two index processes for both criteria and alternatives. The first rank is determined by the weight of the calculation results of the seven criteria and alternative assessments from experts. The first rank of twenty-six employees was given to K20 with a weight of 0.932 and followed by K2 with a weight of 0.08. Thus, job promotion can be developed with a double index that can provide optimal results in supporting job promotion decision making

Abstract

Pada era globalisasi ini, menuntut adanya kompetisi dari semua organisasi atau perusahaan untuk saling bersaing guna merebutkan kedudukan sebagai perusahaan yang unggul. Tidak ketinggalan dalam hal ini perusahaan dituntut untuk mengembangkan kemampuan sumber daya manusia agar lebih baik. Hal tersebut dikarenakan sumber daya manusia merupakan pelaku dan penggerak yang harus beradaptasi terhadap kemajuan teknologi. Sehingga organisasi dapat mempertahankan kelangsungan hidup dan terus berkembang dengan kemajuan zaman. Tujan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Badan Riset dan Inovasi Nasional. Dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan teknik survei terhadap sampel sebanyak 68 orang dengan menggunakan teknik non probability sampling yakni teknik incidental sampling. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai hal ini terlihat dari nilai t hitung sebesar 33,514 yang jauh lebih besar dari t tabel 1,668. Adapun nilai koefesien korelasi antara budaya organisasi dan kinerja pegawai adalah sebesar 0,959 yang berada pada interval 0,800-0,1000 dan menghasilkan koefesien determinasi sebesar 0,92% atau 92%. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa besar pengaruh Budaya Organisasi sebesar 92% dan sisanya 8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Kata Kunci: Kata Kunci: Budaya Organisasi, Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

The people of Poktan Beriuk Maju, Jagaraga Village, are mostly farmers who own land with varying amounts of land, and have a minimum of 2 acres of yard land and many of them are empty, so they need to be used for home farming to help provide food independently. The existence of water sources from springs around settlements and water from shallow wells can also be used to support agricultural activities in the residential area of ​​each potential house. Apart from that, by utilizing limited water sources, such as water from shallow wells and springs around housing, it is an opportunity for the community to farm vegetables and the like to help with the community's daily kitchen needs. This service aims to train people to make multilevel drip irrigation so that they can later be used as a farming method in their home gardens. Before being trained, residents need to be given knowledge about efficient drip irrigation so that participants gain sufficient knowledge about irrigation because its application is very different from traditional irrigation. The service was carried out in the initial stages of survey, the stage of strengthening efficient irrigation, the training stage of making multi-level drip irrigation networks using PVC pipes with emitters, the land was filled with polybags filled with soil as a planting medium. Activities consist of outreach on irrigation and drip irrigation as well as training. This service has succeeded in providing knowledge about irrigation and drip water efficient irrigation at the Beriuk Maju Poktan. It has succeeded in building a multi-level drip irrigation network and is ready for farming use, and can be continued by applying it to horticultural crops as a medium for learning about residential farming.

Abstract

Business competition is very important in controlling product-savvy customers. Strong basic service techniques will be the main factor that binds vendors as the final destination in the supply chain through the strength of business network processes. This research aims to create a strategic basis for evaluating and selecting vendors through the integration process services of the multi-criteria decision-making method analytic hierarchy process (MCDM-AHP) and preference ranking organization method for enrichment evaluation (PROMETHEE) methods. Empirical studies show how this approach can provide optimal decision support for the vendor evaluation and selection process. Eight different types of criteria are required in its apps and must be realized as a barometer of the strategic basis for selecting vendors so that business processes are of high quality. These criteria include quality of goods, payment methods, payment terms, minimum transactions, discounts, delivery times, inventory, and service. The optimal weight for each criterion will be determined based on its importance to the synthesis process and its feasibility tested using mathematical algebra matrices and expert choice apps. Decision-making was based on the results of ranking evaluation of selected vendors through the development of 342 preference matrices, ten vendors were deemed worthy of acceptance and nine other vendors were rejected.
