Abstract

This study aims to analyze the problems of implementing child-friendly school programs in pendidikan anak usia dini institutions. This study uses a qualitative approach, conducted in five Raudhatul Athfal in Pekanbaru City. The main informants of this study consisted of five heads of Raudhatul Athfal and supporting informants from officials of the Ministry of Religion and the Pekanbaru City Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Service. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and observations. Data analysis techniques were carried out with 4-stage qualitative analysis: collection, reduction, data analysis and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the child-friendly school program in pendidikan anak usia dini institutions still has many problems, namely: 1) Government support that is not yet optimal and uneven policies. 2) Lack of socialization and guidance. 3) Lack of understanding of teachers and education personnel about the concept of Child friendly School. 4) Lack of funds, 5) Lack of commitment from the leadership of the institution. 6) Unsupportive infrastructure. 7) Frequently transferred human resources, 8). Lack of cooperation and participation of parents and the community. The obstacles encountered can be overcome with several best practices, namely: 1) Commitment and making written policies. 2) Thinking positively to always innovate for the progress of the institution. 3) Proactive attitude and take the initiative to the relevant agencies. 4) Trying to fulfill facilities gradually according to ability continuouslyKeyword :  Implementation, Child-Friendly Schools, Early Childhood Education Institutions.ABSTRAK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis problematika implementasi progam sekolah ramah anak di lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif,  dilaksanakan di lima Raudhatul Athfal  di Kota Pekanbaru. Informan utama penelitian ini terdiri dari lima kepala Raudhatul Athfal ditambah dengan informan pendukung dari pejabat Kementerian Agama dan Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak Kota Pekanbaru. Data dikumpulkan melalaui wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis kualitatif 4 tahapan: pengumpulan data, reduksi, analisis data dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program sekolah ramah anak di lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini masih banyak ditemukan problematika, yaitu: 1) Dukungan pemerintah yang belum maksimal dan kebijakan yang tidak merata. 2) Kurangnya sosialisasi dan bimbingan. 3)  Kurangnya pemahaman guru dan tenaga kependidikan tentang konsep sekolah ramah anak. 4) Kekurangan Dana, 5) Kurangnya komitmen dari pimpinan lembaga. 6) Infrastruktur yang tidak mendukung. 7) sumber daya manusia yang sering mutasi, 8). Kurang kerjasama dan partisipasi orang tua dan masyarakat. Adanya kendala-kendala yang ditemui, dapat diatasi dengan beberapa best practice, yaitu: 1) Komitmen dan membuat kebijakan tertulis. 2) Berpikiran positif untuk selalu melakukan inovasi untuk kemajuan lembaga. 3) Sikap proaktif dan  jemput bola ke dinas terkait. 4) Berupaya memenuhi fasilitas secara bertahap sesuai dengan kemampuan secara berkesinambungan.Kata Kunci :  Implementasi, Sekolah Ramah Anak, Lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini.

Abstract

School-age children are at an integrated stage of development, organizing and integrating different developmental abilities to handle increasingly complex tasks. One of them is language development. Language development is basically an individual's ability to communicate with the environment. Communication is used to build relationships with others so that we feel part of the environment. This paper aims to understand the pattern of language development of MI MI students with the learning process and an Islamic perspective. This is a qualitative research obtained by library research, namely by tracing various journals related to the discussion of students' language development with the learning process and Islamic perspective. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model, where there are three stages used to analyze the data in this, the first is data reduction, namely the collection and selection of data related to the language development of MI students with the learning process and Islamic perspective. Then display the data, which is to understand the data that has been selected. And finally draw conclusions. Language skills develop during school education. Students will be able to understand and interpret verbal, written and body language communication, as well as being able to understand and understand the people around them.

Abstract

This Community Service aims to empower madrasas in fulfilling child-friendly learning indicators. The method used is PAR (Parcipatory Action Research), consisting of four stages, namely identifying community needs and potential, developing a mentoring plan, implementing actions and evaluating/reflecting. The targets of service are 22 madrasas in Pekanbaru City, consisting of 10 Raudhatul Athfal, 6 Ibtidaiyyah madrasas and 6 Tsanawiyah madrasas. The service activities began with training on child-friendly learning indicators for madrasa heads and teachers representing 22 assisted madrasas. The next stage is providing assistance to madrasas both offline and online. The results of service activities show a positive impact on assisted madrasahs of 87.5% in terms of increasing insight, motivation and commitment of madrasah heads and teachers to move towards child-friendly madrasahs. The next results showed that 86.5% of the assisted madrasas had implemented child-friendly learning 2 months after the training. This figure has exceeded the target of 78%.

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to help madrasahs meet the stages and indicators of child-friendly schools, so that madrasahs become a safe and comfortable place for children who are ultimately able to improve the quality and quality of madrasahs. This method of service uses the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) approach. Through the ABCD approach, madrasah assets are empowered in the form of human resources and existing facilities to realize child-friendly schools. The target of this service is 22 madrasahs in the city of Pekanbaru starting from level 8 Raudhatul Athfal, 6 Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, 4 Madrasah Tsanawiyyah and 4 Madrasah Aliyah. Program evaluation is carried out through direct observation and filling out an online questionnaire (G-Form). The result of this service is to provide assistance to 22 madrasahs starting from stage 1) Pre-Mentoring; coordination with related parties 2) Implementation of Assistance; with several activities, namely: (a) carrying out joint declarations, (b) training on madrasah policy formulation towards CFS, (c) direct assistance to RAs and Madrasahs, (d) giving rewards to 6 madrasahs that have commitment and MAU towards Child Friendly Education units. This mentoring evaluation shows the achievement of the target of declaring 22 madrasahs towards child-friendly schools, school principals can understand the formulation of madrasah policies towards CFS, and increase the motivation of madrasahs to go to CFS with rewards.

Abstract

ABSTRAK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak pernikahan dini terhadap pola asuh orang tua pada anak usia dini dan faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya pernikahan dini di kalangan masyarakat Melayu Kecamatan Pujud Early Childhood Islamic Education Study Program, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, Sultan Syarif Kasim State Islamic University RiauKabupaten Rokan Hilir Provinsi Riau. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Informan penelitian ini adalah tiga pasang suami istri dari enam pasang di mana sang istri menikah di usia dini  di Kecamatan Pujud Kabupaten Rokan Hilir. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan: 1)  Dampak pernikahan dini terhadap pola asuh orang tua pada anak usia dini di kalangan suku Melayu Kecamatan Pujud Kabupaten Rokan Hilir mengakibatkan terjadinya kesulitan-kesulitan orang tua dalam pengasuhan seperti dalam mengatasi anak yang sulit diatur, panik saat anak sakit, sulit mengontrol emosi di kala marah dan lainya. Hal ini disebabkan karena kurangnya pengetahuan orang tua tentang pengasuhan (parenting) dan belum matangnya emosional orang tua sehingga berdampak pada pengasuhan anak. Pola asuh yang diterapkan orang tua yang menikah dini pada pengasuhan anak usia dini terlihat bervariasi, ada yang menggunakan pola permisif, ada yang otoriter dan ada juga yang demokratis. Usia istri yang menikah dini dapat melakukan pengasuhan ke arah demokratis apabila ditopang dengan kematangan dan tingkat pendidikan suami yang mempu mengedukasi sang istri. 2) Faktor-faktor terjadinya pernikahan dini pada suku Melayu di Kecamatan Pujud Kabupaten Rokan Hilir adalah karena 4 faktor, yaitu faktor ekonomi, faktor sosial budaya, faktor  pendidikan dan  faktor pergaulan bebas. Kata Kunci: Pernikahan Dini, Pola Asuh, Anak Usia DiniABSTRACT. This research aims to determine the impact of early marriage on parenting patterns for young children and the factors that cause early marriage among the Malay community, Pujud District, Rokan Hilir Regency, Riau Province. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The informants for this research were three husband and wife pairs out of six couples where the wife married at an early age in Pujud District, Rokan Hilir Regency. Data collection methods were carried out through interviews and documentation. The results of this research illustrate: 1) The impact of early marriage on parenting patterns for young children among the Malay tribe, Pujud District, Rokan Hilir Regency, resulting in difficulties for parents in parenting, such as dealing with children who are difficult to manage, panicking when the child is sick, Difficulty controlling emotions when angry and so on. This is due to parents' lack of knowledge about parenting and parents' emotional immaturity, which has an impact on child care. The parenting patterns applied by parents who marry early in early childhood care seem to vary, some use a permissive pattern, some are authoritarian and some are democratic. A wife who marries early can carry out parenting in a democratic direction if it is supported by the husband's maturity and educational level which is capable of educating his wife. 2) The factors that cause early marriage in the Malay tribe in Pujud District, Rokan Hilir Regency are 4 factors, namely economic, socio-cultural, educational, and promiscuity factors.Keyword.
